We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom. My mom called Greg and he sent out Brandon and Chase within minutes. They were friendly and knowledgeable; they didnt even mind me looking over their shoulders and asking questions. Brandon explained everything with a lot of detail to us about what was going on. They were quick and courteous and helped to take the stress of it off my mom. Im super grateful to Greg, Brandon, and Chase. Thanks guys youre epic!

I found and called Priority Plumbing on a Google search an exterior water leak. Eddy answered & let me know he could have his crew out to my house on the same day. The team arrived promptly & began working to find the leak. Once discovered, they provided me with several options with varying degrees of work efforts to fix the leaks. They worked with my budget and needs to get the leaks fixed quickly. They also provided suggested future services that I will need completed. The team was polite, informative, & timely.I will be calling them back to work on my house again and have recommended them to my neighbors.Plumbing issues are never fun & can be quite costly, and these guys helped ease that headache a bit.

I have been having one of the worst weeks as a home owner ever. My water heater somehow super heated and didnt drain outside like it was designed to. No, instead the pipping got so hot that it started melting and leaking. I had a waterfall in my living room and kitchen. I called priority plumbing to come out and take care of the repairs. Greg (the owner) worked with me on getting his team out to me. His prices for work and equipment were more than fair. When Brandon and Chase arrived, honestly it was like seeing old friends again. They were so personable, friendly, taking the time to educate and explain what they were doing and why as well confirm any work prior to doing it. I am so grateful for finding them. Thank you guys

Our kitchen sink was not draining in our new home. I took it all apart and tried to fix it myself but the clog was too far down the line for me to get to. Greg got somebody out to our house within an hour of contacting him and Brandon did a great job getting it all cleared.

I had a total block on my sewer drain line and could not use any water until it was fixed. They came out the same day we called and quicky got after it. I work on the clean water side of plumbing, but wanted no part this. I am grateful for the same day response and getting it done right.Hats off to all the Real Plumbers out there.They were also very thoughtful and took my toothbrush out of the bathroom before they started working.I would not have thought about that either.👍👍👍👏

These guys are great. Recently, Tachus Internet service bored Fiber Optics through our subdivision and they hit my sewer line. Thinking I had a problem, I called Priority Plumbing. Brandon and Chase of Priority were great, they responded quickly and identified the problem. I paid them for their service and Im sure Ill fight with Tachus to get a refund on their screw up - big companies dont care about people. Trust me. Ill never us Tachus for Internet, but I will use Priority Plumbing, again and again, for my plumbing needs.

The day after Christmas and all of a sudden the shower would not drain and water coming out of the base pf the toilet. Called Priority and they were there within a couple of hours, Found the problem straight away from a blockage in the main sewer line under the toilet. Cleared the line and reinstalled the toilet and then also fixed another toilet that had gotten loose on its base. Professional and quick.

Toilet gave out Friday late afternoon. Brandon was there first thing in the morning with new toilet he had to shop for. Old toilet had to go out as a single unit and he handled it all with no complaints. Great company to work with!!

The on/off float in the water tank under my outdoor fountain had worn out causing the tank to continually fill and overflow. Two very courteous young men came out on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, stopped the flooding and will return once the replacement part comes in. Very pleased and recommend this service.
