    Calling Leos for a second opinion saved me $6,000! One of the national franchise rooters scoped my sewer line and told me it was broken and needed to be repaired. Richard from Leos came over to take a look and told me what the other guys said was bogus and the break was just a joint in the line. He was knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly transparent! He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and I had the video of the scope in my email inbox by that afternoon. Thank you Richard for turning a $6500 nightmare into a $500 routine cleaning!Bottom line: if you get a quote from anyone else, get a second opinion from Leos first!

    I wish I could give 5 stars because the technician who came out, Richard, was awesome. The scheduling was unfortunately a nightmare. I called them Thursday morning and they said they can come out later that afternoon to check out our pipe. The technician came out and didn’t have a scope small enough for our 2 inch pipe so he said they would have to reschedule. The office called me to reschedule and asked if I was available Friday morning and I said no, we won’t be home until later Friday afternoon. They offered me Saturday between 12-4 and I said that would be fine. Friday around 1:45 I get a call from them that the technicians are at my door for our appointment. I told the lady on the phone that my appointment was for Saturday, but I can go ahead and head home to meet them. She told me that they don’t normally work on Saturdays so that didn’t sound right, and the technician can’t wait for me so we would have to reschedule again. Then she said how about they go to their next job and give me a call when they’re on their way back and I said that would be fine. Then the lady calls me back a few minutes later saying she spoke to management and they will “honor” the agreement to come out on Saturday instead. The technician, richard, came out Saturday morning and got us all taken care of, but unfortunately it was quite a headache to get them out to our house with the right equipment and scheduling.

    Im a local property manager and Leos handles many of our sewer back-ups and drain cleaning. Weve used them for more than 10 years on thousands of work orders and they do an absolutely phenomenal job. Ive also recommended them to friends and used them personally.     I had a sewer clog about 3:00 in the afternoon today, Saturday Oct 26 2024. I called and they were there within an hour. I figured that they came so soon because their tech was free, but he told me that he had other jobs scheduled yet to go to. I am guessing that they fit me in because there was a degree of urgency. The tech, Isaiah was friendly, personable, and professional.I need roots removed every couple of years or so. About a year and a half ago Mark from Pro Power Rooter came out and used a battery drill and a thin [like the diameter of a pencil] flexible cable to clear the main line. [What the heck?] he got it unclogged, but I know the mickey Mouse drill and cable did not and could not have done a good job. He also charged me extra because it was a weekend and up-sold me on a camera scoping. His camera was malfunctioning and only got a partial look, but he charged me for it anyway.June of this year I had Elite Rooter come out because it was draining very slowly, and they tried to scam me by running a bare cable with no cutter attachment down the line. Of course it did nothing. Before the tech did anything he had to call his manager out. I asked them to put a cutter head on the cable and run it down, and the manager said it wouldnt do any good. The he told me that I was going to need to have my line all dug up. I was able to get 5 more months of good draining by using foaming root killer on it, but it clogged up good today. Isaiah ran a cutter head [which Elite said that they couldnt do] and cleared it zip-zap. He also ran the cable down twice, which is good practice. It is only about 80 feet to the alley, but he ran the entire 200 foot cable out Just to be sure.To sum it up, they came quickly, did an excellent job and charged a fair price, with no attempt, or even suggestion to up-sell me on anything.Excellent Job, Isaiah, and thank you Leos for making the effort and coming quickly!

    We had a clogged kitchen sink line. Leos called to schedule the appointment, they were polite and flexible. Daniel and Craig came out the following day and managed to clear the normal build-up that caused the issue. They were friendly and personable, as well as polite and efficient.     Leos Sewer and Drain comes with my highest recommendation. Janice who works in the office was so pleasant and worked hard to make sure I had an appointment quickly and conveniently. Dustin made sure that my clogged line was completely free and even double checked my septic system to see if it needed to be pumped. Just to be sure my aging home didnt have a broken pipe, Richard quickly ran his camera and gave me helpful information to make sure that I maintain my line so that it will last another 50 years. This staff made a stressful situation as easy as possible. All were kind, considerate and professional.

