He arrived promptly within the four-hour window (2 PM to 6 PM) and was nothing but professional throughout the entire visit. JD Plumbing offered a fantastic deal for this service—significantly more affordable than the other companies we contacted, whose quotes were nearly three times higher.We were initially unaware of the importance of flushing the hot water heater and went nearly 10 years in our home without doing it. Now, after having it flushed just two years ago, we were surprised by how much sediment and discoloration still came out during this service. This experience reinforced the value of having it done regularly, and I’d recommend homeowners consider an annual schedule for this maintenance.David’s process was efficient and straightforward. Despite not being the company that originally installed our water softener, he demonstrated a solid understanding of the system and ensured everything was in working order before he left. Last week I had JD Precision Plumbing install a new on-demand tankless hot water heater and a whole-home water filtration system. They were at my home for about three and half days working on this project as it was a very extensive job.David Ramos was the supervising lead on my project, and there were several workers at my home helping on the project. However, the main workers were Ryan and Sam. They all did an excellent job and were very prompt, detailed, hardworking and professional!I would highly recommend JD Precision Plumbing Services to anyone!!!

Stopped up sewer line didn’t stand a chance. Rj was my tech and he was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. He definitely knows his stuff and was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Dalton showed up with the machine and wasn’t afraid to get dirty to get me all fixed up. From my first call to the office all the way to the completion of the work everyone was great to deal with.Not a single hiccup, no excuses, just great work from start to finish. These guys were not my cheapest price but being in the construction industry I’m aware that often times you get what you pay for. In the end I feel like I got a excellent deal because of the professional service I received. If I ever need anything done at home I can’t repair myself I’m calling them for sure. After talking to RJ I had a lot of confidence in them as a company. Very easy to talk to and explained everything very well.

First time using their service. The appointment scheduling was seamless. Ronald Kiss the technician was professional and informative. Did not try and fleece us. Gave us options and recommendations. We had a clogged toilet. The fix was going to be approx $250 to see if the first step fix would help. He said if that does not work, we should get a new toilet and he would not charge us the $250 fee for the first service provided. That first option worked so we were good. Definitely using them going forward.

We reached out to JD precision plumbing due to having issues with our bathtub faucet cartridge. Donald was the guy who was dispatched to us and from the start all the way to the finish he was very knowledgeable of his work, and educated us along the way. He did everything in his power to get the job done and we couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Donald if you’re looking for a great plumber who knows his stuff! We will definitely be using JD plumbing again in the future and will definitely request the services of Donald if he’s available. Best plumber we’ve had hands down!

Caleb seriously exceeded my expectations! He had to end up coming back out the next night and did not leave until we had the issue resolved. It has been a nightmare of a mess with roots inside of our lines on a new build and he was able to locate the issue right away, and while we will have to have the plumbing company come out that installed the plumbing before our house was built due to roots being in the line, and our clean out valve not being exposed. (Crappy job the original plumbing company did) Caleb was able to get our pipe flushed out to give us our usage of our toilets and bathtubs back! He truly does care for his clients. You can tell this is not just a job for him! I will always request him for any future service.

It was the next day and a competitor from box store still hadnt responded to my online request for service to a hot water heater that stopped working, and wasnt even anwering the phone when I tried calling them a couple times. I texted JD Precision Plumbing from a flyer on the kitchen counter, and they responded withing minutes and a tech was at the house within a couple hours. They offereed to start the work, but it was late in the day, so they came out early the next morning and installed the new one. Also, they coordinated with a roofer they work with to replace the roof vent flashing which was leaking and had been dripping water on the old gas water heater. P.S. the competitor from the box store finally called back to come out, but by then JD Precision Pumbing had already completed the job! Way to go JD Precision Pumbing!

We had Zachary come out to inspect our water heaters in April, and most recently had Austin come out to clear a clogged drain line. They were both professional, courteous, and very friendly!Zachary discovered that the leak detection system we have on our water heaters was beeping because water had crept in through a tiny slit in the roof where the flashing on the roof had moved due to high storm winds. We were thankful he discovered the problem so that we could prevent that from happening again in future and to know that we needed to repair the flashing!Austin knew exactly what he needed to do to clear the HVAC drain line that ran all the way down our 2 story home from the attic. It was very clogged and he fixed it quickly and easily. Very knowledgeable and was so nice that even our timid dog Luna liked him!I would recommend either of these great professionals and likely anyone else at this company. The dispatch team are super friendly and quick to help too!

