Scotto’s plumbing is awesome! Our toilet was running and the water shutoff valve was broken, sending gallons into our post hurricane sewer system. Scotto’s responded very quickly to work us in and sent Lucas Crespo. He had to dig out our water cutoff by the street, and then he replaced the bathroom angle cutoff valve and the internals of the toilet (fill valve and flapper). Lucas was extremely helpful and worked hard to resolve the issue. I have been very happy with Scotto’s service previously and they excelled again!

Had gas line extension done for generator set up. Shopped 4 different plumbing companies before picking Scotto’s Plumbing.The techs were good. Passed inspection without issue. Price was very affordable.I called them back the following month for a kitchen sink install. Didn’t bother price shopping because their prices are very affordable and service is good.They are my first choice for future plumbing jobs.

I called Scottos Plumbing to have someone come out and check my water softener, and they sent me an expert. Ocy was highly knowledgeable about the softener and ensured it worked properly. My experience with Scottos and Ocy was much different from that of the plumbing company that installed the softener. I will call Scottos Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I had a problem with the tankless water heater. My usual plumbing company wont even service tankless heaters so I contacted Scottos. Within three hours they had two men out to look at the heater. James A. and Cassius were amazing! Everything is working fine again. I will continue using this company if I have any problems with the Tankless.

We have a tankless water heater. Called one plumber and the guy looked at it like it was an alien. Called another and was given an estimate, told it was an all day job. Called Scottos and Ocy was awesome ! Explained everything, said the job may be done in 4 hours for half the cost of the other estimate. Ocy came out the next day, and looked at the heater, he was professional, polite, and provided a written quote for half of the other company. The part arrived the next day and Scottos scheduled the repair the next day. All togther, it was three days, very exceptable since the part had to be ordered through a warranty process. Tammy, Ocy, and the the 2 techs that did the repair were all awesome ! If I ever need a plumber I will call them for sure, and recommend them to anyone. I called Sunday for service for a clogged toilet. I was willing to pay the after hours fee as I had injured my back and my son was there to help me. The gentleman who came out was very pleasant but used a good hand towel in the toilet with the vacuum hose. I had thrown down several different towels due to over flow and he assumed it was a rag. Another towel was badly damaged with the machine sitting on it, some black marks that didn’t come out. I will know better in the future to pick up my personal items and ask them to put down a tarp. The clog was not fixed so I called and made arrangements for guys to come out the next day. My son stayed home from work to help during that time. They were very professional and found the problem but sadly a part broke and now I have to replace the toilet. My star selection is difficult to choose as I was disappointed with the tech who came out Sunday and felt I paid an after hours fee for no reason since the problem wasn’t fixed. But the guys who came out Monday made up for it. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

Dane and Lucas came and installed our new toilet. As per my request, they wore masks and shoe coverings. They answered all my questions very patiently. The caulking at the base looks great. They cleaned up after themselves nicely, too. We’ve used Scotto’s many times over the years. They are just wonderful. Another thing that makes me come back to them is that the employees like working there and speak highly of the owners. That says a great deal about a company in my book.

We had an emergency situation with our upstairs bathrooms and tub. They were overflowing with black sewage. Both upstairs toilets and bathtubs were affected. We called and they sent someone out that same day, even though it was after 5pm! They stayed until the pipe was cleared and the toilets were fully functioning. Will definitely call again! Reasonable prices too!

On 6/25/20 I again had the good fortune to work with Scottos. This time Brendan and Tyler came out to install a new garbage disposal. They were running ahead of schedule which worked out perfectly for me. Both were professional and polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently and at a decent price. They even wrote up quotes for future jobs. A very positive experience - thank you again!With water coming through my ceiling, I called Scottos based on a friends recommendation. They quickly scheduled my appointment for that day with a 2 hour window and texted when the technician was enroute - at the very front of the window! Ocy was professional and polite and got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. And when he presented the bill I was very happy to see it was about 1/3 of what I was anticipating. Will definitely call again if needed and recommend them to anyone!

Scottos was great, taking the time to address the cause of our recurrent clogs, rather than just snake out the vent, charge us hundreds of dollars, and go on their way, as several other plumbers have done over the last seven years in our home. They opened the clean-outs outside, which no other plumber had ever done, cleared the build-up in the pipes under and leading from the kitchen sinks, and made sure every fixture was draining properly before leaving. They were awesome - clean, thorough, truly helpful - and I highly recommend Scottos service.

Scottos arrived on time to repair a noisy garbage disposal. The device wasnt defective but had chosen to swallow a penny which was quickly remedied. Rather than charge us a legitimate service call, they asked if we had any other plumbing needs to avoid the service charge. They replaced an outdoor PVC hose bib with a copper/brass unit with a shutoff valve. Great work at a very fair price. Scottos is our go-to plumber.