    I am renter and the owner of my place had Roto Rooter come out in September to work the drain/out put line due to roots. It happened again this weekend. Roto Rotter cancelled twice, another company didn’t have long enough line and referred Leo’s. Cody from Leo’s came out a little before 8pm and did an amazing job! He even cleaned up after which the last guys left my bathroom a muddy mess! I told the owner and he was even impressed! Thank you Leo’s!!! You guys are awesome and it shows in who you hire!     We have used Leos a few times in the past, and always a great experience every time. The last 2 days we have had to call them to assist with a couple of plumbing issues on a bathroom remodel for our kids.     Had a clogged sewer pipe over the weekend. Called Leos and Mikel & Roy show up on time very friendly took time to explain what they were doing and some tips on preventative measures so we dont get clogged as often. Price point hurt a little but for what they did and quickly it was done it was well worth the price !

    Had a sewer line blow out in my crawl space. Leos staff, both on the drain cleaning and plumbing side, came out and worked together to get everything repaired and the line draining properly again. Dustin, Isaiah and Daniel were great.     Fantastic experience with Leos. Jeff, Phil, Randy and the other technicians were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient in solving the problem the right way. The cost was extremely reasonable and they were carful not to sell me a service I didnt need.     Richard really came through for me! I am selling my house and I I hired a different plumbing company to clear roots out of my sewer drain as requested by the buyer. They ended up breaking their cable, leaving their cutter lodged in the sewer line, and after chasing them for days, quoting me $9k to get it removed citing the need to break through concrete outside and dig, etc. I called Leos for a second opinion, and they sent Richard out. Within an hour, he assessed the situation and had a plan for how to get the cutter out, and the roots cleared out, all for MUCH less than the other quote. After my go-ahead he completed the job that same day!I believe that this literally saved the sale of my house as the delays with the other plumbing company risked missing the closing date.All around, the company was a pleasure to work with. The person on the phone at the office was wonderful and understanding. Richard was prompt with his communication and gave me confidence that the job would be done right! I know who I am calling for all my future plumbing needs!

    Leo’s Sewer and Drain is used by several of my neighbors in the old north end in Colorado Springs. I contacted them for a cast iron pipe descaling and for a main sewer line clean-out after a minor backup. Both services were performed expertly, with little mess and ultimately complete success.Kudos in particular to the Senior Tech Richard who was extremely confident, skilled and personable, explaining everything as he proceeded and instilling complete confidence in the outcome.

    My realtor recommended I use Leo’s for a sewer line inspection when I first purchased my house. Now three years later they’re still my first call for any drain issues. Tonight, I had to call them to unclog a tub and the service was great. Cody was very quick to arrive and get the job done.     Highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs! I called to set up an appointment for an emergency backup in the house and they were prompt in getting out within the hour. We had a great technician Cody, who was very knowledgeable. Cody was able to explain what needed to be done, and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner.

    Saw the van at the neighbors house. Ironically, we had something going on too. So, went over and talked to the gentleman whose name is Isiah. Hope I spelled his name right. Said hed be able to help out but had to call it in. Which was fine... made the call and he was actually able to come back out within the hour after calling.I really appreciate that everything was able to be handled fairly quickly, before we had any other major issues arise.Isaiah was wonderful, very polite, knowledgeable, respectful of everything and took good care in his work.Pricing was even on point, not that expensive... I know for a fact that if we called anyone else... wouldve been closer to $300-$500 and wouldnt have been able to help in the same day.Definitely appreciate Isiah and Leos Sewer and Drain Inc for being available for us when we needed.     Once again we received excellent service from Richard. He went above and beyond helping my mom. Excellent Service! We had our sewer line cleaned out and we are so happy with their service and attention to detail. Richard was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to us and even sent us a video of the line after it was cleaned out. I truly trust this company. I highly recommend you call them before you get ripped off from another company that says the pipe is broken when its not.     Update - Chad figured out a drain problem and uncovered an extra set of cleanouts that I did not know exist! He took the time to completely scope out my drain system and made sure everything was running normally. Truly an expert, Chad made a huge difference and that is why I always call Leos when we have drain problems!I called Leos Drain on a Sunday because we had a root-clogged main drain. I figured since it was a Sunday I would be in for a long wait - I was wrong! Within an hour of calling a technician, he was at my property, ready to get to work! We did have a minor problem, but the technician solved the problem and the drain was cleared, all for a very reasonable price! Call Leos - you will not be disappointed!

