My daughter had clogged toilets that could not be cleared by plunging and there did not appear to be a clean out outside. Because of Hank’s experience he knew there should be a clean out. It only took him only 5 minutes to locate the severely buried clean out which was complete covered by dirt and leaves. Only his knowledge and experience gave him the insight to know how things work and how to locate so quickly, even when completely covered. Hank should get a raise. As always your team was able to resolve the issue honestly and correctly rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I have called On Call multiple times for multiple issues on both my daughters and mothers house and have never been disappointed. They have always provided a solution/fix, always honest and are very reasonable. All their team are professional and very nice. Individuals like Hank are such a valuable asset to your company in a time where the trades are severely hurting for qualified team members. I will be recommending On Call to all my friends. If I have any other plumbing issues I will myself only call On Call.

James B was awesome! He came out to get my garbage disposal working and did it with ease and even explained how it could have happened and what he did to get it working again! When he arrived I warned him I had dogs that are crated but will bark their heads off. He got excited and pulled dog treats out of his truck and gave them to my dogs! I’ve had plenty of repairs made by various companies, but have never had anybody like James B come out. Y’all will always be my first call because of the service I received today!

I have had several very positive experiences working with On Call- for different plumbing and HVAC issues. This particular experience was even more pleasant because I had a major issue while I was out of town. During the hottest week of the year my Primary A/C unit stopped working and needed a full replacement. Mike(the supervisor) put together HVAC unit options detailing all of their specs and ratings along with their cost. I was then able to make a well-informed decision about which unit best met my needs.Justin (the tech) arrived on-time fully prepared to complete the work- he communicated with my daughter and kept her informed about everything that was happening, which got relayed to me. Jason was excellent! Very professional, courteous and above all highly knowledgeable! Within a couple of days the system was up and running is definitely quieter and more efficient than the original unit I had.Overall I am extremely satisfied with the entire team at On-Call and recommend them for plumbing or HVAC needs.

Hank and Cory just came to my house and worked miracles. I had a mishap with my gas stove that caused a fire in the kitchen (mishap involving poorly behaving raccoons). They were at my house by 9 am to cap my gas line so that I would have peace of mind that this incident wouldn’t happen again. They were very professional and knowledgeable but most of all the were extremely kind. And, for those of you who are concerned with price, what they charged was exceptionally reasonable considering they came so quickly. If you have plumbing needs these are the folks to call. I know I will be using them again.

Biggest concern was for my elderly father I care for, so they brought window units to get us through to the install day. Had other leaks that Acey found and solved promptly. Kelly, I believe was the receptionist who handled all my concerns and kept us updated on everything. Management Justin & Mike were very diligent and communicative in helping us solve ALL problems.We are very please with service and all involved, our house is back to normal and running smoothly. Just moved in to an adorable older home, and the shower/tub faucet needed a little bit of TLC; Shawn came out on short notice right before the July 4th holiday and was so kind and informative, tightening things up and doing a chemical clean of the drain so it’s good to use now. I can’t say enough good things about his service and willingness to talk things through so I know how to take care of it best moving forward for its owner. He even removed the rust stain in the tub and tightened the door handle on the way out!! Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs plumbing help in the future!

We initially went through our home warranty company to find someone to service our struggling HVAC unit. The company they set us up with said they would be out around 10:30 am... no one ever showed up or even called to reschedule. I gave them a couple days to call to reschedule, and still nothing. I called them and am still waiting on a return call. After days of waiting, no surprise, our AC broke. So we were forced to call On Call since it was now the weekend and no one else was open. They were super friendly and made sure I was taken care of right from the start. Acey was our technician and he was clearly VERY knowledgeable; he answered all our questions and then some. He was honest and trust-worthy and someone we want handling our issues again in the future.

We have used On Call for a years for regular maintenance and bi-annual system checks. Overall, weve always been happy with the service but today was EXCEPTIONAL! Jamie called to confirm our inspection time and let me know the technician was on his way which is so appreciated and respectful of my time as a busy mom and someone who works from home. Sequoyah arrived at our home to perform our bi-annual check. He was on time, introduced himself, gave a full explanation of what hed be doing and got right to work. When we finished, he went through everything that he found and showed me the photos he took. We are now good to go for the winter season which makes me very happy. I would highly recommend On Call and Sequoyah for all of your HVAC needs!Update: Late one evening, we realized the upstairs zone of our unit wasnt functioning properly and it was much hotter than wed prefer. We called in to the after hours line and Acey was the technician who came out and SAVED THE DAY! He determined that the dampers needed to be replaced but he was able to get the unit to work temporarily since he didnt have those parts readily available. He got us our estimate the next day and then he was the one who came out made the repair. He was thorough and efficient. Acey was fantastic and I would highly recommend him as well!!!!

Hank has been here on several occasions. Some emergency and some just regular maintenance. He has always shown up promptly and able to fix all of our leaks the same day. Always does a great job! He is very friendly and extremely patient as some of our leaks have not always been the easiest to get to. When we had a major leak he even was able to refer us to a restoration company to help fix the damage caused by the leak. Always happy to see when its him who pulls in the driveway because were always confident things will get fixed quickly and correctly!

Initially had another service technician from On Call Plumbing come to the house to service a drain line in our crawl space. He said that the drain was clogged and he would have to run a camera through the line to see the clog, he did not run the camera through the line as he stated. After the work was finished he stated that the drain pipes were too thin and could not be cleaned. He left the cap off the tap close to the house and dirty water was now running in the yard and he said would have to be left like that until we paid to have the drain line going to the city tap completely redone which would cost us more than $3000. My husband called to the office and Hank came out and within in minutes was able to figure out that drain needed to be snaked out. Which could have been done by the original plumber. He snaked the drain and within minutes the water flowed through the drains like it was supposed to. Hank saved us thousands of dollars in repairs.
