    This is a companion review to one I left for them two years ago after a frustating and incomplete boiler replacement. Please refer to that one for backstory.I had no heat to living room/kitchen zone and the three zone valves were from the original install and had never been replaced, a continuing aggrevation to me. I removed the zone valve controller and just opened the valve so we could have heat.Called One Source and Bobby came out. Related the problems and frustrations, he related the former tech who did the slipshod install was his last job with the company and he was a known problem.He said they’d make it right, replace all the valves for $0. FINALLY an admission of a poor install and making good.Two techs came out Eric (I think) big red-bearded guy who knew boilers and his helper. They spent seven hours in a 20 degree garage replacing all three zone valves, controllers and shut-off valves, drained and checked until hot water flowed quietly to all radiators.Thanks for finally making it right One Source!Oh, suggestion for OS mgmt: It would be helpful if you had actual photos of employees vice names and white/brown/black avatars so we can leave them reviews as well as knowing the face(s) of who is coming to do the service. (And forgot their names)

    Im starting this review with a neutral 3 star rating with expectations for it to go up or down, depending on the work. So far, they gave us a 2 hour window and called 30 minutes after it expired to tell us theyre going to be an hour and 40 minutes late.Jamie was awesome when she came out for the initial estimate. She brought pizza and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Who does that! If I could give her five stars outside of this review, I certainly would.Well see how things go from here. Will update.UPDATE: The two service men that came to install our new unit and replace one did a fine job. It seemed to take a long time, but Im no expert on HVAC ins and outs. It all works fine. I do know a little about housekeeping, so the only thing I would say is, Please wipe your feet on the door mat that is provided because your boots left a mess inside our front door.

    Updated 2021, our ac took a nosedive a couple days ago and one source as always has been the absolute best in getting things done efficiently and kindly amidst chaos. Also shout out to Marcos and Adam who were the kindest techs Ive met this year.(2020) They have been amazing at keeping us uo to date with quotes on a furnace and various other things in the last couple of years. Coral and Kendall came out today and got us situated with getting a new furnace asap. They are veteran owned and extremely courteous always.

    We used them for the first time today and I can’t speak highly enough! I would absolutely recommend to any friends or family. Andreas was our service guy and it was because of him that we would use and recommend this company to others. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything step by step so well for myself and my husband that we weren’t left in the dark at all. He gave us multiple options at different prices and explained every option so well to us that we felt we could make a really confident informed decision. They gave us an amazing military discount and really worked with us and our finances.     I originally had a technician(Peyton) come out for a simple yearly maintenance and figured out our heater was improperly installed before and was a fire hazard. This technician came a second time to talk over options with us and stayed for three hours to make sure everything was figured out and walked us through everything. The next day we got a new unit installed and they removed the old system plus a decaying water heater and a second heating unit that the previous installers had left for no extra charge. The installers (Skyler and Eric) were friendly and thorough and made sure the work they did was quality. The new system has been working great and was installed right this time. Incredibly thankful for everyone’s help.

    Just had my one year check up for my ac unit Jenny was amazing def helpful punctual and overall an amazing person! Honestly was worried about having one home come out due to past experiences. But she was absolutely amazing!! The forcast said it would be hot but holy damn with Jenny here the only thing hot in the house was her! It instantly got colder when she left i dont fully understand what she did but it feels amazing !!

    Very good customer service both from the technician and their phone line. Andres performed a standard furnace inspection today and did an awesome job. He put covers over his shoes to protect my floors and was able to explain everything he was seeing in my furnace in a way that was very easy to understand.     So this is my review after install. We have had four different companies come out and check our air conditioner. Every time they would fill it with something outside and leave. We would have cold air for a night and then back to being hot. I called on Saturday around 11am. Q was at our house at 1 pm. Q took the time to walk me through and show me what was wrong. On Monday Marcos and Max showed up when expected and also walked me through with what they would be doing. Now it’s Tuesday and for the first time ever, our entire house is comfortable. 100% trust these guys and recommend using them.

    Troy was very clear on my choices. He worked with me on getting a new heating unit for my home as cost effective as possible. And scheduled the installation to be done quickly. Brandon arrived in the time frame expected. He cleaned and inspected the heater. He took pictures of the motors, blower, circuit board, etc...     Great service, competitively priced, veteran friendly, and simple payment plan. Theyre not pushy and even recommend their competition when it comes down to the few services they know they do better.Had A/C installed and they had to adjust the furnace while down there. A month later, furnace wasnt working. They came the very next day on short notice, got it up and running, wasnt charged a cent.