    Leo’s is amazing! I had water backing up into my basement. The first plumbing company that came out couldn’t figure out the problem. Leo’s put me on their schedule immediately and came out the same day. The house I’m renting is rather old, and the mainline was backed up. Because of this, it took a lot longer than anticipated, with a lot of bumps in the road. I am impressed with the two technicians Hollis and Chad. They were so dedicated to making sure the issue was resolved.Now that my plumbing is fixed, I couldn’t be happier.They even went above and beyond and let my property manager know that I needed a carpet restoration company to come out and clean up the mess.I’d 100 percent recommend them.

    Ismael and Dustin did a fantastic job! Ismael referred me to their business and I called today, and they showed up quickly!     Called Leos and they sent Cody out within 30 minutes, on Sunday! Cody was fantastic! He pulled the toilet, found the clog, and cleared it and got us all put back together within about an hour and a half and charged a very fair price! He was more than personable , cleaned everything up, and honestly, it was a GREAT plumbing experience, which never happens. 5 stars!!

    Excellent customer service and fantastic staff. They recently visited us to assess our water heater as we suspected that it was almost at its end of life. Big shout out to Ruso! Hes an awesome Air Force Veteran and took great care of us. He flushed the system, took a sample, and assessed the poor water quality. He recommended my landlords property manager replace our system soon. We were on Leos schedule for Monday; however, our water heater ultimately failed yesterday. I contacted Leos team and explained the situation. Not only did they work at lightning speed to get the proper approval from my landlord, but they expedited our case and showed up at my door in about an hour! While we waited for the water heater to arrive, Ruso and I shared some war stories, and in the blink of an eye, the issue was resolved professionally and expeditiously. I highly recommend this local company!

    Sky and Craig and Dustin came and cleaned out the sewer line at my house today as well as put a camera in the line. They were friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. We have a house built in the 60s with a clay line, and gave some helpful advice about some issues we are having as well as advice about future maintenance which is pretty important when you live in an older home.     Have been using Leos since having the sewer scoped when we purchased a new home. Have them every couple years to check/clean/cut tree roots the drain line. Today had them out for clogged toilet. Janice was wonderful, polite, engaging and a joy to interact with , keeping me informed of when my technician would arrive. Hollis and Jerimiah arrived on time, where pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, jolly and got right to it and in what seemed like no time, everything was flowing fine. I had previously had them out here at 200 AM shortly after we moved in. Great people, fair prices, great service, joy to interact with.     We have had Leos service at our residence due to Tree root issues and a leaking pipe that was a kind of a pain to locate but Leos hands down are the most proficient and professional at their jobs.     We just got a estimate on a new main line.8/25/2024: we called in and Cody came out to clear our main drain for us. He was polite and we had a good conversation while he was working on cleaning our drain. He also recommended a couple of things on maintenance we could do. Thank you Cody for being on call and coming out on a Sunday. I am in the trade but work on the HVAC side and know the sacrifice that people make being on-call so thank you again Cody. Oh the price for the service was great but know this people the sacrifice of personal time on weekends is priceless for workers.

    I Found water and fine gravel in my downstairs tub. That freaked me out. I call Leos about 6-6:30 PM on Thursday and Talked to Miranda, since I wanted to be present for the work we made arrangements for a tech to come to the house between 2 and 6 on Friday to get a camera in the sewer to find the problem. .They called me at 2 and told me they were on the way, (WOW!) I pulled into my driveway at 2:50. I asked Chad, where do we start?He replied were already done. WHAT???He showed me the clump from my pipes outside cleanout, then basically told me that the camera wasnt necessary and would just be an expense that wasnt really justified.I was absolutely ready to give him a blank check, And I wouldnt have questioned for a second. We used to call that integrity, its been a while since Ive experienced it with a contractor. Charged me $170 which I happily paid.Well done Chad and Leos..You dont know it yet but youll be back to clean it out again next year

    We had to have one of our houses augured for the mainline as a bi-yearly maintenance and Leos Sewer & Drain sent Isaiah out and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and professional.     A++! After a 2 year long battle of back ups from a toilet in our new-build home and our warranty company trying to convince us the toilet was fine, we had Leos come out to do an independent scope of the toilet. Jeremiah was fantastic: professional, efficient, thorough, and very experienced in explaining to us what the scope showed. In less than an hour he was able to find the construction defect that had been causing all our issues, among other things to possibly address.     They were able to come to Cripple Creek on short notice to complete a sewer cleanout and camera scope. Very affordable compared to the other four companies I called. The techs let me watch the entire process and explained every detail. I was told when I purchased my house that I had all PVC pipes, and found out two years later that I actually have several feet of clay pipes with root intrusion! I was lucky that there was no damage and Leos was able to take care of it right away.

