My experience with Superior Plumbing has been just that - SUPERIOR. I have called on Jeff and his team many times and they have ALWAYS shown up on time and delivered quality service. On a recent service call, they discovered an unrelated leak that I didn’t even know about, and fixing it kept me from paying for water that was just soaking into the ground. I don’t need a plumber every day, but when I do, my first call is to Superior. 5 stars, 10/10, highly recommend.

I am a life long scouter, as a youth about 20 years ago, the owner of Superior Plumbing & Gas taught me and another scout Plumbing Merit Badge. He and the company truly display the Scout Oath and Law in their daily practice! Today he is my son’s scoutmaster. Nothing worse than discovering water in your crawl space and not knowing the source. The Superior Team was quick to come out and help us identify the cause (leak in the wall behind tub). This is a fantastic company. They have been my Plumbers of choice for 20 years. Sam came to the house today to fix a gas line. She is fantastic. She is so professional and very knowledgeable, especially for precarious situations 14’ in the air! I was already impressed with Superior Plumbing and Gas when Aaron had to be a detective in a newly purchased house to figure out why water would only come out hot in one faucet and not at all on the shower. Turns out the previous plumber was not good with plumbing! Use this company!!!

They could have charged a fortune, dug underground for the leaks the water co. told me must be the basis for my astronomical bill, and left a mess. Instead, they used their years of experience to quickly and accurately identify the real culprit, charge yesteryear prices for the replacement water heater, and fix a bunch of smaller leaks . The water company was able to identify the hour they left my house...WOW!!! Add an incredibly polite father/son duo and you get this family owned business.

However, Jeff turned our bad misfortune into a wonderful overall experience. Had a great experience with Aaron from Superior. We had him put in a new water line for a dishwasher and ice maker for our refrigerator and we had him install a dishwasher, not to mention a drain for the dishwasher too. These guys are great. We have used them multiple times but last week we had a large purchase with these folks. We had to purchase a new Hot water heater. We chose a Rinnai tankless 94ELin after reading multiple reviews and listening to the feedback from the Owner Jeff. He recommended going to tankless to replace our old 50 gallon traditional heater. The job was well done and they cleaned up after the work was complete. I received a call the next day to make certain we were happy. Use Superior Plumbing and Gas you will be happy you did.

I needed some work down to a reverse flow valve in my yard. I have never had such an easy experience. I was able to get on the schedule quickly, get a quote and get the work done way faster than I expected. Here is the best part, they came in a little under the quote they gave. To get the work done, they had to dig part of my yard up. Superior cleaned up really well and the yard looks nicer now then before they came out.

Last month water start leaking out of the ceiling of our kitchen, we assumed the source was from the bathroom on the second floor above it. We initially got an evaluation from another plumber who recommended over $1000 of work to drill through our tub and wall and find the source of our leak. Given the extent of work recommended we decided to get a second opinion and called Superior Plumbing. Sam and Nick came out to our house and having them be the ones to do our second evaluation was such a stroke of luck. After looking at our kitchen ceiling and the bathroom, Sam asked to go into our attic. She came back and told us she thought our roof was actually leaking, the angle of how our roof dropped down and the location of the leak was causing the water damage to appear on the ceiling of our kitchen. She noted that it had been raining yesterday when we noticed the water dripping and there was no further leakage. She also found a spot in the attic where water was pooling (which she took pictures of and showed to us). On top of saving us from spending thousands on unnecessary work, she also put us in touch with people to help us with our roof and drywall repair. We cant say enough about the thoroughness, kindness, and honesty of the team at Superior Plumbing that came out to help and us.

10 STARS!!!!I just had a leak in my water heater unit last night. I was able to turn off my water and called around to see if any plumbing company can help me. They were quoting me an arm and a leg just to come out and see the problem. I was referred to Jim by a friend and within an hour he was at my house checking the problem for a low cost. He called to tell me the issue and let me know that one of his men will be out there shortly to fix the pipe. My pipe was fixed immediately and at a low cost! Amazing customer service!
