Second time using Conroe Plumbing and they were fantastic! Even came out on a holiday to fix a pipe leak. Super happy with their work and will be using them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It started last night when my punch guy/handyman cut a stub out line for my whole house water filtration system. The line was Pex material and he didnt have the proper tools to make the connection. Its a new construction house so I wasnt concerned that there wasnt water running to the house last night but wanted to line up a plumber for today (Im the builder). I called Conroe plumbing and described the situation. The lady on the phone scheduled the appointment, said it would be $125 trip charge, $85 for each additional hour and $35 more if they brought a helper....then said she would get a plumber to call me to make sure they could do the work. 90 minutes later he called. I told him the situation and even texted him a photo of the pipe. He said no worries, they had the tools, and it would take one guy less than an hour. The next morning on time a young man showed up with a helper. I showed them to the garage and he began looking at the pipe. From the onset I knew I was in trouble. This kid knew nothing and the helper knew even less. They made 3 trips to their truck, then a 25 minute phone call to their office telling someone over the phone all about the job and asking what to do. He walked back into the garage to tell me the repairs would take all day, because he DIDNT HAVE THE TOOLS so he had to go back for the right tools and parts, and because it was so complicated he would be charging me $700. Please see pictures below. I told him no thanks and have a blessed day. $125+ tax = wasted. I then called Moore plumbing supply and talked to them. I drove over purchased 2 shark bite connectors and a section of CPVC (I paid for 10 feet but only needed about 2 feet). Total cost $58 and time taken in the garage to bring water back on by myself = 15 minutes. Im sure they have helped a lot of people in the community but I shudder to think of the lies and the costs.Update: Today the owner contacted me and apologized for the experience. He stated that there was miscommunication between himself and his worker and wanted to make the situation right. He has offered to refund the trip charge and even went so far as to hold a meeting with his staff using this as a teachable moment and vowing to offer more value to his customers. Even though my experience wasnt good their response let me know that was an isolated event and they will work to do the right thing.

My mother and step dad told us to call them, that they have had great experiences with them, so we gave it a shot. And she was so right! They were fast, super friendly, knew their stuff, and a great price! So glad my mom told me to call! Excellent service!!

God bless these folks! Our Well Water pump failed us at 5 PM. I made a call at 5:30 and they were there working on it within 30 minutes. They were wonderful folks and I would definitely recommend them to others. The price was excellent. To be honest, I feel that they undercharged us when they said the price, but I was not going to argue. We had our water running by 9 pm with their diligent work. Thank you gentlemen for everything you did to help us out. We will definitely be using you again!

I reached the limit to my DIY know how and contacted Conroe Plumbing. I received a few recommendations for them from friends and also knew I wanted someone local, in case further issues came up. One of their plumbers, Roger, came out and did an awesome job, both in fixing what I had messed up and in dealing with an issue I wasn’t even aware of. Roger also provided advice on what to do to prevent the issue I was having and also what to avoid so I don’t make things worse. Yes, it’s expensive and sucks to take a hit in the wallet but when you have no other choice but to call the pros, definitely call Conroe Plumbing.

Wow! Im truly impressed, speechless really, on how fast and professional a main water line was fixed. I called at 6pm, and it was completely sealed by 745pm. Spectacular service, will absolutely use them again!

I wanted to give a shout out to Corbyn who came out to fix a valve leak on my water heater. While here he noticed it wasnt up to code. He explained the safety issues and was thorough in checking everything out. For a fair price, he was able to fix what was needed in a timely manner. He did a professional, clean job and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you Corbyn!

Conroe Plumbing came to our rescue last night! When our hot water tank pressure valve blew at 12am and water was spewing everywhere, they were quick to answer our call and dispatch help. Justin and another guy (sorry I didn’t even get your name!) arrived shortly and dealt with the issue. They were so professional and knowledgeable and such friendly guys. Since it was after 1am by the time they were done they didn’t worry about payment details etc, but said we could deal with all of that in the morning. We were so relieved. I now have these guys on speed dial! We had tried our home warranty company and three other companies and none would help us at that time of the day. It was a huge relief to hear Keisha’s “Sure, I’ll send them right now”. Thank you, Conroe Plumbing.

Words cannot express my gratitude and thanks to Mike, Justin and Conroe Plumbing. We had an issue at 1:30 AM Easter morning. I am sure, that coming out in the middle of the night was not what they wanted to do. They arrived within the time frame they projected, were friendly, professional and did just a great job. Mike, the lead, was very knowledgeable and just a great guy. I believe Justin is an apprentice as they did not charge for his time....which surprised me and he was great and a professional. We will definitely call Conroe Plumbing again! Thanks guys. Hope you had a blessed Easter.

I called Thursday night late expecting to get just a scheduler or answering service. I got Michael and he was at home, was likely in the middle of dinner with his family. He took the time to talk to me about my problem and said he would personally have someone out there around 2pm. Friday comes and he made sure to update me on an arrival time (just a bit after 3pm) but hey.... jobs take time and may go over a bit so I was understanding. Michael was professional, courteous and re-built my P trap and unclogged the line in just about 30 mins and was done. Then he took the time to explain to me what was the issue. If I EVER have any issue with my plumbing again, I will call Conroe Plumbing for sure!

Ive had to call them a couple times. Always on a holiday too. They were kind, when I know they probably would rather be with their family. We had a nightmare rental and yeah we were so thankful to have found Conroe plumbing. Its been awhile since Ive had to call them and have been meaning to leave a review. I had to call them out for a recheck and they were just the absolute best. We have since moved into a new house and if we ever need a plumber we will use their services and I only ever reccomend them. Thank you to the amazing company from the kind woman on the phone to all the employees!

We had a kitchen sink that wouldnt drain and these guys came out within an hour of calling on a Saturday. They were quick, easily fixed the problem, and were easy to get along with. 5/5 Would recommend and use again.

I am a picky person. I like things done fast and correctly. I have had a few calls at my house to fix various issues and each time it is the same things....polite, quick, respectful and most importantly they are correct and fix the issue the first time. I can not put 6 stars but if I could I would. I think that the real test of a service is if I would recommend the company to my family and I would without hesitation. Good job guys....thank you for doing a great job.

To say this company is highly recommended by me is an understatement not only did they respond in half the time they said they would early early in the morning but they fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. And the lady that answered the phone even went above and beyond to calm me down and help me think as my water was leaking everywhere and then also made sure the company didnt wake up my son when they showed up at the house. Wow. Highly highly recommend.

Im the manager with Above & Beyond Assisted Living facility here in Conroe. We had a few plumbing issues with the facility and as soon as i called Conroe Plumbing, these guys were out here in a flash. Their plumbers were so friendly, professional, and all around great guys! Walden- We had been without water since the recent freeze of Feb 12, 2020- due to the demand for repairs we were finally able to get Mike, Dylan and Anthony from Conroe Plumbing- They arrived late Monday afternoon 2/22 promised we would have water before they left. They stayed well after dark and made sure everyone in our Condo building had water again. Dylan and Anthony never stopped fixing broken pipes, Mike (the Owner) even showed up to make sure we were taken care of. Only concern they had was getting our water restored. I cannot recommend them enough and they are the only plumbing company I will recommend and use!! Thank You Guys for putting needs of others over yours.

Awesome service!! I was literally throwing a party at my home and two hrs prior the entire house was backed up with toilet water. Did I mention this was on a Saturday night? These guys were on seen in less than an hour and even though it ended up being one heck of a job they worked till the middle of the night and were back out the next morning to finish the job. The guys were personable and proffesional.i sincerely appreciate your quick response,hard work ethic, and dedication to find the problem and fix it!
