I was referred to Hall Plumbing from a neighbor. I texted Matt with pictures of what the issue was. Matt gave me a time and was here at that time. Matt fixed the issues and was very reasonably priced. I will use and refer him again. It is nice to have someone that is dependable.

Matt was prompt to answer, and got us in same day to replace our failed hot water heater. He quickly identified the problem(s), and went the extra mile to clean up the connections both water and gas (some leftover from constructing the house years back). He stayed till the job was done and was prompt throughout. Backed by a solid warranty, informative on the issues/options, couldnt ask for more. Highly recommend Hall plumbing and will call Matt for future work.

Weve lived in our 16 year-old house for 5 years now, but were never fond of the long wait time for hot water. The original Rinnai instant water heater was fine, but being proactive, we decided to have the water heater replaced with a new top-of-the-line Rinnai with recirculation pump, which would supply constant hot water at all hot water outlets, and had an (optional) web-interface, Control-R. I contacted three different Rinnai-authorized plumbing companies for quotes. We ended up going with Matt Hall for several reasons....hes close by, and he seemed to be more knowledgeable and offered more suggestions to improve the existing original PEX piping in our home. But, he was not the cheapest. After he and another master plumber associate came to do the install of the new water heater, they discovered that our house was plumbed with a PEX manifold, which meant that there was no way we could have instant hot water due to the fact that each hot water fixture was on its own circuit, so, in other words, only ONE hot water delivery fixture could always have hot water, and none of the others. We were sick, almost nauseated at this point. We asked Matt to come up with suggestions, requiring that we could/would get hot water to ALL the hot water fixtures, and, most importantly, that they would not have to tear out any sheetrock inside the house. A few days later he came back with the quote; it was a lot of money, and a lot of work! What he proposed was removal of the manifold completely and all the separate lines going to all the water fixtures, and replacing with a loop (Dedicated) system which would eliminate a crossover valve. In other words, tear out all of the plumbing in the entire house, except for the drops going from the attic down to the fixture. Since all the work would be done int the attic, they would not be tearing out any sheetrock inside!!! They would have to add valves to all the PEX coming into the sinks in the kitchens and baths, but no sheetrock would be harmed. We talked about it for about 10 seconds, and said Do It! A few days later, Matt and two other associates, the master plumber (like Matt), and a Journeyman plumber came and begin the work. 8 hours later they were finished; new Rinnai water heater installed, with web interface, and the whole house essentially RE-PIPED into a Dedicated System. 36 fixtures, including the four outside hose bibs. At least 36 x 4 connections or 144 total connections! All the old PEX removed from the house completely filled the large Hall Plumbing van! Hundreds of feet of PEX. GONE! Amazing! And whats really amazing: No Leaks, No sheetrock holes in the house, Instant Hot Water (after a couple of seconds) in all hot water fixtures in the house. UNBELIEVABLE!!! There is still a hole where the manifold was, in the garage, but Im toying with the idea of putting in a wall safe, so well see. This is a very, very long review, but as an example of a WORST CASE SCENARIO for a plumbing project and resolution, I think this one is probably the best. Highly, highly recommend Hall Plumbing Company. Not the cheapest, but the highest quality! As the old saying goes, You get what you pay for....! AMEN!!!

Matt was great, I called initially to move my washer and dryer drain and while he was performing that service he found a leak in the area. He notified me immediately and was very fair with pricing and fixed everything. He will be my go to plumber from now on!

Mr. Hall was fantastic! I called and he was friendly and prompt. He was able to squeeze me in quickly to fix the bad leak we had under our kitchen sink. He did a great job, fixed our leak, and left the area clean. I wish I would have called sooner!!

Matt was very prompt, friendly, and had my hot water pressure problem fixed in about an hour and a half I guess. He was very honest and transparent with what he believed could be wrong with my heater and the cost to fix those probable problems. Turned out to be a heat trap that came out of the water heater nipple. The hot water flow is back to normal. For the amount of work he had to do to diagnose and get that part out, my cost was VERY reasonable! I would definitely recommend and use his services again (and probably will when I replace the 20 yr old water heater he just repaired)!
