    I highly recommend bearded plumber! I had an issue with the main bathroom toilet, it just kept running. He came in was super professional and very helpful. Im a curious person and love to learn new things, so I was asking questions and he showed me what he was doing and explained everything. Went above and beyond, made sure the toilet was working correctly, did test flushes and made adjustments to make sure it was fixed correctly. If you need a plumber call bearded plumber.

    My parents house was backed up and we had already contacted another company to come out to take care of clearing the line, they never showed up and didnt inform us that they wouldnt make it today until almost 5:00 pm. We called Tom at Bearded Plumber and his service technician was at the house in less than 30 minutes. Line was cleared and he was packing up his truck in less than an hour. Very professional, neat, friendly and courteous. Would 100% recommend them and my parents have now found the company they will use for their plumbing needs.

    These guys are fantastic. They were at my house in 15 minutes, came in and fixed my toilet fast and easy. The thing that I absolutely enjoyed (beyond fixing my leak) was that they did the job and were done. The plumber didnt add items to upsell me, he completed the work and left.     Awesome team! Very good and fair, the owner stopped by to check on my leak. He ended up helping me out by removing a stuck part and advising me on how I could fix the issue myself! Even saving me money, as I did not need all the parts I bought in a single kit! I can return the 150 dollar shower kit I bought now and only need to buy the much cheaper cartridge!Thanks guys!

    The big name guys over at Rooter gave me false information and wanted to charge me $650 for something that the Bearded plumber did for way cheaper.     I could not be more pleased.  My toilet was leaking and I couldnt flush it.  I needed someone right away and he came out the same day.  He did the job in no time and the price was more than reasonable.  You expect a plumber to charge a lot, even overcharge, but not The Bearded Plumber!!  Call them, you definitely wont regret it.  Friendly, professional, and extremely fair.

    I had an emergency weekend issue with my water heater leaking out along with a hurricane to deal with. Tom answered and said hell come out right away and install a new one.     Tom came out quickly on a Thursday night before and Friday holiday Easter weekend to fix a major blockage in our toilet/shower pipes.     The best plumber in town! I speak from experience. One plumbing company wasted my time asking me endless, pointless questions only to tell me that they didnt have anybody they could schedule to send out. Other companies charge steep up-front fees just to visit you. Not only are his prices reasonable, he is competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and FAST. We will be using him and recommending him for all of our plumbing going forward.

    I feel fortunate to have contacted the Bearded Plumber company due to a clog causing a back up. I had contacted other plumbers but he was the only one not charging over $200 just to come out. Tom came out the same day and solved the problem. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was good and his fee was very reasonable. Next plumbing issue he will be my only call.

    These guys are awesome. Other plumbers werent going to be able to come for days or wanted to charge me a premium. Tom came the day I called checked both bathrooms and was able to give me an estimate. When they showed up to do the work they were professional and courteous. They fixed and changed the shower and bath valves and fixtures within hours and made sure there were no leaks. They also took the time to clean up after they were done! I cant recommend these guys enough!

    Had a weekend emergency plumbing issue. I called another company and they didnt get back to me for over 36 hours. That same morning of the emergency I called the Bearded Plumber and they picked up and were at my house in about an hour. He was professional, diagnosed the issue, then gave me affordable options. He could have done a quick fix an made his money, but for a little more he not only fixed the issue, but fixed another issue Ive been having for the 2 years since I bought this house. Earned my trust right away so much so I left him with, my senor mother who I take care of, and went to work. Its been about a week and so far everything is great. Dont waste your time on the other guys. Give these guys a call and get a plumber for life.

    I’d like to thank Tom and James for coming out to our place!!My husband and I rent a duplex and our main sewage line was clogged. So we put a maintenance request in through our property manager who got in contact with Bearded plumbing. Tom and James came and fixed everything that needed to be fixed!     In a time of big business greed and nickel-and-diming folks, THIS is the kind of guy we need more of in our world! After reading some reviews, I decided to call the Bearded Plumber (cool name!) on a Saturday morning and said I should be home from St. Pete by 12:30 pm. There was a knock at our door at EXACTLY 12:30! Tom was there and eager to fix our several plumbing issues. He took care of everything we asked for, and even noticed another problem, which he fixed. He talks to you about what hes doing so everything makes total sense. He struck me as a man of integrity (do it right the first time kind of guy) and very respectful to my wife, our dog, and me.     Tom was professional, on time and great communication. We had a hot water tank installed with in 24 hours. Came out to give me a free estimate and was back the next day and installed the hot water tank on the 4th floor. With out any issues calls or delays. Just simply got it done. No nonsense.     Tom came out and was very upfront and honest! He told me it wasn’t a plumbing issue but a septic issue and he didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis which is unheard of! Definitely use the Bearded Plumber for all your issues very reliable and honest, wish more companies were like this!