The professionals showed up promptly on time - in fact a little early (yay!) - they called and asked if it was ok to come early first. They diagnosed my issue and gave me an explanation of what it would take to fix the leak and how long it would take. Scottos is a responsive, on time plumbing service. I called and left a message on a late Saturday night and received a call back within 15 minutes setting an appointment for the following morning. The plumber arrived on time and quickly set about working to clear a clog that was more than 30 feet from the drain that was clogged. Nick arrived on time, looked at the issue, determined he could do the job and estimated the cost, turned off the water main, fixed the issue, turned water back on and tested work for no leaks, cleaned up the area and removed old parts, submitted the bill for less than the estimate, received payment, and left. All this is less than an hour! Professional at all times! Glad I was following their truck one day and researched reviews! Will call them again!

The baseboard behind my toilet was showing signs of water damage, leading me to believe that a pipe was leaking in the wall. Scotto came to assess the situation, and decided to refer me to their subcontractor who does leak detection. He was not able to pinpoint the leak during his visit, but did rule out a leaking pipe. He also gave me the idea of putting a blue cleaning tab in the toilet tank to see if the toilet was the source. About a week later, I found bluish water leaking out from the baseboard. I called Scotto a second time and the plumber was able to determine that the wax seal ring was cracked. He replaced the wax ring in less than 2 hours. I was impressed with the tools and techniques he had for doing the job well – he also had everything he needed on the truck. He took a great deal of care separating the broken ring from the drain to avoid any damage, and used additional bolts to secure the new ring to the concrete floor. I’ve had no leaks of any sort since and am very pleased with the work performed. The price was also very reasonable.

Scottos has been my premier plumber for over 25 years and absolutely pleased each time they come and handle plumbing problems. As always OC the plumber was out to my new condo on time as promised and what a mess he had to fix. Broken Hot water heater, broken shower pan, leaking pipes that had mold and mildew from prior owners neglect of 25 years. He not only told me what had to be done, handled the big issues first and got a person who could demo the bathrooms for mold and shower pan. Justin service Manager came to review the issue himself and advised what had to be done. Scottos coordinated all the issues and different workman so I could relax and know that everything was handled. I had always used Scottos Plumbing (since 1998) until they sent 2 people out who (well lets just say they didnt think thru what they were doing). I had to end up repairing what they were attempting to do. Nothing a novice plumber couldnt do. Attach a drain seal in the shower. They had put a hex head screw in one of the two holes. Nearly anyone would look at that and know that wasnt going to do nothing but tear up your feet as you try to move around the shower. I ended up replacing the screw that fit flux with the drain. Anyway, I stopped using them for some time. When my water heater went out, I decided to give them another try but only if they didnt send the last two plumbers??? out. The two that did show up were very personable, professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. The heater looks great plus I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job. As long as I continue to get that kind of service from them then Scottos will be my plumbing company from now on.

Ocy and Jacob were my plumbers today. They arrived promptly, according to a scheduled appointment, and they called in advance to let me know they were on their way. After discussing my water treatment issues it was clear that I was dealing with professionals, well versed with the water treatment system I had. They proceeded to adjust the settings and find the source of my problems. For no charge I got an education about the equipment, a complete check of all the parts, as well as a future plan for oversight and maintenance. Having knowledge of how my indoor and outdoor water treatment equipment work is a godsend. I was fearful that I needed an expensive new system. I have a few years before any major overhaul will be needed. My oversight of the system will make it last even longer now. I feel so relieved.I have been using Scotty’s plumbing for a few years now. They really are the best.

Having an emergency, calling multiple plumbers and not having anyone answer is frustrating, disheartening and nerve-racking. When I called Scottos I expected yet another let down. TO MY SURPRISE!!!! from the initial call to the very last moment that these two gentlemen finish. PROFESSIONALS is the correct word that would apply to this company. They arrived on time, informed me of every step and why they performed that task. Because the job was late at night, they also value my neighbors privacy and respect the noise curfew. People say, You get what you pay for. With Scottos you get a fair price and the comfort of someone who is an obvious professional. I found them on Angies List and selected at random from plumbers who also had an A rating. They could get a plumber out same-day to fix my sink and were polite on the phone. Brian (the plumber) was really helpful and explained all the steps of what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost upfront. During the labor he made sure I knew what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future (Keep pasta out of your disposal!). He cleaned up after himself and even happily answered a few other questions I had about other projects without rushing me. I know who my go-to plumber is from now on!

SCOTTO gets an A+ in my book! We had a chronic problem with a stoppage between the dishwasher and sink, which stymied 2 previous plumbing companies, as the problem reoccurred almost immediately after each “fix”. This left us “camping out” with paper plates and plastic silverware to the max, since the dishwasher was not usable. I called SCOTTO and they had a plumber out first thing the next day. Nick demonstrated a strong work ethic and great job knowledge. He showed us the picture of a large plug that had built up over many years, removed it, and installed a biotic to finish dissolving a thin coating of hardened sludge on the pipe. The drain is now working better than It has in a long time, and the price was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use them for any plumbing need!
