So impressed with their professional and efficient work! We had some electrical issues in half of our house, and my husband made a call. Before we knew it, Ryan was on his way to help us out. It turned out to be a minor issue, but having Ryan come out late on a saturday night in Dallas was much appreciated. We will certainly call on their services again in the future if required. Devin showed up promptly when we called, as our electric system was having some issues. Unfortunately, after 13 years, it was time to install a new full unit, as repairing the old one would have been too costly. Brent and Maxwell came by three days later to install the new system. They completed all of the work with a high level of professionalism. They are skilled and polite. For 13 years, theyve consistently provided us with great service. We schedule a cleaning twice a year to keep the unit operating smoothly. We know we can always rely on them in Dallas.

Before the project even started, what really appealed to me was that Jones LLC sent a photograph and a short biography of Maxwell, the electrician who would be working at our house in Dallas. The electrical task was handled efficiently and any resulting mess was tidied up by him. I would certainly engage their services again in the future.

He even remembered our dogs, managed to squeeze us into his packed schedule and when an unexpected issue arose, he responded to a text at 9:00pm to assist us in resolving it. Hes truly an electrical wizard and certainly deserves top stars in this review!

I was in need of a plug for a brand new electric dryer, which was a minor task. However, this didnt pose any issue for Jones LLC. They provided me with a quick quote based on my specifications and the electrician, lets call him Ryan, was at my place in Dallas the very next day. Upon inspection, Ryan realized that a bit more wiring was required to connect to the breaker box than initially thought. The slight additional cost was totally justified considering the route the wiring had to take. I was extremely pleased with the job done and the outstanding service from Jones LLC. Thank you!

Howard is a proficient electrician. he showed up on the same day i reached out to him (just a few hours later), identified the issue, and then ordered the necessary parts to fix my electricity. as soon as the parts arrived in dallas, he came back to finalize the repairs. even more impressive, howard charged me less than his initial estimate from jones llc. i would certainly recommend him.

Needed major electrical project done on an older home. Paulo went through inspection report and addressed problem and provided possible scenario and solution. Worked in a timely and professional manner. I even feel that he provided extra task and services that others might not have done. arrived back a couple days later when I had some questions. Seems like one of those guys who take great pride in their work and enjoys what they do. Would recommend.

Richard and Willie did a good task detecting 2 slab leaks that I had. The re-route was done in a couple of days and they worked with my insurance/home warranty company as well to support recoup most of the cost. Would never wish this situation on anyone but if it happens to you, ask for Richard and Willie! Theyre phenomenal!

In the last two jobs, Julian arrived himself to look things over, stayed awhile, made some minor adjustments, did some work, but would not bill us for his time. He has a lot of pride in his job and his companys task and is aces with us.
