David do a very good job installing a brand new gas heater and A/C into my rental home at a very reasonable price. The home did not have A/C prior to the install so he installed power and all the lines to the exterior unit. He was easy to work with despite the distance since I was an out-of-state landlord. When I looked at the install post-Covid, I was very impressed with the install. I highly recommend him.

Our home warranty was prepared to leave us without heat for weeks when temperatures were below freezing and the first few techs they sent out to fix the problem told me it the furnace needing replacing and it was too big of a job. I was losing hope and we were cosnidering jumping ship to a hotel for a bit when Peter came through for us and was able to replace our furnace the very next day. Super professional and even more personable and caring. I didnt mind the expense nearly so much, knowing that I was getting a timely and efficient solution. As Im writing this, my furnace is up and running and my kid and I arent huddling under blankets for the first time in days.

Best contractor I’ve ever worked with. We have gotten annual services from them, they came to fix a broken part on our furnace, and then we had them install all new furnace and AC.First of all, over the several visits that they have been to our house, every employee from the owner, to the techs, to the scheduler are super friendly and professional. They took their time to explain everything all the work they were doing and why it was needed and made sure we understood the pricing (which was always fair). And finally their workmanship is excellent: they clearly take pride in their work and aren’t just trying to get a job done. We could not be happier with the work they have done for us, and we will continue using them for all of our HVAC needs.

What a great experience I had with CMS! My furnace quit working on the day of our first freeze & snow last week and Matt came out quickly. He was able to fix the problem right away. I had Matt come back for a furnace tune-up & inspection this week before winter sets in. Very fair pricing! I am so thankful I found CMS (and Matt!) and will be using them for future maintenance or if any further issues should come up. Highly recommended!

Pete was my serviceman. He was great. He came out the same morning I called. My heater wasnt working properly and it was cold...so I really wanted someone to come out soon. After trouble shooting several things, based on my description of what was going wrong, he pinpointed the problem, just needed to change the filter...(we had just changed it 2 months ago and it didnt really appear that dirty to me). But, once the filter was changed everything worked again...warm air flowing continuously. He let me know the kind of filters that work best out here (MERV rating of 8, rather than the 10 I had) and told me to change it monthly. He also took the time to educate me on my unit, as I didnt purchase it, I was a new homeowner. Being new to the home and to CO, I appreciated all of the information. I would definitely use Colorado Comfort Heroes again and recommend. Love that they are veteran owned, that is something that I always look for.

The warning code light on my heater indicated a problem with the igniter. Matt came out right on time, diagnosed the problem as a too-short igniter bracket and a needed cleaning. He didnt have the necessary bracket with him, so returned the following week to perform the repair/cleaning. He only charged me for the cleaning! He was prompt, courteous, professional, and honest (did not try to up-sell me unnecessary parts or services). Call these guys for your heater repairs/servicing.

Had a Burning Electric smell overnight, coming from the furnace! Had to cycle it a few times to survive the cold night. After wracking my brain, all Saturday, and trying to figure out if the problem was easy to fix. I called CMSolutions. David and Chance came out almost immediately and found my Furnace blower motor was shot, along with a limit switch and run capacitor. They had to get Johnstone Supply to open, AFTER HOURS, to get my needed parts so we would have heat through the COLDEST night of the year (-8)! By 8pm they had us back in heat!! What a GREAT CREW! Very courteous and thoughtful of our situation, wearing protective equipment and not leaving any mess.I HIGHLY recommend this company for your HVAC needs!!

I called CMS because every time I tried to run my AC it tripped the breaker. Matt came out and looked and it, he walked me through what I thought was going to be an expensive repair. We went through a few more things and went back out to check the breaker and it was still on. What ever he did worked! It should also be noted he called before he got here to say he was on his way, he arrived on time and went over things after he had already explained it, because I didnt understand perfectly. I will definitely be using CMS again.

A very good company to work with. When our furnace was having trouble this week, they were able to come out right away. They replaced the flame sensor that we had on hand, and they hung out to make sure the fix worked. When it didnt work, they ordered the next part, and came back the same day to try that. Ultimately, we needed to get the thing replaced. We opted to replace the furnace and A/C, and they gave us a great deal. The one hiccup was that they sent just 1 guy to do this huge job. Toward the end of the day, they sent in reinforcements to get the furnace done and came back later this week to finish the A/C. Overall, we are quite happy with the work and the new products.

This is the SINGLE MOST HONEST business Ive ever dealt with. They came out to troubleshoot a leak in my air-conditioning coolant system which no one else could find. Not only did they replace bad valve parts and solder in a new copper pipe, they DIDNT WANT TO CHARGE ME. I had to force money on them. These guys are the real deal, 100% legit, I cant say enough.