    I have been pleased with One Source with the past few years with the yearly maintenance of my heater. Today I had Bryan and Emilio come out to install my A/C unit and they were the most professional, on-time and committed team that got my home ready for the summer.     Steven and Adam did a spectacular job installing my new furnace. They were on time and worked very efficiently. When they finished up they explained their work very well and showed me what I needed to know about the new system. They were so nice and didnt even complain about the less than ideal conditions of my attic where they were doing the furnace installation. They even made some upgrades to the attic which will make it easier for me or other technicians when entering in the future. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I highly recommend them.     The technicians arrived at the time promised. The got right to work and professionally installed the new heating system and new thermostat. They checked the system to make sure it was operating correctly and then they cleaned up after themselves.Shortly after paying for the work, I received an email thanking me for registering the new heating system -- so they took care of that too. Finally, they scheduled a date for the city inspectors to come and approve the installation. Great job!!

    Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, lack of communication and uninterest in customer satisfaction. My initial visit, I was told that I needed an expansion tank and some other changes to my furnace. A few days later I was called to tell me when my appointment for install was without discussion as to if that day or time worked for me. I made myself available but communicated that they needed to discuss an appointment before just scheduling it. Then, day of install, the plumber mounted the expansion tank on the ceiling protruding into my laundry room without telling me first how out of place it would be or discussing my option. I was upset and spoke to the master plumber who said he would come by my house in two days, to look everything over to see if there were other placement options. That was two weeks ago and I havent heard anything. I guess since the job way already paid for, they are jo longer concern with my satisfaction. Im so frustrated and disappointed withOneSource!Updated: 8/10/23After my initial review of one star,Im changing it to a 4 star.     I called One Source to come over to do my A/C maintenance prior to turning it on for the season. They were able to schedule me for the next day, and sent Andres. Andres was very professional and checked all voltages and currents/amps throughout the system, checked temperatures throughout the ductwork/supply system, and even vacuumed and washed the inside of my exterior unit around the compressor. He took pictures of all readings and uploaded them to my service records, and showed me previous readings for comparison. Amazing work by Andres. Will be requesting him for this service in the future.

He also came back the next day to assist me with the smart thermostat I had installed. The problem was on my end; not knowing how the new multi-sensor unit worked.     My experience with One Source Home Service was exceptional! Robert Simon was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and kind, with excellent attention to details. He was able to determine the AC/HVAC issues within 15 minutes of his arrival. He explained the systems issues clearly and completely so that I understood my repair choices moving forward. Ive had other companies out for the same issue, and they could never seem to find the source of the problem.     They installed a new water heater replaced one that was quite old and out of code they did all required changes to bring everything up to date. They were very courteous knowledgeable and efficient and left the water heater area as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived I’m very satisfied with their work. As far as value and price? I’m an old guy what do I know about value and price lol it was pricey in my eyes but it had to be done and what the techs did actually improved more than just the water heater so I’m very happy with the job.

    Craig came out to repair furnace. Turns out it was full of dry wall dust from new home construction. We decided to have him return to thoroughly clean furnace. He worked diligently until every part was clean and free of debris. He worked efficiently and steadily until the project was completed. I have worked with this company in the past for a minor repair. They had great customer service then and Craig proved their customer service is still stellar now. Please call Heat Depot for your next home repair. You will not be disappointed and if you are, youre probably a chronic complainer anyway! The staff is great! I have dealt with Marc as well and not only is he a qualified tech but has a great personality. Trustworthy associates with strong integrity. Not many companies left like this one.

    The initial contact was a check of the furnace and AC unit. Brandon did a marvelous job of taking pictures and explaining the furnace looked new but the AC was on its deathbed and could endanger the furnace. He sat with me through the process of talking with his boss and finding they had 1 unit the right size in stock and could immediately install it. Everything went smoothly. Inspectors arrived two business days later (would have been one but I was unavailable). One source offered me a good payment plan if I wanted to go that route and the only problem was one of the inspectors wanted a paper strip put on the back of the furnace. They will be out this week to get that on. Small problem, nice unit. I will use this company again because of their attention to detail, prompt service, snf pleasant employees.

