I had a broken pipe and spent about 5 weeks trying to get the original installer to take care of it - very unresponsive, didnt show at stated times, etc. The day after I called Tallmage the job was done. I wouldve saved myself a lot of time and frustration by reaching out to them first, very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism.

Two days before selling my house, I noticed my hot water had lost pressure. I contacted Roto Rooter and they responded quickly. However, with little diagnostics or investigation, the technician informed me that I needed a new water heater. The cost would $1300-1500. This seemed high to me so I sought a second opinion. The good folks at Tallmage Plumbing not only assessed the situation, they were able able to replace a $1 part. Total cost to me: $89. They saved me thousands of dollars at a time when I needed every dollar to close the sale on my house and purchase a new one. I would call Tallmage Plumbing in a heartbeat, knowing they are fair, honest, and a family operation that has been serving mid-Missouri for over 40 years.Dont be tricked by one of those companies that have their technicians working on commission, incentivizing them to sell you goods and services you may not need. Stick with the local pros at Tallmage Plumbing!!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to discover that water was seeping into my basement. While looking around for the potential cause I noticed that my sump pump was no longer working (its outside the house in a pit probably 8 or more feet deep). After getting a recommendation, I called Jonathan at Tallmage and explained my predicament. Hey contacted his supplier, secured me a new sump pump, and had his tech Russell out to my house to replace it in a couple hours. Im assuming that will fix my issues, but even if it doesnt the service and professionalism were top notch!

Jonathan and the team at Tallmage Plumbing repaired a outside water leak for us the first week of January and did an excellent job. The most impressive part was they took care to fix the work area to the point you could barely tell any work had been done.
