Not only did Pipe Master provide great customer service on the phone, they were very understanding of the urgency to get the work done so our water could be restored.James came out and did the work despite the rainy weather and horror show that is my crawl space. He made me feel comfortable and made sure that I understood and was comfortable with all of the replacements needed and the costs associated. James and Ian are men of their word and will get the job done right while offering competitive prices. We used them a few times: a major pipe burst in the garage, a kitchen sink back up, and replacing a broken faucet that was only giving out extremely hot water. Unlike some servicemen that weve used, they were honest craftsmen and even came back first thing next morning when one of the issues with the kitchen sink didnt get fully resolved. We currently have another leak-related problem while we unfortunately have guests in town, and I will be using James and Ian again and have no doubt that our review of Pipe Master will still remain the same -- five stars, and highly recommend!

The 1st job Pipe Master (James Brinkley) did for me was extremely difficult because of the size of the crawl space and standing water under my house. The re-plumb involved 4 days of pipe work where James (and his helpers) laid on their backs on jagged rocks in mud, as well as crawling into my attic to work.Prior to my plumbing issues a pump had been installed under the house that only comes on when it rains. My house was built in the 1950s and sits at the bottom of a hill where rain gets under my house, which is the reason I had the foundation trenched out and a pump installed. The pump kicks on when it rains to keep water from collecting in the crawl space. The day my pipe burst it was dry outside, so I knew there was a problem and called Pipe Master. I am extremely glad I did! James is an honest, hardworking professional whose knowledge of plumbing and work ethic is unsurpassed compared to others I have used for plumbing problems. He truly cares about his clients, as well as the quality of his work. James has been my plumber for years now…and he will always be my family’s choice because he’s a genuinely nice guy who has always gone above and beyond to make sure the jobs he’s done for all of us are always done right! He also gives estimates up front before performing any work so there are no hidden surprises.

Called Pipe Master(after calling a few other plumbers) this morning for a clogged main sewer line hoping to get someone out today. Ian came out and was prompt with getting equipment ready to unclog our sewer line with a smile on his face. He began working immediately. He made sure the pipes was working correctly, unfortunately it was not because of another clog down just a bit further, so he continued working on it till he saw water running freely through the pipes. Clearly explained what he saw as the problems. He was very professional and polite. We will be calling Pipe Master for future plumbing issues for sure.