    I bought a 125 year old house a few months ago. We knew there was a sewer issue when we bought it. Ended up with another issue that came up and had Leos out to snake a line.     Arbuckle from Leos was incredible! The main intake pipe in our rental froze on Christmas and a leak at the first joint developed after the pipe thawed. I am *severely allergic* to mold, the leak impacted carpet, and so getting this solved correctly and immediately was indescribably important. Our property management company had Leos send out Arbuckle, a master plumber, on the 26th.     We had our basement drain backing up through the kitchen sink and shower. Richard from Leos was sent out and was super impressive.     After taking a shower, the basement floor was flooded and the problem was a blocked sewer line (NOT a leaking water heater, as I first presumed). I called LEO’S Sewer AND DRAIN at~10AM and a very kind, responsive actual person! (! Janice !) answered the phone. I had used Leo’s for sewer cleanout about 4-5 years previously and knew it would take a 2-man team to carry the heavy auger down the finished oak stairs leading down to the basement to use the lower toilet as cleanout access. She scheduled a 2-man team to come out after 2 pm. But she called at 1 PM and said the team was already on their way! Greg and Scott arrived and hefted the giant auger down the stairs, and that huge thing never touched the stairs! (definitely worth the extra cost of a 2-man team!)! They pulled the toilet and augered the line out to the street within about 30 minutes!! Then they replaced the toilet and CLEANED UP all around as well as cleaning out the shower pan where crud had backed up. I’m a satisfied Leo’s customer for life!

    A year ago after a sewer line cleaning, Leos ran a camera down my sewer line and told me that no expensive sewer line repair was necessary, and to save my money. I was impressed with their integrity and their supreme level of competence.Fast forward to this past weekend, and tree roots once again backed up my sewer line. I asked Rooter Town to come out, because Leos was absolutely slammed with business on Saturday, and Rooter Town could come out right away. They used a smaller machine that failed the clear the roots, and then quadrupled their introductory $95 price to $390 so they could run a camera, and ultimately wound up quoting me $18K for a recommended tap repair, down from their initial $20K.So I called Leos for a second opinion on Sunday. Their field supervisor (Richard C) came out and I told him all about the backup and asked him to do the camera scope so I could get his opinion. He opted instead to cable the line with his own equipment, with no charge if he didnt clear it. He used a bigger machine with a 5/8 cable and 4 blades, much like I had seen Bullseye use in the past, but Bullseye was unavailable this weekend. It took Richard no time at all to cut right through the roots at the tap, 75 out, clearing the line to 110 well out into the city line. Then we ran water to clear the line, and then I asked him to run the camera so I could see for myself. Out to the city line and back, it was as clear as the video from a year ago, essentially no roots and no cracks in the line. Bottom line, Leos saved me a bundle, and their integrity is exemplary. We will be using them for regular maintenance from now on, and we give them our highest recommendation.

    I had Leos Sewer and Drain come out to help solve a problem of an odor emanating from the HVAC vents. I had an HVAC crew come out and clean the vents but eventually the odor came back. Craig and Cody from Leos came out and found out that the odor was coming from an open pipe in the basement and then that odor was being pulled into the air vents.They poured water into the pipe to block the odor coming fro it. We had a prior company tell us there were serious problems with the line.     We were having a backup in one of our lines and scheduled them to come out and snake it. Brandon came out right on time and got to work. Found out my line was broken underground and filled with dirt and they were not able to snake.They got me scheduled for a few days later to tear out my floor and fix the pipe. Over the phone they did let me know that the plumbers dont get scheduled because they never know how long a job might take and do not want to promise something they cannot deliver on.Chris came out and was friendly and professional. He kept me updated on the project each step of the way and asked how I wanted to move forward. We ended up tearing up the floor in 2 rooms looking for pipe that was not broken and he worked from 9 am until after 6pm.Chris had to leave the job unfinished, but came back early the next day to finish at no charge (a few hours of work)!Leos was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

