Weve worked with Bright Light Electric several times and have always been extremely satisfied with their customer service and quality of work performed. Carlos is knowledgable, professional, and has worked on repairs and electrical upgrades to our 1950s home. Most recently we called him because one of our tree lights he previously installed was dangling after a tree company damaged a bracket holding it in place. With the wind, the light was swinging in the air and hitting against branches. We had to turn the breaker off out of concern for further damage and possible fire hazard. We called Bright Light, Carlos came out, climbed the tree, and made the repair. If you are looking for an Electrician, call Bright Light! This company is ethical and thats hard to find on the first try when you have a need and havent worked with the company before.

We moved to East Dallas in Jan 24 and needed a replacement of our electrical box to start.Carlos and Eric did a fantastic job, and did other items in our house that helped bring everything up to city code.This included extending the mast, upgrading the panel to a 200 amp panel from the original 120. Additionally they helped us make sure everything electrical was working in good order so we’d have a safe house. This meant attic anchors crawl space inspection.They did a really good job listening and caring about what we wanted to do with our home long term and we are looking forward to partnering with them on more projects over the years!Regarding pricing they were very reasonable. Do great, quality work!Great job Bright Light team!

Carlos and his crew were professional, and eager to complete a task. He gave good professional advice regarding my selection of home backup generator, and did a good job overseeing city inspections and advising of timing anticipated. Had some conflicts with service interruption during installation but those were manageable. Good job overall and will certainly call them for home electric needs.

I needed help sorting out some issues with a previous unfinished install of electrical work. Carlos came by and pointed out several issues and how he would go about fixing them correctly as well as explaining what it would take to get things back on track and finished out. He was very knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to talk to. He thoroughly answered all of the questions I had. After the walkthrough he provided me with a quote later that evening that was well documented and fair. I wouldnt hesitate to give Bright Light Electric a call if you are in need of an electrician. Carlos and Aaron were very reasonably priced, knowledgable, and most importantly did a wonderful job on pig tailing and replacing all of the outlets on our condo. I have already referred them out twice, as it felt like an electrician who was treated my home as their own. He broke down everything in a way I could understand, and at no point in the process did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of (I actually asked them if there was anything additional I needed to pay LOL.) They will handle anything electric for me from here on out.

Carlos was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I’d sent him photos of the problem we had with our laundry-room lighting, so he came prepared with exactly what was needed. We now have a laundry room with LED fluorescent lighting that should last us for decades — and he even left us a replacement light in case anything goes wrong with this one! I will always call Bright Light whenever we have an electrical issue at our home, and we’ll recommend the company to our neighbors.

I needed a new breaker panel installation, so I called Bright Light Electric. Immediately, I got a good impression from Sandra on the first call. She was very polite. After briefly describing what I thought I needed, she said that Carlos needed to schedule an appointment to actually view the onsite situation. He called me the next day, Friday, we made the appointment for Saturday at 9am, and Saturday morning at 9am, Carlos was here, right on time. I like punctual! He patiently listened to what I could tell him and took the time to explain what he needed to do and wanted to do. The following Monday I had a bid proposal in my e-mail.We set up a two-day appointment, and again, he was here exactly when he said he would be. Having three greyhounds, I asked Carlos to be quite vigilant of their being in his workspace when ingressing and egressing the gate. He cleaned up the work area before leaving and was again on time to finish the second day. He assisted me in preparing the portable power generator, patiently explained the step-by-step procedures to switch from the power grid to the generator and then tested the systems to ensure that they performed as intended. Everything worked on the first try.Carlos is a licensed Master Electrician with 27 years experience, growing up and working in Dallas. Bright Light is, basically, Carlos, Sandra and a journeyman; if you call Bright Light, you get Carlos. Carlos did what he said he would do, and I am very pleased with his work and performance. I would definitely recommend Carlos and Bright Light.

Very impressed with all aspects of Carlos and Bright Light Electric! Carlos, and his journeyman, went through our panel box, labeled all circuits, added GFCI breakers, outlets, added a surge protector to the panel, in our (new to us ) 1955 house. Great addition of outside accent lighting in overhang areas back, front & sides of the home. Neighbors continue to compliment the new look! They added 2 lights with a switch in attic area and another in utility room. All of their work has been an excellent improvement and very much at a fair price. You can trust his advice and suggestions. They clean up and did a great job explaining some of our questions on needed priorities for this 68 year old house. My wife and I feel very good about his recommendations as well as all the jobs performed. Our electrical system is most definitely safer now! Do not hesitate to call and hire Bright Light Electric. I have used Bright Light several times now and they have done an excellent job every time. They are quick, efficient, polite, professional and CLEAN. I have had them change out all of my can lights for LED, install an EV charger, replace outdoor fixtures, and cut-in multiple outlets. When they cut-in outlets, they do them so that they are perfectly straight and perfectly placed so they are properly centered or high enough above trim so the cover plate clears fully because they care and treat your property with respect. Their pricing isn’t cheap, but it is fair and certainly reasonable for the quality of work they do. I recommend them without reservation.