Corey Fox and his team provided excellent service when replacing builder-grade toilets and push/pull shutoffs under sinks, toilets, and the washer. The newly recommended toilets perform significantly better than the original builder-grade units, offering true water conservation by eliminating the need for multiple flushes. Additionally, the water shutoffs installed are much more durable than the standard builder-grade ones.During the shutoff replacements, Corey’s team discovered some units that were near failure, preventing potential water damage. They also identified and resolved faulty toilet installations, avoiding similar issues in the future. Despite these additional findings, the total cost remained consistent with the initial quote.Corey and his team exhibited professionalism in both appearance and manner. Corey addressed all questions and concerns promptly, emphasizing excellent customer service. Thank you, Corey, for your outstanding work!

Called and left a detailed message with the answering service but never got a return call. So I finally called back to schedule an estimate. They had not gotten the message from the service.Hired to replace six toilets that were under the vortens cracking tank “recall” Mycomplaint is he brought four toilets with handles on the right and two on the left when I asked for all left. I let it slide but he really needs to make sure people are OK with that. It’s too expensive to not give people what they asked for and toilets should match. Technician pleasant. Work was prompt and ok. Pricey though. Would shop around next time.

Nicholas successfully accessed the problem and offered a practical solution by installing new direct drain outflow piping to the outside of my home. Quick to respond, professional, clear explanations, immediate set up of remediation, above and beyond service!Saturday we woke to a large water spot on our ceiling. After investigating we found the hot water tank tray was the issue. Thought we had it resolved until Sunday when we stepped into standing water under the now dribbling leak. We called JD Precision Plumbing who were on our doorstep in about an hour and a half after our emergency SOS. Donald sprung into action, investigated, showed us the problem with photos and presented our options, explaining each, the installation process and life of each option. It was now late on a Sunday evening. He called a helper, Asa, picked up the new hot water tank and did the installation, happily. They easily could have had an excuse to wait until Monday or that he couldnt get a helper that late, but they didnt. Donald and Asa made it happen, never once making us feel like its Sunday night and we could be with my families if we werent here. The same evening they had their water remediation folks as well as the roofing company call and scheduled us first thing the next morning for remediation. Quick to respond, professional, clear explanation of options, all the next steps for the professional clean up and other repairs immediately, above and beyond service! Jordan installed an expansion tank for our two water heaters and water purification system as well as optimized the plumbing between the water heater to make them more efficient and effective. To date I have not been able to see the numbers on the unit so I am not sure how I can send in the warranty card.

He was tasked outside of typical work hours to figure out why our AC was malfunctioning, if our air conditioning system was clogged up and where the clog was. Not only was he knowledgeable, efficient, and timely (and had a great attitude despite having to work in a hot attic and house) he made sure to educate us on the problem and preventative measures we could take to avoid this issue in the future. He also communicated with the AC tech that had come out earlier in the day to verify what tests and procedures were done and if they were done properly to avoid any extra work and extra charges. The tech assessed the problem and provided me with a no-BS answer and resolution. Told me that they could order the part and have it in and installed in 3 days time. They did not fail me. 9am Monday they were at my property fixing the problem. Plumbers did spot another issue and fixed it without charging me extra. Thank you very much. Yall did a great job.

Fantastic service! I had a replacement water heater installed within 3 hours after calling for help. Great service and technology with an email containing a picture of the plumber coming to my house and a detailed invoice and installation pictures after completed. Flushed both the gas tankless water heater and regular electric water heater. Courteous and worked efficiently. Did not come prepared with a ladder to access the regular water heater. We have a purchased plan for five years and it is something that needs to be on their work order. Also did not come at 8am as they promised since I was the first job of the day. They call but if you dont answer they wait for you to call them back. Then they send the technician. We are 55 minutes away from their technician so the time was delayed and it was more like 9am when he arrived. Making notations on our account will help the next workman do a professional job.

We woke up to a surprise leak Sunday morning. We called and they sent out plumber, David, our in less than an hour. He found the leak, replaced/repaired a pipe, did a full inspection of the homes typical problem areas, made recommendations, flushed our 3 year old tankless water heater as routine maintenance, then cleaned up all work areas. He was professional, polite, explained things clearly and we were very pleased with the overall experience.

Great service! Super easy to get scheduled. I called Sunday night thinking Id leave a message, and someone picked up the phone and scheduled my appointment for Wednesday morning. Unheard of! They arrived promptly, inspected the necessary systems, and said everything seemed to be working fine, except I might want to get a roofer out to look the water heater vent because theres a sizable gap. They will be my plumbers for now on!
