As you imagine when you have a plumbing issue all of your fears come to head. We were told by a different company that are pipes that collapsed and that it looked that they were completely broken out of place towards the street. So this could have been a very very expensive fix. My boyfriend had seen the commercial some years ago for this type of service. After a little googling I found a company name and I called them they were immediately able to come in the next day with a free estimate for us. I couldnt believe how quickly they were able to schedule us and also to be able to receive a free estimate seemed unreal.The text that came over the house was very polite efficient and knowledgeable, he gave us a fair quote.Since the quote was considerably cheaper than what we thought we were going to have to worry about into the street we decided to make the beginning initial appointment. They were able to come out within a couple days to start the first process or the next week whichever was convenient for us. Dan himself came knocking to the door on the day he said he would be there at the time he said he would be he was very polite knowledgeable and kind. They worked quickly to get the Lions scoped out and cleared and the first part of the process done and after seeing what they found we were very relieved that we called this company to help us in our time of need. The cost was a third of what we were thinking we were going to have to spend. It seems from the moment that their tech came for the free estimate they really had just helped us, they answered all of our questions they were very time efficient kind friendly and professional. The 100% dealt with the city and anything needed for permits ore inspections. This whole nightmare was done completed and all tidy for us by Dan and his team in a little over a week. We are so thankful and impressed anybody I know that has any kind of plumbing issues I will continue to refer them to Dans drains and digs for the best service Ive ever seen. Thank you once again Dan and your team we are so very thankful that we chose to do business with you.

Dans Drains and Digs was immediately responsive to our blocked sewer drain. Zack came out in less than an hour from our initial call to check out the situation and gave us an estimate that evening. The repair crew was very proficient in identifying, removing, and repairing the blockage created by another drain cleaning service. In less than six hours, from start to finish, the job was complete. I strongly recommend Dans Drain and Digs.

I received exactly what was promised in exactly the time that was discussed. The price was significantly less than the alternative of tearing out the basement, the yard, and the street. The end product is a product that not only Dan stands behind, but I will too.

An enthusiastic thumbs up! for Dans Drain and Dig! Not just for the job they do, but also the way they stand behind their work. We have a very old house and had a big sewer problem last year. Long story short, our collapsing sewer line (made of ceramic since it was so old) ran under our neighbors house, so we ended up having to install a whole new sewer connection to the main in the street. Dan helped us find a way to do this without having to re-do all the plumbing in our basement, saving us probably $20k in the long run. Lots of old pipes, serious digging (some under our garage), new pipes, concrete, and asphalt led to a new hookup that was finished last August. Everything was done professionally, and they kept informed at every step. Fast forward to this summer, it became clear that some of the earth under part of the asphalt patching had shifted around the clean outs, leaving us with cracked and sinking asphalt over part of our driveway near the street. A whole year after doing the job, Dan came right over when we called, and took full responsibility for the problem. He sent his crew over a couple of days later and they spent an entire day fixing it -- all for free. Dans Drain and Dig does a great job, and stands behind their work. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended!

Great company. Our 180+ foot sewage line flooded our basement. I called these guys on 12/18 and had a same day appointment. Zach came over the same evening, scoped our line (no additional charge) and had an estimate to us that night (a very reasonable one compared to their competitors). We scheduled on 12/20 to dig down to our line and install a 2 way clean out for our sewage line. Theyll be back tomorrow morning to finish the concrete work. All in all, our plumbing escapades are concluded 72 hours later. We are so relieved our line is clear.Zach was the man -- extremely efficient and helpful. Im glad we met him.As a side note, do not let Mr. Rooter do ANY of your excavation work. They charged us $350 for a scope and a failed cleaning attempt of our line. Afterwards, their quote for this job was ridiculous. Dans Drains and Digs saved our family about 4k in total that well now be able to put toward replacing our ruined basement carpet.Thank you guys.

Called Dans Drains and Digs for a complicated sewer smell issue at a commercial building in Castle Rock. They were quick to respond and took a personal interest in the situation and after looking at the sewer system with a camera and studying the situation, they recommended a smoke test to determine where the smell was coming from. The smoke test was successful in finding a leak in a very old pipe under the kitchen floor. They were very professional and I was impressed that they did not recommend doing any work that was not necessary. I would call them again in a minute if I had a plumbing problem or needed and old sewer system relined. Great complany, highly recommended.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual! What a breath of fresh air compared to some other companies. We had an issue with our toilet. We initially contacted Roto Rooter (big mistake!). Roto Rooter never showed up on the day we were promised and when they finally showed up, they didnt do anything to diagnose the problem and informed us that it would cost $450 to repair the toilet seal. We sent them away, but they charged us $100 for a trip charge. We then contacted Dans Drains and Digs. Zach came out at the time we were promised, determined that a repair wasnt needed at this time, as the issue has been resolved, and he didnt charge us anything. With Dans Drains and Digs I felt like I was dealing with a competent, professional business, unlike the other company that I initially contacted. I wouldnt hesitate to use Dans Drains and Digs in the future - great customer service and they appear to be very reputable!

I called Dans Drains and Digs based upon a recommendation from a friend. We had a rock lodged in one of our drainpipes that could possibly have caused a serious back up and costing $$$$$$ to remove and repair. Zach came to our home and using a camera found the rock. He then located the rock in the drain system and was able to dislodge it and clear the line. Dan will be the first person I call if there are in future needs. Zach was professional, courteous, and tireless in his pursuit of the rock. In short, Dan, Zach and Dans Drains and Digs are Ambassadors of Excellence in their business and profession! Call them if you have a need - you will be glad you did!

AWESOME BUSINESS!!!!! Dan came out and looked at my problem. Then he sent his guy, Zach, to do the work. They came to my home the same day I called and scheduled the work for two days later. Zach worked in the crawlspace under my house for hours. When plan 1 didnt work, he went to plan 2, including digging up around the sewer line. He was incredible!!! Professional courtesy is abundant with these men. The problem was solved and thankfully wasnt a collapsed line. The price was quite reasonable given the work that was done. Use them again? Im not sure what to say. I am not used to such good service and value like I got with Dans Drains and Digs. It really does leave me speechless. They lined my sewer main, and took the time to do the needed prep to do it well. Five Star work and customer service!

My family had a pretty bad issue with our main drain line inside our house. It required our basement to be emptied and jack hammered to be repaired. Dan and his team came out and did a wonderful job getting us up and running again. The job was pretty scary from a renters perspective and they did everything extremely fast and the crew couldnt have been nicer. If you are looking for an honest crew that will do whatever they need to,to help you fix your problem. This is the company you should go with. They didnt charge us a crazy expensive amount and even gave recommendations to help save some money while not losing quality.
