I discovered I had no hot water this morning. Called another plumber and got an appt for next Tuesday. (thats 4 days, OMG) So I called Martin, got an appt for same day and they were able to come a little earlier than expected. Frank showed me what was wrong, quoted a price for the new hot water heater I agreed to and did the replacement all in 1 1/2 hrs.He was efficient, professional and friendly. I will definately use Martin Plumbing again.

I was in town to check on my 92 year old Mom. I found a leak under the house after the water company turned off the water (w/o Notification!). It was after business hours but it did not matter. Ryan from Martins Plumbing was our on-call tech! What a blessing! So professional, kind....an open book in terms of disclosing the correct prices. He had the job done in about 30 mins and I am so grateful! They will be the only call we make going forward. Thank you for taking such great care!

These people are wonderful they respond fast to left messages and get you the earliest appointment possible which is normally very fast, and they do the best they can to make sure your issues are fixed and fixed quickly without extra expense. Very friendly and know what theyre doing most have 10+ years experience and have seen it all. No judgment for house messes either, very wonderful people work for this company.

Had a pipe crack over night. Called Martin Plumbing in the morning once I figured out what had happened. They were at my house within twenty minutes! Frank and Josh were extremely knowledgeable and honest about the work that needed to be perform. They took the time to explain what had happened and what needed to be done in order to fix it. I am extremely happy and will use them again if needed.Also, the work was fairly priced. Overall I am extremely happy with their service.

Inexpensive, Timely, Quality Company. Frank was hard working & saved us money! He suggested the easiest & least expensive way to replace our main water line leak. A Lot less expensive than that Smile Face Place & saved over $1000!! NOW Thats something to REALLY smile about! 😲☺️ Thank You will use your Company again!!

We had a new water line installed and were extremely satisfied with the work performed by Frank and Josh, Both were very professional and respectful.Installation of the new water line was over 100 ft. and the time without water service was less than 2 hours. Excellent job on replacing dirt and overall clean-up before leaving job.Thanks for a job well done

When you need a plumber today, call these people. They are actually staffed to help with those awful same day needs. I have used them for two problems in 4 years. I can’t say if they are affordable or not since my problems were evenings and weekends, but I sure am glad to have someone show up. I called many businesses today and got answers like “next week”!! These guys were at my house in a couple hours!

There was a problem with the septic system backing up.They ( Cyle and JJ quickly identified the problem and fixed everything in record time. I was very pleased with their work , their service and their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who needs indoor or outdoor work . The price was very reasonable. While in Crossville recently for my stepmoms funeral, her kitchen sink developed a clog the day before we were scheduled to fly back home. We found a business card for Martin Plumbing in her drawer. After calling them, the repairmen were at the house within two hours and did a great job.Dealing with Martin Plumbing was the least stressful part of an incredibly stressful week, and I cant recommend them highly enough. And a special thank you to Donna for all her help.

Very professional and prompt service. The plumbers answered all of our questions, explained the problems, and provided the necessary work to resolve our plumbing issue. I live in Iowa but I am from Crossville. My parents are elderly and are starting to need more assistance with everyday tasks. While home visiting, my parents had been dealing with a plumbing issue for quite some time and I had finally spoken sense into my father to call a plumber. They were booked up for an emergency call but could schedule a house call the next day. Not only were they on time but they were a day early. The two men who came were ahead of schedule so they surprised us with the same day service. They both were very thorough and even explained in detail the issues they had found. Along with the steps they took to remedy the situation and also recommended certain tasks and products to use for preventative maintenance on the system. The final charge once they completed the job was very competitive. Im a business owner myself. Owning a general contractor LLC in Iowa and I can honestly say that they hold a certain type of professional ism that is rarely seen in the service industry today. Thank you for helping my parents. I now have less anxiety leaving to come back to Iowa that my parents have an amazing reliable resource to assist them when I cant.

Frank and Chris came to our home today to install a new kitchen faucet. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We very much appreciated the fact that they put coverings over their shoes before entering our home. I cannot tell you how many times we have had workers walk into the house with dirty boots and track all over our floors without giving it a second thought. Great Company! Will use them again if needed.
