Electrician technician, Gill, was very professional and easy to work with. He was able to troubleshoot an electrical issue that we had experienced for three years while other techs from other companies were unable to identify the issue. Gill worked in an expeditious manner and his work was top notch. I highly recommend calling Conway for any issue you may be having with your home. They were able to schedule a technician the next day after I called them with our issue.

We had technician Nova and he was wonderful. We called Conway at 830 in the am and they promised us a time before 12pm to fix our hot water heater. They arrived on time that they gave us and he was very fast and prompt. He was very friendly and made sure that we were able to use our warranty that went out in 6 days mind you. It was just an overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

The only problem I had, was that my appointment time was set for 8-12. The technician didnt get here until almost 3:30. But he was very nice and professional. And since it was an easy fix, he only charged me the callout fee. He didnt charge anything extra. He was a real sweetheart. I’ll probably be calling them next time i have a plumbing issue. Hopefully, it won’t be anytime real soon.

Conway Services has been our favored plumbing company for many years. They have handled many small plumbing jobs over the years but we recently ran into the big plumbing job. Water backed up in our pipes and came back in the house and flooded most of our downstairs area. Of course we called Conway. Albert Cash and Steve Boyle came to our rescue. Albert was first on the scene and ran the camera through our pipes and found breaks in the interior pipes under the house and also deterioration of our pipes in the front yard to the sewer line. They recommended and called a company called Dry Fast to come and do immediate mitigation to dry out floors and walls to prevent mold. Al and Steve met at the house with the adjuster from our insurance company and walked him through all the issues and answered all of his questions. Al even ran the camera again so the adjuster could see the pipe breaks for himself. They have been at our house again today taping out a path for the new pipes to run inside and outside the house. Al and Steve have a lot of experience and really know their business. They are also patient and kind when explaining the process to us who know nothing about plumbing. We are grateful to both of them for their help and we know that the rest of the job will be completed in the usual Conway fashion that we have experienced over the years.

I had a clog in my house’s main drain. They came out to fix the issue, did a thorough investigation, told me what was going on, and presented a quote before work began. They resolved the issue quickly and we discussed preventative measures for future issues.I have another repair on my list and I will definitely call on them again.

Read all before making a decision. I called Conway office and asked if they were open. They told me they were and asked if they had a filter for my unit. So I drove 36 min to be told they cant access the filters. Makes no sense. They have lost a customer as my time is valuable. dont waste your time.Update.Conway called I did not answer. He emailed me and apologized and wanted to make it right. He said he would deliver 2 filters to my house for free. I was like for real yall actually care. I cant believe a company cared as much as they did. I am very pleased how they handle this. And they delivered. I must say this company does care and I think Ill stay as a customer.

I had a tankless water heater installed and with the rain, I could hear water intruding through my roof where the water heater had been installed. The flashing hadn’t sealed the opening and water was pooling in the tank catch basin. Conway came out and recognized this to be the issue and said it was covered under the warranty. I didn’t have to pay a service fee and I was very pleased that it was taken care of. Zachary, the technician who came out, was wonderfully professional and thorough. A delight to work with…he’s the best!

I had to pay $271 for this service. Please give me the correct cost of the service prior to scheduling a technician.

Had an electrical problem at my residence on 12/23, lost power to 3 bedrooms with a house full of company. I started calling electricians at around 10:00 that morning, 2 other electrical companies could not make it out the same day.Conway services came out, identified the problem (it was with my transformer/Entergy) Mike the technician showed me what the problem was, explained why it was a problem and answered all of my questions.Thank you and good job Conway services. I would have given you 6 stars if I could have.They did not over charge me, the cost was very reasonable.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with my very old unit. He showed me the major areas of concern and the issues that he was noticing and explained what was most likely to happen if I don’t take preventive measures. My unit is 29 years old so I’m not surprised by the wear and tear that he pointed out as Father Time is undefeated. I highly recommend the Conway air conditioning service and unit inspection. I would especially like to give a shout out to the technician , Malcolm Green, for being so thorough when he pointed out the issues he saw and what could happen if I don’t do something about them.

