I had such a great experience with Plumbing Care Inc. Their dispatcher, Michael was very helpful and set up an appointment for me right away. When it came time for the appointment, I received a text message that the technician was on their way and it included a picture and name for reference. Our plumber technician Zyaire O. was very nice and knowledgeable. He ran multiple tests to diagnose the issue and was able to fix it same day.For such a stressful situation of a flood, all around I had a stress free process working with this Plumbing Care In and Zyaire.

We had a broken water heater at night. We called plumbing care. And they scheduled a service for next morning so we can sleep in peace. Plumbing care technician replaced the old water heater with a new one at very reasonable price. We also got 6 years warranty. I don’t need to worry about it until maybe next generation electric water heater is available and affordable. Anyway, it works great for us.

Water pipe outside of my house leaked on a Sunday, plumbing care came and gave estimate plus hooked a temporary water line so we could have water for the night. They came the next day (Monday morning) to complete the repair and upgrade. Alex and Pablo were great. Great communication, very professional, friendly, and they work smart. I always know Plumbing care is slightly more expensive than other plumbers, but I like the way how they work: clean and quick. Thank you.

Plumbing Care Inc saved the day with in-stock parts and immediate availability. My water heater stopped working and I needed a new control valve and burner unit. Al was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to. As far as I can tell, he did a professionaljob and did so expediently and skillfully. It cost $320 for the cost of about 30 min of labor (parts were covered under warranty), So the price was high, but worth it for the immediate service.

They installed a new Navien tankless water heater to replace my 13 year old Noritz tankless water heater. I couldnt be happier!From the very beginning when I had the initial conversation with them about the issue (leaking tankless water heater), potential options (gave me very competitive price quotes for 3 tankless water heaters), scheduling of the job, and installation (arrived exactly on time and finished within the time frame), I have been very pleased with Plumbing Care. Everyone you talk with - including the owner (Martin) - is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and responds very quickly, unlike my interactions with other plumbers in the San Ramon, Dublin, and Pleasanton area. Our experience with Plumbing Care has been exceptional. We had our domestic water not working and they did really well in fixing it.We have a combination Navien tank-less water heater with the radiant heating for our home turned off. Several other plumbers came and either gave up before doing any diagnostic or made claims that eventually turned out to be false.Our technician Georgie was very knowledgeable and while he not only fixed the water pressure error 351. He went beyond to check with the manufacturer to give us a permanent solution so that the combination tank-less water heater can work in an optimal configuration for domestic hot water and bypassing radiant heat. Very professional and reliable company. Highly recommend!

I called Plumbing Care and a plumber, Carlos, came to fix the problems about one hour after my call. Carlos was extremely professional and completed the work efficiently so we could have water in the house for early Sunday afternoon. I thought the price was reasonable given it was an emergency call-out on a Sunday. From the first contact to job completion I was impressed with Plumbing Care and recommend them highly.

Called on Sunday December 24, 2023 at 8:05 am to report a clogged toilet which was backing up into the sink. Carlos was assigned to the job and would be arriving between 9:00 am - 11:00 am on the same day. He called as he was on his way and arrived at 10:20 am within the scheduled time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it by clearing the drainage line. Carlos did a great job and explained the issue and what needed to be done. He quoted the cost in writing before engaging upon the project. Highly recommend Plumbing Care and Carlos. In the future should we have any plumbing issues this is the company we will reach out to and will request Carlos.

The best plumber Ive ever interacted with!Dragan was able to get out to my house quickly, assess the issue with a leaking sewer line in my crawl space, and provide a quote that was significantly less than 2 other companies.Additionally, he pointed out multiple other issues that hadnt even surfaced yet including pipe corrosion in the walls due to a mix of galvanized and copper pipes and the main shutoff valve was leaking by. He replaced the main shutoff valve and told me how easy it was to unscrew the small sections of galvanized steel and replace them with brass.Would highly recommend!!!

A very nice, friendly man who quickly assessed the problem but unfortunately it involved making a small opening in the wall behind the frig. He did a very professional, thorough repair including a patch of the wall. Fixed the problem quickly. they photo the stages of repair so you can see what was done, a nice touch.It seemed expensive but we did not have time to get estimates so I dont know how their pricing compares. We were grateful they found a time slot that worked for us. I would call them again.

We had water leaking in the living room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom and I called Plumbing care for service. They gave me a window of 2-4 pm on the same day. Keith and Mario showed up on time and went straight to work. Keith was spot on where to cut the ceiling to find the leak from the bathroom drain. Keith came back with Alan the next day with the supplies needed for the repair and finished the job as well as replacing the upstairs toilet. Keith is very knowledgeable and efficient, but most importantly, he is friendly and professional. Keith and his crew were fantastic and deserve recognition for their services. Plumbing care personnel and quality work are good indications of a well-managed company. I am now a loyal customer.

Excellent service. I accidentally drilled a hole in a waterpipe in the wall on a Sunday, around 1:00pm. The tech arrived at 3:00 and had the pipe fixed by 3:30. Everyone else I called was going to take at least 24, maybe 48 hours. These guys are going on speed dial.

High praise to Hristo and Alan. Our 11 yr. old water heater failed the day after Christmas. The original installer recommended replacing the blower. Plumbing Care dispatched Keith who suspected the problem was not the blower, and set up a visit from Hristo next day. He agreed and pointed out that a standard diagnosis could not be performed because the heater had been installed so that two essential vents could not be accessed. The heater would have to be removed and reinstalled. Heists explanation was thorough and convincing. So next day he and Alan returned with a new matching heater. They arrived at 4 and worked to past 7:30. Much re-piping had to be done to maintain connection to our hydronic system. When the installation was complete Hristo was not satisfied with the output. He spent at least 1/2 hour performing several tests on other existing components of our system, , which resolved the problem. The work was meticulously done. Hristo clearly explained all issues. We are happy customers with lots of hot water. Thank you.

My Gas Hot Water Heater started leaking yesterday morning and I had to get it replaced ASAP. My neighbor recommended Plumbing Care, based on his experienced one month earlier, when they installed a tankless water heater for him. They came out the same day to my house, early evening, and installed a new heater. What a great experience. From the first call to their office, to the final cleanup when the job was completed. Hristo Ivanov, the technician, arrive on time and was very friendly, respectful, explaining exactly what will be done, estimated the duration it will take, and clearly explained/answered all my questions. What impressed me the most was that Hristo did not take any shortcuts (I know some level of plumbing work). He specifically installed the unit and pipes in a layout and setup, while keeping future possible maintenance access required to key components in mind (I have heard from some friends that had to pay extra to remove pipes when they needed maintenance to be performed on their unit, as they were originally installed in front of the control box, or in positions that are in the way to access key components). In my case, I think it took Hristo a little longer to complete the job, but that is what quality work, and customer service, is about. If I could, I will give Hristo 6 stars. I definitely recommend Plumbing Care. I believe I got value for money, quality work, and if you can, ask for Hristo Ivanov to be assigned to your job. You will be happy you did.
