This is not the first time that Associated Plumbing, Inc. (API) has demonstrated excellent Customer Service for this condominium association; and yesterday, Joe, Darryl and Anderson did exemplary work and would not leave until they (and I) were completely satisfied with the results, which required the assistance of WSSC. Whenever I have a big pluming project or a plumbing emergency, their response has always been very professional. I will continue to use API for any major plumbing project that may require their expertise and professionalism.

Darryl came out today and immediately found the leak another plumber couldnt. He quickly stopped the leak. He left my home clean and was friendly and professional.

These guys are great. Very professional and quick to respond. Saved me a ton of money running a camera through and then clearing my sewer lines. The other guys told us we had to dig up and replace the pipe which would have cost over $40,000.00!

In responding to a recent severe leak in the condominium that I manage, Alicia, the dispatcher and Zac Dixon, the plumber at API demonstrated Excellent Customer Service in resolving my building issues. Ive always gotten good service from API through the years; however, they deserve an Apple Recognition for their honesty and professionalism. I will continue to use and recommend them in the future.
