Outstanding experience. The team at Mr. Rooter is second to none. Customer service was top notch and timeliness in my emergency situation was exactly what I needed. The technician arrived on time and assessed the situation promptly. He explained the problem clearly and provided me with a detailed estimate. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The technician cleaned up the work area before leaving, ensuring that my home was left in pristine condition.

They helped me get open in time, and even after we were open the owner personally came out after hours one night to help fix an emergency. I called Mr. Rooter of Columbia when our ice maker broke in the refrigerator and leaked water all over our floor. They sent a tech out to immediately to cap the shut off valve. They then came out and replaced the water line and installed a new shut off valve before our new refrigerator was delivered. Mac and Natalie were both very professional, polite, and friendly. I couldnt be more pleased w/this company. I will continue to use them anytime we need plumbing service.
