Excellent communications. Easy appointment making online via their website which includes estimated pricing for what you need repaired. Lance was outstanding and said I didn’t need to remove a whole section of pipe under my sink. He was able to replace a very small section and only charged the minimum for his time & materials. Very reasonable. I’ll use them again and will sing their praises to anyone inquiring about a plumber.

These guys are so honest. Lots of plumbers charge you a hefty fee to only come out and look. Lance G not only came out and fixed a leak we have had for over a year but only charged 130.00. That is the trip fee for most plumbing companies. Found a new company for life. THANK YOU!! Paul the plumber and the folks that work for you.After Lance fixed my leak, another one showed up over night. He came back the next day and fixed it and charged me the same amount as the first visit. And hours later he came back and handed me my check back and discounted the second trip by 2/3rds. What an awesome guy and an awesome company. Plumbers are known for overcharging. Believe me, I have been there. These guys are more than fair and honestly want to fix your problem.AAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++

I had a stopped drain. I put in drain opener. Then, the water in the sink started rising! It kept rising. It had risen over the drain hole, so I knew I needed help, fast. I finally bailed it into a bucket, but it kept rising. This water had drain cleaner in it - I didnt want it overflowing into my house! I did what I always do - called Mr. Handyman, and asked for guidance. They recommended Paul the Plumber. Paul Jr. arrived about 90 minutes after my call. He worked as carefully as possible with the pedestal sink, cleared something way far along in the drain, got it draining, and were back in business. Problem solved! I will call them first, if I ever need a plumber again!

I give this company 5 stars and they didnt even set foot on my property! The water service line to my home broke. The break was in an awkward location that I did not fell comfortable to attempt the repair myself. I contacted Paul the Plumber. Paul asked that I send him some pictures by text. Which I did. After reviewing the pics. Paul said his schedule was full but he would recommend another company that he knew would take care of me. TAKE CARE OF ME THEY DID! they were fast, professional,respectful, and very affordable! I will not say who they recommended because this review is about Paul the Plumber. I am selling my house and having to fix a few things. One of the items was a leak in my bathroom sink. Paul the Plumber was referred to me by my realtor and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of service I received! Stephen came out and assessed the problem and informed me that he needed to replace the faucet. He explained that he could supply the faucet. However, if I were to purchase one, it would cost much less and he was agreeable to return a couple days later after I had a chance to obtain the faucet. Two days later Stephen returned to install the faucet I purchased. He couldn’t have been kinder and I am so appreciative for him going the extra mile and the quality of work he did.

Had a water heater that started leaking late in the day, called Paul the plumber to see if they could come and replace it. Gave them all the information off the old water heater and they scheduled to come the next day to replace the water heater between 11:30 and 12:30. They were promptly there and installed our new water heater, installed new lines since the old lines needed new valves also, just an outstanding job all around. No mess was left behind either, everything was clean where they worked at by their personnel.

Paul promptly arrived, relit/fixed the issue, gave suggestions to further alleviate the problem, gave super reasonable quotes for future upgrades...and won us over as permanent customers!! Deven S the technician was very professional, he was able to come sooner than scheduled. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up the work areas. He even help me adjusted the position of the flush valve so I can do the annual flush of my tankless hot water heater. Pauls pricing is very competitive for the quality service. I was charged only $345 and it was a pretty complicated job with wall cutting required. The copper pipe on hose faucet on exterior brick had busted and was leaking. Had to cut inside house under sink. Didn’t put the hose back as third hose on exterior for multiple reasons but primarily because we would have to remove the bathroom sink completely. A lot of plumbing parts are sold out too per this odd hard freeze with schools and roads shut down. Replace pipe and end piece. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly by phone. He has a good team that was helpful along the way as well. Deborah did great with communicating and scheduling as well. I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with the way Paul showed up exactly as scheduled, completed the project as agreed to and completed everything within the 2 days he had estimated. All of this by a locally owned company with a licensed master plumber and 3 journeymen at a very fair price. I was one of the many who experienced burst pipes after the big freeze February 2021. Working with Paul the Plumber was a stress-free and pleasurable experience from the moment they answered the phone. They arrived punctually to our appointment and worked efficiently, quickly isolating the problem. They were transparent about the issues and costs; there was no extra upsells or other pitches I have experienced from other plumbers in the area. Once the issue was resolved, they diligently cleaned up the minimal mess and set everything back to proper function. I cannot recommend Paul the Plumber enough; we are very grateful to them.

Want to send out a thank you to the JR folks who suggested Paul the Plumber earlier. He is now my go to guy on plumbing. Our 1.5 year old water heater went out right before Christmas and Paul came right out when I called. Ultimately Rheem replaced the heater under warranty but not before Paul had to spend many hours over the holidays on the phone with Rheem and replacing parts that they were sending. I found Paul to be very knowledable and professional but most of all, honest and fair.

Had Paul out to look at our outdoor gas appliances after a CenterPoint meter upgrade. Very professional, on time exactly when he said he would be there, helped us determine that we didn’t need as much work as CenterPoint thought that we did. I had him install a valve for me on an existing gas line while he was there and was very happy with pricing. Found my new “go-to” plumber.
