We want to give One Source a FIVE STAR shout out for the great service and the terrific group of people who work at this awesome company . We trust them and rely on them to provide excellent equipment and to maintain it so it works great all the time. Nathan came last week to do the winter maintenance for our furnace. He called it to our attention the hot water tank that provides us with hot water and heat for our furnace, needed to be replaced. One Source put us on the schedule for the very next day! Noneeto did a fantastic job installing a new one and we appreciate it so much. Thank you guysfor always looking out for us making sure we have a warm house and plenty if hot water! You guys are the BEST!

When I called, reception was very friendly and offered a same day appointment and made sure the day and time we scheduled for worked for me. Even when I had a last minute change to house repairs and needed them to come a day later, they were very adaptable and changed my appointment to fit my needs. The plumber Blake who came out was great and was able to help us very quickly! The job done was perfect! I am so happy with their service and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

Called on a Sunday they sent a technician out Sunday afternoon. Tech stayed until the problem was identified . She was very efficient and friendly and provided me with options. Unfortunately I had to replace my hvac. They were able to provide that service the following day. They arrived on time and the two young men went right to work. Once finished they explained everything to me, cleaned the work area and were on their way. Great service all around!

Andres and Jacob were great. They were going to be late so gave me a call so great communication because we all know, ‘stuff’ happens.They were able to diagnose a problem that two other companies could not resolve. Explained everything clearly for the layman in the room.In the end required a replacement system so they gave great options with financing and will knock it out asap.Highly recommend and vets let them know you served.

Lets start by pointing out that my husband is military/fire service. Basically lives by Just do your *** job. This company not only went above and beyond but impressed him. Jamie was sent to the house for a tune up and inspection. She was amazing. Professional and thorough. Unfortunately we had to replace our furnace from damage caused by renters. Fortunately, it the midst of an extremely stressful week we had Troy explain every single detail of what the process would look like and the cost (zero hidden fees). He sent his guys out the same day to replace our unit. They accidentally grabbed the wrong brand and Troy and his guys had zero push back getting the correct unit sent right back to the house. In Troys words I wouldve had it ripped out and replaced it with what I promised. After removing the old unit we realized how nasty the ducts were from the renters and Troy went out of his way to rearrange his team to get them cleaned (spotless). I forget his name but he was wonderful. Explained everything throughout the process. Ty and Sy( I think that was their nicknames) did the install were just another amazing part of the OneSource team. At one point we noticed a duct that was never installed correctly so my husband was ready to fix it. He bought the parts etc and the guys had already did it!! When we gave him the parts from Home Depot he said you can return them, I already took care if it. These guys were amazing. Its really hard to find contractors as amazing as these guys. You can tell they put extra effort into developing their team into amazing professionals. Not only did they deliver they really went above and beyond. Thanks new friends at One Source!!+

We had Andrea’s come out and he was extremely communicative with everything he was doing and explaining everything so well that we could understand what was going on. They worked with our finances and didn’t try to just sell us anything they worked with us in every way possible. I’m really happy we have them as our go to for just about everything in home now we will absolutely be using them again. I’ll also add that we have used other companies for similar issues and nothing came close to the service that we received today. I can’t speak for all there service members but if you get Andrea’s you won’t be disappointed. My husband agreed that it’s because of his service and attitude that we will use them again. 10/10

On Friday evening we discovered a leak in the water-heater room, and immediately started calling plumbers. Out of 13 plumbers contacted, only One Source responded and sent Joshua. He arrived at 8:30pm, and diagnosed a silted-up hot-water heater. He arranged to have the heater replaced on Monday, and performed a temporary repair to let us have water over the weekend.The Monday repair work was done by Jordan, see adjacent review. Having become used to delays, this prompt and efficient service was a pleasant surprise.

He looked at my system showed me exactly what was wrong and the reality was after 22 years, It was time to replace it versus repair it.. I needed a new heater so they went ahead and give me a good price on replacing it. A couple days later Emilio shows up with the new heater, and installed it in about three hours and they were just kind and considerate and did an amazing job so I highly recommend one source. I think it’s a fantastic company and takes care of heating cooling, electrical or plumbing and has a great maintenance program as well. Itheyreally have a great business model.

I had my furnace and ac unit inspected by One Sources tech, Cassie. She cleaned all areas of both systems and showed me pictures of my evaporative condenser which has rusted and corrosion starting to set in. Other photos of my system showed before and after pictures where she cleaned my units thoroughly. I knew we needed a new unit and she was able to get me prices for all the work that needed to be done and asked also fir the price of a new ac unit. Cassie was very professional, courteous and worked continuously until she was done. She came to work with a first class attitude that was friendly but ready to get started and down to business. I had not turned it on as wanted to have it serviced first. Glad I called and he came out before all of the snow hit! Highly recommend their service.
