These guys are the best. Workd around me not being home, do to my wife just giving birth to our child. Called when the service tech was headed to my house where the AC was not working so I could meet him at home. From the time I got home to the time I got back to the hospital was right at 1 hour.Great prices , Great customer service, Great People. These guys absolutely live up to there name. COMFORT PROS.

Their professionalism and efficiency are impressive, but what stands out most is their genuine care for our community.It’s heartwarming to know we have local businesses like this that not only provide excellent service but also step up when people need help the most. Gave Cumberland comfort pros a call this morning as my heat and air was not working when I returned from vacation. The lady I spoke to was friendly and professional and she had someone out here within about an hour. I never talked to the guy who came but I could hear him explaining to my husband what was going on and what was needed. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. The pricing was very straight forward and on a pricing sheet so you know they aren’t just charging whatever they want and making up numbers. We were very pleased with the service received and the price we paid. Would definitely call them again if needed in the future!

Recently, had Cumberland Comfort Pro’s take care of some projects around our house.From my initial call with Sarah, then Michael coming out to gather information, and the crew coming out to take care of the items…Top Notch!The crew, Nick, Kallob, and Cameron were incredibly polite and professional. They explained everything and made sure we were all on the same page.At the end, they went over everything and made sure I had no questions.It was the little things such as cleaning up and wearing disposable boot covers when coming in and out of the house. We called around everywhere for an emergency call and they were the only ones to answer. They only charged $247 to come out on a Sunday and replace the capacitor. Took 3 hours for a tech to come out. We are so grateful!! Thank you so much for saving the day. We are keeping yall for future reference. 🙏🙏🙏

I can not say enough great things about this company! Our entire unit went down...no air, no heat...nothing! Nic came out after hours on a Friday evening and went over all of our options, left no question unanswered, no stone unturned. He is literally heaven sent!First thing Monday morning Thomas and James came out and got straight to work. I seriously could not have asked for a better team! I will forever refer to them as the Dynamic Duo. They were so pleasant and respectful, and didnt stop until the job was done.My family is forever grateful!

I most definitely recommend Cumberland Comfort Pros. I was told I needed a new unit due to my air not working by other companies. Called these guys and was here in no time. Turned out to be a $40 part. Wasnt here 30 minutes. I was amazed how knowledgeable and professional everyone was. You wont be disappointed.

OMG!!! What an amazing group of professionals!!! I called them Sunday evening (Fathers day) as my air conditioning went out Saturday night and they offered to come out then...though it was Sunday and Fathers day. I opted for a appointment the following morning. They were prompt in getting a technician (Shannon) out to my home Monday morning, Shannon located a electrical problem and had it repaired. I am so very grateful that I heard their radio ad and called. I cant thank Shannon enough for his wonderful work ethics and getting our air back up and running!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Nick Carpenter (technician) for a tankless hot water heater filter service. He showed up, was in time, in and out in a jiffy and did well for us. This was the 4th plumbing company I contacted but the first to actually show up. I highly recommend.

I can say enough how great they are so I will try. When I called I got same day visit each time. Knowing we didnt have heat they were here with a few hours from calling. Within in a few days we got a whole new unit. I love how friendly the stuff are. Very professional. They are very helpful with all our needs. They are excellent on coming out fast when we were in need. They are very trustworthy, honest and they dont price gouge or kill you wallet. They do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
