    Josh Delph was excellent. We were very pleased with his work. The woman in the office with whom my wife communicated, not so much. She failed to communicate an important fact with Josh which cist him, and your company about two hours. Its great to be a friendly company. Its just as important to be efficient.

    Jacob did an awesome introduction. He did a great job in explaining the problem with my hot water heater also the benefits of purchasing items to extend the life of a hot water heater. However, Mr. Rooters prices are above the average customers desired price.

    Technician was great he did a very good job and explained what he was doing and why. Jacob Phillipy is his name ask for him. The service was great but the price was expensive, not Jacobs fault but the price set by the company is a little much. Would recommend him but as far as the price there’s definitely cheaper out there and would call around for a better price. $500 is what I was charged to snake my main line which took about 10 minutes.

    This team, who had never worked with KTM before, responded to an emergency issue at a brand new hotel in Memphis. That morning when i called, they showed up at 12 noon with a very smart tech who knew what he was doing and got our emergency handled and we were all good by 3 PM.     Mr Rooter replaced my main drain last week, which was quite involved - the pipe was ten feet underground. They were on the scene soon after I called them and they swarmed the place with workers until the job was done. It took several days. They cleaned up the mess from the clogged pipes and left everything in good condition. The cost, while significant, was considerably less than I had feared. I am very pleased.

They were timely and efficient. They first came on an emergency after hours call due to my basement flooding. They were the only company that said they were coming and came.     I accidentally flushed a microfiber towel down my toilet when I emptied my cleaning water into the toilet.I called Mr. Rooter at 9 am and Tyler arrived by noon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite.He explained all the different scenarios that could happen and provided me with a very reasonable quote to attempt to remove the towel. As well as what other charges I could be facing if he was unable to clear my blockage with this really cool snake.Tyler managed to clear my blockage in less than 20-30 minutes. I was so relieved that he was able to clear the line and would not have to do more extensive work.And for that I am thankful and grateful to Mr. Rooter for their timely and inexpensive practices.I will definitely be telling everyone I know to try them.Ohhh, and did I mention that not only did they arrive quickly they come out for free and give you an estimate. Hardly any other companies do that. Others charge up to $150 just to come out depending on who you call expecting somewhat emergency service.Thank you all so much! Especially Tyler. 🙏🏽💜

They all were so kind and efficient. They explained everything to me, including options that would have been less expensive (but it couldnt be guaranteed). They were all professional, and I really appreciate that they helped me out.

    Micheal came out and helped us unclog our sewage pipe. He was professional and the response time for service was great. He scheduled an appointment with their camera tech to make sure there were no major issues.David also came by and ran his camera through our pipe and found there was a complete break. Unfortunate situation for us, but I glad we had a team we could trust handling it.Damian, Andrew, and Jordan came out to fix the main sewage break and within a little over an hour they had dug, found the issue, fixed it, and put back my yard as close to normal as they could.     So here is my story as short as possibly explained. I originally got an estimate for repair on January 3rd for pipe replaced repair from another company. This particular company canceled on me the next day for a guaranteed date of service. I called several companies to get a new estimate because the water was already causing my bill to increase drastically. An associate from Mr. Rooted came out and I was put on the schedule for the next day! A day before originally promised by the other company. Im super appreciative of the level of professionalism and concern shown by this company and will continue to use them if an issue should arise in the future.

    We randomly lost hot water one afternoon and attempted to place a claim through our secondary homeowners insurance. Their contracted company couldn’t come out until the next day.     I had an initial pipe repair and my clog was resolved by crew. However, 5 days later something else went wrong. The staff was kind and sent an emergency professional immediately on a Sunday night. His name was Chris Ungren. He was terrific. I was very concerned and had a lot of questions. He was patient and worked hard on a cool night to help figure out what issue was. He alleviated my concerns as soon as he got here and assured me the company would take care of it quickly. Mr Ungren found the issue and made arrangements for an additional repair urgently for the next day. He got our pipe working effectively enough until problem could be totally fixed. He instilled a lot of confidence in me and the company. I really appreciate his courtesy, patience, responsiveness, and professionalism.