    The tech who came to look at my broken furnace was efficient and professional. He explained to me and showed me exactly what was going on that made the furnace defective and showed me all the reasons why it would not make sense to repair such an old furnace. I dont own this house but he communicated with the landlord once I gave him the information and they got the money side handled with very little input from me which was great. We were scheduled for install the next day which was mind-blowing but really cool considering I have some medically fragile people in the house.The two guys that came to the house to install the furnace were great. I could tell it took them longer than they wanted it to but they stayed through the whole job and made sure we had heat that night. They each had a good sense of humor and were easy to work with. Definitely recommend that crew.Marcos and Marcus came to clean my ducts about a week later and those guys were on point as well. Their boss said something about them having three jobs today but he was going to make them do a fourth (which kind of rubbed me the wrong way; I hope that isnt indicative of how theyre treated by management) but they showed up and knocked it out for us with a smile and great attitudes like absolute rockstars. I definitely appreciate their great work ethics.Overall it was a really expensive experience since it was a whole furnace replacement but they met or exceeded every single one of our expectations. The crews were courteous, pleasant, and efficient which gave us confidence in such a big purchase. They made what could have been an absolute nightmare much more tolerable. I can be picky sometimes but I didnt have a single bad interaction throughout this whole process haha.

    Everyone with whom we interacted from the company was pleasant, respectful, and helpful. Dylan was amazing. He talked us through the issue and even took the time to look at our thermostat which ended up being the issue. He set up our wiring system on the furnace/AC so we can get a new thermostat and install it without a problem. I cannot emphasize enough what a relief it was to have his expertise and support. He also talked us through things we can do to winterize our home and save on energy as much as possible. Highly recommend!

    Mark and Justin were fantastic! Although I found out I need a new furnace, they did give me the option of repairing it and gave me the two prices. Being that its 26 years old its actually time to just go ahead and repair it. They took the time to ask me if I was going to stay in the home for an extended period of time or selling soon, as that would determine whether we should repair versus replace, and were so patient with me with getting the financing in place for the new furnace that will be installed , etc. I am also very happy with the timeliness of their manager getting this furnace installed because they were going to be very booked out but they made some changes to their schedule, where I can get the furnace in tomorrow. They were so nice to my dog and even met my horses! These 2 are a definite asset and I highly recommend the company and these two in particular!

    Upon arrival my technician, Nick got right to to task with my furnace tuneup. He did not mind that I watched as he took his readings and performed several system checks to determine just how efficiently my furnace was operating and asked me if I had any specific concerns.At completion of the service he explained the reason was due both to the age of my system, and leaking or blocked ducts. He contacted his Manager who explained the recommended remedies and plans to eliminate present and future potential problems. When I an ready I have no doubt we will use One Source Home Services. Weve used the Home Depot (now One Source) for three years for inspections and a minor repair to our old air conditioner. Our rusted out furnace was on its last leg and our old water heater stopped working. In May 2017, The Heat Depot gave us an excellent quote and installed a new high efficiency furnace, air conditioner, an electronic air filter, and a water heater in our home.Rich and his son Brandon, our installers, were amazing! Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence was inspiring. The Home Depot technical support team was extremely knowledgeable, and we appreciated their fast response.     Great company. First Logan arrived and went through the gas line installation process and estimate. He was professional and courteous. Brian arrived later in the afternoon to explain the electrical work and estimate. He also was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Brian also took the time to help me schedule an appointment with Bill and Alyssa. They came by later in the afternoon to give an estimate for vents and drains for a washer/dryer combo. Bill and Alyssa were extremely knowledgeable and professional. More importantly they showed patience and were friendly the entire time while in my home. A couple of days later Alyssa, Bill and logan came to my home and installed additional gas lines, ducts and drains for an oven and washer/dryer. The following day Jeremy and Blake came to my home and installed a new outlet and outlined an upcoming electrical box install. Jeremy came a week later installed the electrical box in record time. He also came by with a fellow worker Danielle who was extremely helpful and professional. I was given more estimates for more projects and we even discussed future work.     Had Nathon Ewan come over check my system I knew I needed new one he did service for free and updated my system, Great price Reheem system best warranty and could not find anyone else in pueblo who will install Reheem talked with three different HVAC for estimates none ever called back or came by. Nathan has called back every time between him and his boss Jose they never over sold me on my system I wanted bigger 5 ton for my ac unit they let me know it was to big and would not provide for my home based on its size. I did research and these guys where on the money to big of system cause positive pressure in my home and not allow system to circulate properly and abuse my ac unit .
