We had a great experience working with Matt and his team. He is hard working. I truly appreciate his honesty. He always would recommend whats best and cost friendly. He made sure we stay right on budget and would work towards keeping cost down. His staff (Miriam, Elizabeth and Arturo) are so helpful and patient. The project was also completed right on time. This was my first office and it turned out exactly as how we planned for. He also keeps his word and even follows up to make sure everything is working well. In fact I called him a year later and he sent his crew to help me out. Would highly recommend and looking forward to working with his team again.

When it comes to contractors this is probably a rare statement: the project was on time and on budget. The project was for our optometry practice, Bespoke Eye Care, and the quality of work was as expected. Matt did a good job of not over-promising, but was able to deliver on requests fairly quickly. Will definitely use for the next project.

Matt is great! I had a great experience with him. So many people advised me to choose bigger more popular builders because of their connections but I stuck with Matt. He was fairly priced, honest and always listened to my asks. Matt has a skilled team that supports him. His workers are hired as his own employees (not sub-contracted) and best of all, completed a great quality buildout for my dental practice that I am very proud of. Throughout the process, Matt always made me feel like family and was present to help when needed. You will not regret going with him!

We had a bad experience with another builder when building our second office and Matt stepped in and helped us out tremendously. My only regret is not finding Matt first. It was an extremely difficult project in a high rise building and Matt was honest, patient, willing to fix any mistakes that came up. Other big builders either could not build in such a big building in Dallas or would not. Matt was not deterred. No building project is perfect....all you can ask for is that your contractor step up and do the right and honorable thing. I appreciated his honesty and work ethics. He works hard for his clients and often times I wanted to give up but Matt never did!! He did not up charge for every little thing. He works hard to keep cost down, and is constantly trying to get you the best price for the best product. Our office turned out exactly as we wanted and more. There was never a moment I or my staff could not reach him with questions. He is always available. Matt kept his word and fixed anything that went wrong. Would highly recommend and would personally use him again.

I have had General Improvement provide for my office construction needs since they finished out my space some 13 years ago. Matt Naderi, the owner, was invaluable at that time in helping me to pick out paint, flooring, cabinetry, and other decor that was complementary to each other and supported the look and feel that I had envisioned. Since that time I have been pleased to have used his services repeatedly for office expansions, upgrades, and the occasional repair. He and his staff have consistently provided us excellence in construction, service, and support. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone seeking to build, finish out, or remodel a space.

Matt finished out my building and the interior of my dental office 5 years ago and since then, he has always been responsive to any issues we have had. I have always been impressed by his ethical conduct and his sincere honesty throughout the years. He takes pride in his work and doesnt nickel and dime you with everything unlike other contractors that I have worked with. I just wish I discovered him 10 years ago when I built my first office. Needless to say, I am hiring him to remodel this older office now and cant wait to see the results!

I started working with general improvement co. over 20 years ago when i was a new dentist in town .During these time Matt(the owner)and his company build 3 dental offices for me so far.they know without a doubt how to build any offices the way we wanted .I can say this with full confident. what i got from working with Matt and his company was the support i received up until now.Matt treat each plan like his own. For example one day we were going through the office ,he said he did not like the way the lighting of hallway and told his foreman to change it all and do it the way it is today after 5 years.he was always ahead of his schedules to finish which this is a big plus in any construction work.this company beside being very very reasonable on cost ,will and can help in finding location, design and equipment.Matt always went beyond my expectation for any project that i came up with and helped me go through.my office is always open to anyone who wants to see and talk about general improvement co.I definitely recommend Matt and his company for any project that may seems very hard to accomplish.

General Improvement Company has built three dental office for me in past 15 years. The reason that I have used his company repeatedly are the fact that they are very competitive in pricing and also amount of knowledge and experience that they have in the medical and dental office construction. They have been in medical and dental field construction for more than 20 years. They always try to be accommodate and answer my question in the process of design and construction. They stand behind their work even many years after the construction. Very professional and caring team and more important educating ,informing and easy to work with. I highly recommend this firm for any construction project.

Matt Nadari from General Improvement is one of the best dental/ medical office contractors in the DFW area. He and his team are always courteous and willing to go the extra step to make sure the job is done thoroughly. I am a picky person and wanted my office to be done with great detail and in a timely manner. Matt delivered those things in addition to making it look awesome. Even after the office was open, he gave me a few weeks to make sure everything was working correctly and came back to fix things that needed a little touch up. I wish nothing but the best for him and General Improvement Co.

They are honest, dependable and reliable. Being a female needing a handyman around the office, his staff are always willing to assist even after warranty ran out. I cannot imagine using anyone else to build out a medical or dental office and I can’t rave enough about this company. Matt and his crew are hands down the best. Impeccable service, personal attention and craftsmanship. Investing in a dental office is arduous and stressful but this company makes it as easy as possible. Matt was there for us anytime we needed him when we first opened and over the years. Don’t look anywhere else.

Matt built my office in 2017 and did a fantastic job. I first had a different contractor who quit and left a huge mess. Matt stepped in and fixed everything. He kept cost way down, overdelivered on quality, kept communication very open. He fixed construction miscommunications with no fuss, giving me the benefit of the doubt. He was late 2 weeks because of a subcontractor, but that was not his fault. On late notice he couldn’t find a cleanup crew so he came in himself with his managers and they cleaned it up to keep on a tight schedule. Post construction he came back to fix a couple of things I needed. I would definitely hire them again.

We are in the process of building out our office. Matt and his team have been really great about any and all things that have come up during construction. One BIG thing about any business to business transaction is communication and Matt is ON POINT about picking up his cell phone whenever I have a question. I dont think this guys voicemail gets used.Arturo (spelling?) is the supervisor on duty for the job and also very courteous whenever we have any issues that come up. He even asked us if they were being too loud at certain point of the constructionIts the small things and the tiny details that separates one company from another. Any small errors are correctly promptly and with care. We are still in the process of building so hopefully the finished product will look as good as the work in process.
