    I had never used Mr. Electric Before. I called and got an appointment the next day. I work from home, so it was urgent that my electricity be fixed quickly. I had the pleasure of getting Ray Bunton As my technician. He was wonderful! Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor to boot! He gave me options, to fix the problem and alternative options for later improvement. He showed me discounts available to me along with pricing for every option. He was the best! I highly recommend Ray and give him a five star plus rating!

    I dont have enough words to thank you for your service. It was by accident that I dialed your number however I was so thankful that I did the technician was courteous, a gentleman, knowledgeable and precise with what he did. My tech was named Scott and I would use him for anything electrical. He even cleaned up after himself which was unusual.     My tech Carlos Delatorre was professional, knowledgeable, and made quick clean work on both occasions he came out for service. First repair on some exterior lighting on my older 1950s build home was great and learned alot about the history of the house based on his feedback. Second trip was to install 4 recessed lights over my pool table and he was precise with the lazer and got them perfectly situated. He was thoughtful enough to add a dimmer switch without a request. Couldnt be happier with my service. Ask for Carlos Delatorre!

    Jr. was a great electrician. Very knowledgeable and polite. Did a great job on securing my damaged meter on the side of my house. Added a surge protector under my breaker box in the garage which is now standard & became so after my house was built in 2011. And all though he gave me a discount the total job was $900! I was surprised that I was charged the $59.99 service fee too. Many co’s will take that off the price of a large job.

    Ray came in and did the job quickly, and also spotted some unsafe electrical hook up’s we had and got them fixed right away to avoid melting wires and fire. The job he came for was to unhook power supply going to outside hot tub and make it safe for tub removal. Ray went above and beyond.     Carlos was fantastic. We had ceiling lights out and multiple other electricians stated we needed to cut out the ballast from inside the ceiling to fix them, causing big repairs. So we punted this problem for years. Carlos was able to work within the light fixtures and replace each ballast with zero ceiling damage. He saved us tons of money, time and repairs. We will 100% be using Carlos again.

    Matthew came and was just absolutely amazing. Our house was built in the 70s so the wiring was all funky and ended up leaving us without AC on our top floor during a 90 degree week in Texas. Called up Mr. Electric because we previously had a great experience with a different tech of theirs named Chase. They were able to send out someone same day (within a few hours) and Chase was unfortunately unavailable but they sent Matthew and he was a godsent! He spent over 5 hours at our house troubleshooting and repairing the issue with the wiring. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained absolutely everything he was finding, the possibilities, and how he was going about repair. Even after the repair was finished he went the extra mile to triple check absolutely everything. I very much appreciate him and Mr. Electric and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs an electrician.

    Called Mr. Electric this morning when some of our lights wouldnt turn on even after resetting the circuits in the circuit box.     John listened while I explained the problem we were having with our breaker box, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained our options and prices. He completed the work in a reasonable time and explained what he was doing and what to look out for in the future. John was very courteous and professional; I’d be happy to have him back out for any electrical issues in the future.On the logistics side, I appreciated the arrival update texts and calls from Mr. Electric to let me know when John would arrive. Great experience all around.