    David and James From Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to the rescue after I lost my treasured wedding ring, down the drain, right before Christmas. Not only was it my wedding ring, but it was passed down from my grandmother and had a lot of sentimental value to me. After I called them asking them to come over, they retrieved my ring in record time. I was so relieved! Then something happened that I wasn’t expecting. After going over the various payment options, my husband and I knew it would be a challenge to pay for the work they did so well. Just then, David told us that once a year they do Secret Santa. And that this year he decided to choose us. It was completely covered. My husband and I were absolutely shocked, and so grateful. I have rarely experienced such generosity, kindness, and professionalism from two people. And I highly recommend you go with David and James from Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The technician Tye Santana was definitely my blessing. I was really in crisis mode and his temperament and attitude was just what I needed during my emergency. We have an older home so nothing is ever straight forward but he was able to see the issue and fix it.I highly recommend you call Mr Rooter with any plumbing issue and ask that William be sent out.In my case, our shower stopped working. I called on a Saturday around 10 am and I was set up with an appointment that day. William came and diagnosed the issue. He got the right parts and installed it.I got very clear estimates on how much it would cost and what was wrong. It was all clearly explained by William.Our previous plumber had retired so we just didn’t have anyone. I am so thankful that we do no now!

    Update: Customer Service during the week is a bit difficult to deal with.Ive been put off for 5 days now (as of 10/11) and my plumbing is backing up again. Noone has returned as promised. I still appreciate the evening weekend response but not the current response. The emergency service charge was way to much to be put off for so many days.Finding a plumber on the weekend is no easy task and it is not wallet friendly. I called multiple local companies and a few had a lower service rate BUT the customer service was my deciding factor. From the original phone call to when the tech left, everyone was nice and patient. Totally worth it to me, especially in Memphis! Its hard to find good customer service any where.

    I have used them on 3 different occasions, one for routine and two for urgent repair! Excellent staff to work with, quick scheduling. I have dealt with them at all times of the day. I have felt very comfortable with the plumbers I have worked with and had no problems with them in my home and with my family. They have all been very courteous, polite, and considerate to keep the mess to a minimum as well as cleaning up after themselves.     They were not my first choice they were our third call that evening to a plumber. Our normal plumber could not come out until the next day - too late for us. This was an emergency call as water was leaking under our kitchen island. The tech called and came after 8pm and had the issue taken care of, vacuumed the affected area and offered actually useful advice for how to proceed with residual clean up. Top marks mate. Top marks. They were at my house within 30 minutes of my call. David C and Modi were very professional and got right down business. There was a lot of blockage in my main sewer line. Paul showed up and we were looking at the camera footage to see the issues. They laid out all of my options and were very patient with all of my questions. They gave me a quick fix to get me back up and running until we get the line replaced next week. They were very helpful and assisted me in working with my insurance agent to get things ironed out. Very easy to work with. I would recommend this team to anyone out there that is in a bind. 100% AWESOME!!!!!!

    Rob Daum came to my home to work on my dryer that was making a terrible loud noise when running. Rob was extremely professional and was not only able to fix my dryer but he also cleaned it for me! Dryer is working like new and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was very personable and friendly. Office staff is also so polite and pleasant to schedule with.

    I live out of town from where the house I rent is ,which had the leak. When my tenant contacted me about the leak around the hot water tanks on a Saturday morning I immediately contacted Mr. Rooter. I had someone there in 2.5 hrs. The technician was able to fix the leak within the hour. He was in contact with me by phone prior to the fix and afterwards. I even received photos of the problem before and after. Great Service !

    Every person I dealt with at Mr. Rooter was professional, knowledgeable, helpful & polite. They checked for the cause of the problem (a broken sewer line) and came up with several suggested solutions. They were very clear about the costs and pointed out ways of getting the best work at the best cost and savings. As we might guess, with plumbing being under ground and an older home I was not sure where the sewer line was. They figured that out. They have the equipment. They got the system working again. Yes, I do recommend This company & would call upon them again if necessary.

    My mother and I had a sudden mishap. We had a burst pipe that was extremely hard to get to under our home due to the small crawlspace. We called Mr Rooter Plumbing, and instantly experienced awesome customer service. Michelle, and Tanisha were both extremely empathetic, and made arrangements to send the best plumber out to assist us with our unique issue the next day. The dispatched plumber Tyler was beyond polite. In fact, he too was awesome! He surveyed our issue, and explained to us our plumbing issues in its entirety. On top of that, he had us up and running again in less than 45 minutes after his initial arrival! Mr Rooters Plumbing was by far the best decision that we made.

    My landlord wouldnt send anyone out and I tried several times to unclog my washing machine drain pipe with no luck. So I called them they answered on a Sunday I was shocked but happy. The tech presley was very nice worked me in his schedule even came back to my house after I feel asleep and missed his call. It was late but same day service he cleaned up behind his self even though I offered I can definitely say I am sold thanks so much
