Luis does a great job of explaining what’s going on with the house, and what needs to be done. He doesn’t over prescribe, and he makes you feel well taken care of both during the project and years after. Hard to find good people in general these days, and definitely harder to find good businesses. SOS Foundation is where I would recommend going for repairs.

The whole experience was good the gentleman come out looking at the house really explained everything well. He gave me some pointers about the house that didn’t have to give me. The crew that came out was very good. Did a great job cleaned up. Everything really nice. replaced all the broken stuff that was Done during the lift and of the house I just give them an A+

SOS Foundation repaired my foundation over 3 months ago and did a great job! But what really made my experience special and the company stand out was how Luis handled problems and people! He is one of the most sincere and genuine people I have met who maintains composure, respect, and service focus with the people he serves. As a real estate investor and construction professional, it is common for companies to mean well at the start but quit when difficulty arises. Luis and SOS Foundation, is a company I can depend on to work through problems and with me on a project.

Luis is fantastic. Such an honest guy. I asked him to come out to our house to inspect our foundation. I live in an older home and was concerned we may have foundation issues when I saw a couple of small cracks in the drywall. Luis measured the entire foundation, reviewed our irrigation, and told us everything was completely fine with our house. He stayed for 10-15 minutes to chat with me about how foundations move based on weather, tips to maintain my healthy foundation, and more. Best of all, he didnt charge me a dime. Very difficult to find someone like this nowadays. I am very grateful, and if I ever need foundation work in this house or another I will be certain to reach out to SOS Foundation Repair.

I live in Cedar Hill that is notorious for the shifting soils. I felt very comfortable with the Project Manager Louise who thoroughly explained the condition of my home and the soil. Other companies came to the house and wanted to start digging that day at a price 3x as much as SOS. The crew that came out was great, very hard workers who were always respectful of my family and pets. I would recommend SOS to anyone like my neighbor did to me, stop looking elsewhere and hire these guys you wont be disappointed

Carolyn in Haltom City.First off let me start by saying there arent enough wonderful things to say about SOS Foundation and the team. In 2015 (which review is waaay overdue), after multiple quotes and tireless searching I ran across this company. Luis came out and professionally inspected the property and gave a detail understanding of what happened to my property and why and how to avoid it as much as possible moving forward. He gives you tips on how to keep the property from having future issues which shows he is not about the money but in a business to help. Here recently I called the office to have him come out and inspect the property because I thought I had an issue. Luis came out and inspected the property like it was his first time with the same professionalism he showed me in 2015. The inspection turned out to be nothing but the fact he didnt fluff me off shows how this company stands by their warranty. So I want to say a million thanks to you and your team for being a phenomenal company and good hearted people in the time of dishonesty. My house is still holding up thanks to your tips to maintain the property.God Bless you and your family.

We called SOS because their reviews say that they are fair and honest. Our house had some shifting and cracks, and we were worried that we needed major foundation work. SOS came to our house on-time, and they could not have been more professional. They looked at everything related to our foundation and found that no work needed to be done. They fully explained why our house shifted, but they didnt up-sell us any work. They had a great opportunity to up-sell us or con us, but instead they acted with integrity and honesty. Theyve won a customer for life if I ever need foundation work in the future.

The reason I didnt use this company is that he told me I didnt need to . Luis spent nearly an hour with me, and carefully measured and explained exactly what my problem was. He said that my foundation didnt need repairs. I have a moisture problem, and we walked the outside of the house. He showed me exactly where and why I was having a problem. He also explained in great detail exactly how to make the appropriate repairs. He spent plenty of time with me and listened to all my questions to make sure I understood. Then he told me that a landscaping company could do the job less expensively that he could. He even gave me a referral. He probably saved me a couple thousand $$. SO RARE to find someone who will do that knowing that the customer may not spend any money with them. If we ever do need work done, I know exactly who to call.

On time. My husband who is a contractor watched them the entire time and said that did a great and thorough job . In incredible heat they worked their butts off..and did a great job cleaning up too. Highly recommend ..will use again.

Really nice guys, very good prices too. I got 4 piles for 2500. They did a great job and even filled cracks in the wall and put concrete in the holes in my driveway that had to be made to access the foundation (which they did not have to do by the contract). Very pleased.

I worked with Luis, and he was phenomenal. I was very last minute when I called and he came out within the next hour and half. He was very professional. He took his time and explained what he was doing and what needed to be fixed and why. Whenever I had a question, he was either answered or called me right back to assist. The crew provided quality work in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend SOS to friends and family.
