In December Brandon installed a new kitchen sink, removed a garbage disposal, redesigned drain pipes. Brandon did an outstanding job at a fair price. He is a conscientious, and consummate professional, always on time and does quality work. The kitchen sink installation has not developed any leaks after requiring virtually all new plumbing and venting system. Additionally, the main drain pipes in the crawl space were poorly installed with an incorrect drainage flow. Brandon replaced the necessary pipes and also insulated a water pipe to the main shower that froze up last year. This years cold spell, NO SHOWER PIPE FREEZING. Brandon just completed the 2nd job for us. The drain pipes in the guest bathroom vanity was a mess, poorly installed making the vanity cabinet unusable. Brandon redesigned the drain pipe not only to code, but now the vanity can be used as intended. He is always timely and his estimates are always accurate or less if the cost of the materials come in less than his original estimate. Brandon is an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable young man. He is our primary plumbing expert and we will continue using his services for any plumbing issues. Brandon guarantees and stands behind the work he performs. What a great young business man with exceptional family values. Thank you Brandon for the jobs you have done for us. You work diligently for the success you deserve. Hot water heater went out over the weekend. Brandon worked me in between jobs so I would have hot water. He did a excellent job and was kind enough to explain what and why he was doing each step. I felt the price was very fair for the work he did.

We had a leak with water spraying everywhere. I called but was told he was at minimum of a week out and suggested 2 other companies. I then handed the phone to my husband as I didn’t have answers to his questions. This man took the time to explain to my husband how he might be able to repair. It ended up being an easy fix and I’m sure he saved us hundreds of dollar. It’s so refreshing to come across people who are just kind and willing to take 5 minutes to help if possible. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs we might have.

I recently moved into an old house and needed numerous updates to existing plumbing including replacing the main water shut off valve, new pan for hot water heater with a drain line out through crawl space wall, replacing inlet pipe to hot water heater, removing old laundry box and capping off pipes and drain, installing a new laundry box on opposite wall to old one, installing a box in the wall behind fridge to connect water to ice maker, re-routing sump pump discharge through crawl space wall, and repairing an external faucet. Not knowing any plumbers in the area, I interviewed those that would give a free estimate. Plumber Brandon Lee got the job because (1) he was easy to talk to, (2) very knowledgeable, (3) took the time to explain how he would tackle each task, and (4) his estimate was reasonable. I did not regret this choice. He subsequently showed up when he said he would, did a great job, and it was a pure pleasure working with him. Brandon is the first person I will call next time I need any plumbing done in Crossville.

I called Lee and Grant Plumbing and spoke with Brandon, after a few minutes he suggested that I get my septic system pumped due to the issue I was having and the information I shared with him. He suggested a company that he has no affiliation with and they did a great job and he was 100% correct about the issue. After I got my system pumped cleaned, my issue was fixed. If I have any plumbing issues, I will definitely use Lee and Grant Plumbing Repair, they are honest and fair and will definitely have our business in the future! Thank you Brandon for the honest opinion of what the issue was and not just try to get our money.

I called them and Brandon actually ANSWERED the phone! He was on a job and headed to another job but agreed to stop by and look at my problem to see of it was a easy fix. As it turned out I was not easy but Brandon returned on time as agreed to fix my problem. He worked on it for several days. I was out of town for part of it but kept me posted all along! Brandon is VERY polite, nice and clean. Hes also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! This was NOT an easy job I assure you! Now that the job is finished Im so pleased! He made it look as nice as possible and did a FANTASTIC job at a VERY REASONABLE price! I could not be more pleased!!! I will NEVER call a different plumber!!!

Had a water leak from a previous tiled shower job. Brandon came out on time and worked way past dark to get my pipes fixed. He replaced all of the previous pipe work and done an amazing job and very reasonable price for the job and time he put in. Have another job lined up with him. Will use this company for any jobs I need done.

We are remodeling our recently purchased home in Crossville. Brandon from Lee and Grant has tackled a number of items for us. Installed gas lines, repaired leaks, replaced old corroded galvinuzed pipe in the crawl space and added a laundry hookup.He shows up when he says he will. He works hard, quickly and professionally. I highly recommend you higher Lee and Grant, their prices are fair and their work is excellent.

This guy was recommended by a friend to me. I moved back to Crossville like 2 year ago and didn’t know any plumbers here. I built little Caesar’s pizzas for many year and used some high rated plumbers during this time. My opinion is that I would put this company up against any of them. He was there and did nice work at a fair price. The last review I read on here was absolutely full of hate for some reason which was uncalled for . Until you have someone do work for you don’t hurt his business by speaking Ill of them for starting their own business. Brandon has my recommendation for all your plumbing needs and I have the proof all through my house. I don’t know the guy that wrote the last post but I have a feeling he was a employee from the last company this guy worked for and he needs to just chill out and do his work and I’m sure Brandon will do his.

Brandon has come to my house on two separate ocassions. The first was to install a tankless hot water heater. The second was to replace my water line from the street to the house, plumb in a whole house filter, a new hosebib, a new pressure regulator and replace lines under the house. He always arrives on time, does amazing work, leaves the jobsite neat and clean and does a professional job. His prices are very fair, the estimate he gives is the price you pay. If there are any additonal costs, he explains them and is very fair. I highly recommend him for any and all of your plumbing needs. If I could give 10 stars I would.
