I was very impressed with Rob and his abilities as a plumber. He wasted no time in completing our repairs and he even cleaned up after he finished the work. He was punctual arriving when he indicated that he would and his charges are reasonable.Today, 8/72019 Rob installed a new toilet for us. Unfortunately, our old one was not able to be repaired. The new one was installed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He called prior to arriving at our home and he was punctual. We will definitely use Rob again for our plumbing needs.

So grateful for All Star Plumbing! Rob was a lifesaver and replaced my entire water line and installed a new shut-off valve for a reasonable rate. He was kind, honest and trustworthy and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him and absolutely plan to use him for future jobs!

Called Rob about a water heater issue. He came by that day and took care of the problem. I asked him to check my pressure regulator. He confirmed it needed to be replaced, which he did the next day. Rob is a good guy, informative, on time, cleaned up where he worked. I hope I dont need a plumber soon, but if I do I will call Rob.

Robs a nice guy who seems to have been in the business for a while. Based on what I told him, he was able to surmise what the issue was. He was right. Fixed the problem. He was timely in getting out to the rural area of the county. His fee was fair.

We have had a few small and a few big plumbing issues occur and he was over quickly and was able to fix the problems at a reasonable cost. Having just bought our first house, we werent looking forward to the task of finding a reliable plumber, especially after hearing horror stories from friends, but we lucked out finding Rob at All Star right off the bat! He arrived very close to the time he told us, was quick, professional and made a point to not leave a mess dragging the old water heater out. Would have Rob install another water heater.

I would give Rob with All-Star Plumbing more than 5 stars if I could! We had a problem with a valve in what turned out to be a very unusual shower unit. Even though he said he had never seen anything like it before, he persisted until he figured it all out, found the necessary part, got it installed, and had the shower working again--all while keeping his sense of humor and being a pleasure to deal with. Showed up when he said he would, put a lot of effort into finding the right part, and charges a very reasonable amount. Terrific customer service!

I was completely satisfied with the service provided. Rob called when he was on his way to our house. He replaced 2 outdoor spigots in about an hour, despite plumbing that was not easy to reach. Pricing was very reasonable. I would gladly call All Star for any jobs in the future.

We had a great experience with All Star Plumbing. We shopped around quite a bit and wasted so much time with other plumbers not returning our calls or quoting us ridiculous prices, or 1 certain big name company in town that wanted to charge $55 just to come out to look and give us an estimate, no thank you. So Rob came out and gave us an estimate to install a water softener and a whole home water filter. He gave us 2 estimates, a worst case scenario and a best case scenario, because you never know what might happen or what might come up during install. He came out this morning and got both installed faster than expected and the cost was actually even cheaper than his best case scenario. I would definitely use All Star Plumbing in the future. Dont even bother looking elsewhere. I already did all the research for you and dealt with the headaches for you, just choose All Star and be done with it.

I had a toilet that was leaking as well as the leak in the valve where the water line goes for the ice maker. I ALWAYS want to stay with a local business if possible so I Googled plumbers and All Star came up with exceptional reviews and now I know why. Rob was on time, very professional and explained to me what the problems were and how he was going to do the repair. You can tell Rob doesnt cut corners and takes pride in his work.
