Arriving at our office on Thursday, 11/7 - a/c was NOT working and it was 85 degrees!! I called AC Plus; we were only going to be at the office that day. Thomas, so graciously, worked it out for technicians to come that afternoon and we were very grateful to have a/c in a couple of hours! We also appreciate the non-profit discount. For a homeowner, this could be one of the most important upgrades you do to your house. You want to be sure it is done right & you get the value for your hard earned money. Thomas and his team showed great professionalism & skill when installing my new A/C systems. After receiving other quotes and then speaking with A/C plus, i knew this would be my choice for install. They were knowledgeable, very respectful to my home, and fair on price. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions and even found previous hidden damage from an install 20yrs ago and fixed it! I lost my old A/C guy and Im glad because now I found A/C plus.

I will recommend this company to anyone. Mr. Thomas and hes team are super knowledgeable, their staff is super professional and hardworking. Their job is clean, professional and well done. My coil unit and condensation unit were not working properly and super old. They replaced them both and fixed and rearranged the connections in my attic etc. They did a well done a d clean job. I have a peace of mind now and their prices are affordable.

We have worked with AC Plus for over 3 years, and they have always been easy to work with. Very professional and courteous. Thomas takes the time to explain what he is doing and how the AC works and allows me to ask questions which is helpful to understand. He is thorough and only fixes what is broken. Although my system is 16 years old, I have never been pressured to buy a new one especially when an easy fix was possible. We highly recommend their service as someone you can trust.

These guys are top notch. I stumbled onto them after a couple other companies couldn’t figure out my issue. Thomas came out and diagnosed the issue in a couple hours and had it repaired the next day. I had them out again recently and Abraham was very knowledgeable and had my problem diagnosed in no time. He came back the next day with parts and had me back up and running in no time. I’ve tried a couple different companies in my areas and these guys are worth every penny.

Thomas was very knowledgeable and was able to deduce my problem quickly. He had the parts replaced that day and I was up and running. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs service or replacement. We had a total inside/outside system replaced. They showed up when they told us they would. They came in and assessed what was going to be needed to replace our attic unit. They laid drop cloths on the floor so no mess would be made on carpet.After everything was completed, anything that made it to the carpet was vacuumed up and they did a walk through the yard to be sure nothing was left. The owner and the crew were all very polite and explained what was being done throughout the entire process. Very professional and hard working. I cant tell you the last time we were that comfortable at night.

You will not find a more knowledgeable or more thorough AC technician. This opinion is not from just a one time experience. Thomas, and only Thomas, handles the AC repairs, and/or replacements on not only my personal residence, but he maintains the systems on a small portfolio of rental properties, as well as an industrial property I own, and has done so for the past five years. Once you use AC Plus, you will never need to look for another AC repair technician.

I have known Thomas Messina since - I think 2012. He had just begun his own business - and was referred to me by his previous employer. The man he left to start his own business told me he was the best guy he ever had. That alone meant quite a lot. Since then - we live at a different place- but Thomas still does all of our AC and Heater work. He is a man . He is a good man and he is very good at what he does and is incredibly fair. I would give the man the key to my home and let him come do something and never think twice about it. I would trust Thomas will all of or anything that is ours ( my wife and I) . There are few these days that I would care to recommend for much- but with Thomas Messina and AC PLUS - I cannot say enough. He is indeed what his ex employer said - he is a good man. He has a nice wife and family of which he is very proud of. Needless to say - I recommend him highly.
