Prompt and thorough service! Adam and Alfredo came out to check an issue I’ve had with my dishwasher either not getting enough water or not draining correctly. Because they were able to quickly verify that all the hoses were clear, there were no issues from a plumbing standpoint, and because I had mentioned it was an ongoing issue across two different dishwashers, Adam graciously waived the service charge. So very kind and generous! I will definitely be calling Pilot Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing need!

I had a leak in my plumbing system somewhere which was flooding my yard. I called Eric at Pilot Plumbing. He came out to my house and diagnosed the problem quickly. He discovered that the leak was actually coming from the water main under the foundation of my house. He then presented me with a cost effective solution. His team of plumbers came out later that same week and installed a new water main in a few hours. They did an amazing job!! I would recommend Pilot Plumbing for any plumbing job you might have.

We did a remodel in both bathrooms, we had a walk-in shower put in , they came and moved all the pluming for the shower head and and the drain. Installed faucets and re plumbed one bathroom for the double sinks. They were very friendly and professional while the were here. And did the excellent work.

We had another plumber out who used a camera to check our drain to find out why it was backing up. We were told we had a broken pipe in the footprint of our home that would require re-routing or tunneling to fix. We had someone else come out for a second opinion and they said the same thing. As we were expecting to spend thousands of dollars to have the problem fixed, we decided to have a third company come out to give us a quote. Eric from Pilot Plumbing came out and checked the pipe with his camera and told us he did not see that the pipe was broken. He kept looking to figure out what was causing the back up and found that there was a grease clog further down the line. He cleared it out and we have not had any problems since! This was a huge relief, to say the least!