The bottom line for me is Conway are pros. They are going to show up on time. They are going to fix your issue. They aren’t going to try and upsell you on something you don’t need. That’s the kind of service I don’t mind paying a little extra for.Hunter recently repaired a tankless water heater for me. It was making a terrible groaning noise due to a bad recirculation pump. Took about an hour and it’s purring like a kitten now.I will absolutely call on Conway for my next plumbing job.

We were very pleased with the work the Conways technicians ( Monty and Christian) did installing our AC on a Saturday . They came out the very next day after we signed the contract.It was a split unit so they had to work up in a hot attic pretty much all day. Monty went above and beyond and actually built us a floor up there to not only assist in the build but for our ongoing safety ( we’re in our 80’s) as we maintain filters etc. I have to admit, i was a bit skeptical in having them come out for an estimate as there were a fair amount of people not satisfied with them. But I’mSure glad I did. Walter Starnes, their advisor, came out on Friday and did what I consider one of the best presentations we’ve had from any contractor representative ever. He was very professional, explained everything and listened and answered all our questions. ( My husband used to build compressors for Carrier AC so you can bet the questions were very technical. ) He knew it all. So bottom line, be careful using reviews to make your decisions . They can be helpful and sometimes misleading.

Brayden was extremely thorough when he was diagnosing the issue for my AC unit. Turned out to be an overflow switch at simply going bad. He suggested that it be replaced, which is what I did also inform me of a few other upcoming issues I might have which I really appreciate.I was impressed with Conway service response. With the middle of the summer heat, one of my HVAC units in the house started to fail. Never a good time for that of course but a quick call to Conway got a technician to my house within 45 minutes. He listened to my thoughts on what was happening, asked questions about the age of the system, and already has some service history from previous work they had done for us. It made a huge difference and helped diagnose the problem quickly. I’ve got enough work experience to appreciate that the tech knew exactly what he was talking about and was given me honest answers, and the right solution. Would I recommend them – absolutely!

The person answering the phone was very pleasant first available was Wednesday the 24th of July, no problem. I received a call from Conway today and The representative told me they had a technician that had finished earlier than expected and if I wanted they could be here in 45 minutes. AWESOME! That saved me having a 4 hour time window tomorrow. Kevin , the Techican was here in 35 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and evaluated the situation and figured the cost on the spot. He didn’t have to go to the office to work up an estimate.

Had a blockage that I just couldn’t clear myself. Called Conway to get some professional help. Hunter fixed it in about 20 min tops and my drain clears like never before.My only issues are that I got a time frame of 12 & 4pm. Which was fine. I was told I’d get a 45 min time frame window update and I did not receive that. It was 4:15 when I had to call for an updated ETA. I received a call not even a few minutes later from Hunter saying he would arrive within 30 min.He spent all of maybe 20 min fixing my drain (which works great now) and even gave me a $50 off coupon. My second issue is that the service was $276. WITH a coupon for a 20 min fix. I feel like services like this… that could potentially be a quick fix… should have a different rate than just a flat rate.

Next day came and (nearly) went with no communication, till I called and complained again; dispatch finally called me back for the first time (!) around 5:00pm to let me know they were finally sending the tech my way. I researched the code and found it to be a (likely) minor issue that would still require technical assistance. The technician (Cody Smith) responded on time & resolved our problem within the hour - restoring our hot water for the price of the service call MINUS a discount. My mom and I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and paid extra to have it delivered, installed, and the old appliance hauled off. Unfortunately, the third party that dropped off the new fridge said they could not hook up the new one since the plumbing line ran under the sink. This also caused us to have to reschedule our haul off with them. Luckily , I was able to get an appointment for a plumber to come out the same day. Nick was great ! Overall the experience was good from the initial review to the install. It has only been one day with the new system, so this is an early assessment. My biggest recommendation is better/more in depth explanation of the various thermostat styles they offer. Might even be good to have a sample of each one so customers can make an informed decision. I would have preferred the nest learning thermostat, but because I was not aware of the differences I am stuck with the Honeywell thermostat because I didnt want to pay extra hundreds for the Honeywell to be swapped out for the nest.