    Great service! It was easy to make an appointment, they came quickly and finished the job in 15 minutes.     I have used Leos Plumbing several times and the technicians that come out know there business. Leos is super effecient, professional, and most of all I not expensive. Good quality work and never try to over charge. The techs Craig and Brandon were fast and very polite and helpful. I even got a locksmith tip that had nothing to do with plumbing that was nice. He even went above and beyond by calling my warranty company, and stayed on hold with them until he was able to get the repair approved. Chris replaced the parts that needed replacing within an hour.     I called these folks to give me a second opinion after Rooter Town told me I needed a section of sewer pipe replaced. They were going to rip up my yard and charge me $8,000.Jeremiah and Brandon came out, scoped the line, showed me the pics and explained I just had roots that needed to be cleared. The cleaned the roots out and showed me video of the clean line. No breaks were visible in the pipe. They were polite and professional and honest. So nice! I will be referring others to Leos and doing yearly cleaning with them.

    My Mother is selling her home which is over 60 years old. During the inspection it was determined that not only was there a leaking pipe but the cast iron sewer line needed repairs. Richard completed the job well under the estimated amount. He worked until 10:00 pm on a Saturday and finished the job the next day which was Sunday. He is very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the process.

But they were very professional and took extra time to answer questions and give me information regarding potential courses of action.     Ive used this business for several years to unclog drains and repair plumbing. Ive found their work to be high quality and generally reasonable in price. (nothing decent is cheap). I will continue to use them on my rentals and personal residence going forward and I suggest you give them a try as well. NOTE: Try not to be put off by the front desk staff, theyre light on the customer service skills but I didnt call a charm school, I called a plumber.

    I called Leos on a Sunday morning (before 8am) to fix a clogged kitchen sink (Drano and my plumbing snake couldnt get the job done). It took about an hour and a half for someone to come out, which is pretty good considering it was a Sunday morning, and he fixed it quickly and pointed out an issue with my plumbing that I could fix myself in order to avoid the same issue in the future. The plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked quickly. I was very happy with the work, and the best thing about it was the price. Only $89 even though it was a Sunday morning! I will call Leos for all my future plumbing needs (in fact, they are fixing my sprinklers later this week!).

    I had a clogged main pipe in the basement. They came hours late as there was an emergency job they were attending to. Despite that being frustrating, Eric apologized and got the job done quickly. He was very courteous and explained how my pipes all worked together as a system, and how to prevent this from happening again. Very professional and left the place cleaner than when he got here. Less than half the price I was quoted at a couple places.

    I had a main drain backup the day after the coldest day of the winter. I called a few plumbers who would not be able to snake my drain for a couple days. Leo`s was able to come out the next day on time and for the low price I was quoted on the phone. Craig and Saul where the drain techs and they did a great job!     A+ .... Heres the review/write-up I posted on Nextdoor...The issue appears resolved, and I want to give a BIG thank you to everyone here with great info, and great recommendations... Leos Sewer and Drain did seem to get to the bottom of the problem. They came out last Friday, and since then we have done 5 loads of laundry, have run the dishwater several times, etc., and no water/waste at all coming up from our basement drain.I give highest recommendation to Leos... they have the equipment, a 300-pound snake that other companies do not have. Takes 2 workers to carry/use. They came out once with the super-snake, but it didnt clear the clog totally, so they said it was under warranty, so came out the 2nd time for no charge. About 7 total man-hours, and for a little under $400. Wow, compared to the first company wanting to excavate from outside with a $7000 bid. Leos was able to get into the grease clog from our basement crawl-space and the clog was from 24 to 28 feet from the snake as I understand, under one of our basement bedrooms.All the Leos folks who answered the phones, the specialists that came to our home, were polite, friendly, responsive and good at explain things.Leos said they got it all now. I am hoping this is the last of it. My other take-away aside from recommending Leos, is to be very careful now about what goes down the drain- esp., watching about grease in the kitchen sink, being very careful about what goes down the garbage disposal, not using too much toilet paper, etc...Thanks again to all of you out there, it helped immeasurably... I know several other excellent companies were recommended, but Leos did the job.Be safe,Abe

    I called Leos to clean the main sewer at a vacant rental house. They arrived same day and Carlos, the fellow that did the work, made sure the line was free and clear, taking his time and working the cable back and forth to clean and flush the roots and any other blockage.
