Iβve used them for several years now. Techs always show up on time. Officer staff is friendly as well. After my original local company who installed in my new construction failed to honor my HVAC warranty I was forced to replace my whole system, former owners were very gracious and felt bad for the situation and hooked me up. They installed hvac and also 60k btu shop heater in my garage over the last 3 years. -

I had the Action Heating and Cooling crew in Crossville clean all the air ducts in my newly remodeled house then perform the added sterilization fogging process. GREAT experience. Advance notifications including name of tech were given. HAVC unit fixed right away; had necessary parts. Courteous and knowledgeable tech. At a time when many companies do not look out for the customer it is refreshing to have real service from a company. That is especially true for a widow whose husband always handled these matters.
