I have been very impressed with Tampa Bay Plumbing from my first call. I called to ask if they could repair / replace a bad washing machine drain pipe and they jumped on it! I didnt want to overpay for a job I thought was pretty small in the grand scheme of things. 2 other plumbing companies quoted my seemingly ridiculously high prices over the phone. I called TB Plumbing and the rep said I could text photos of the issue and hed have a plumber call me with an estimate. They were prompt in their response and quoted me a very reasonable price. I scheduled the job and plumber, Aaron, was there the next business day. He was on time, personable, and professional. He got the job done quickly, and it looks great! Mike from Tampa Bay Plumbing came out to my mother in-law’s condo after a backup in the sewer line. There was an awful mess in multiple rooms, we called endless plumbers in the area with no luck getting someone out in a short period of time. Tampa Bay Plumbing had Mike out in about an hour! He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing. He even took the time to reassure my mother in-law her washer was fine (she’s a bit of a germaphobe) so this incident was the end of the world for her! lolIt’s hard to find reputable companies and workers that take pride in their work, but this is definitely one of them! What a top notch company! Fantastic experience from booking my first appointment to finishing the job. I interacted with 4 or 5 different employees and all were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable.I called the first time on a Monday morning, my call was answered and they were able to fit me in that day. I had two backed up sinks which they came out to inspect and hopefully fix. They realized an old cast iron pump was corroded and recommended replacing the section with PVC. I received a quote for the work later that day and was able to schedule them the following week to complete the job.They showed up within the time frame both times and were very efficient!

I am one that has no knowledge in plumbing. Therefore I naturally put my guard up because I don’t want anyone to take advantage of me. I’ve dealt with many plumbers in the past that have found ways to get reoccurring business from me by not fixing the problem the first time. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t say enough how great Bairam was from the moment we started talking. Night and day difference with other plumbers I spoke to. And these other plumbers were very high rated But nothing compared to Tampa bay plumbing. Bairam made feel like he was treating my house as if it was his. And taking the extra step take make sure it was done perfectly to ensure the issues were resolved for good. This was a big project in replacing 2 drain pipes from the house to city sewer. I can talk for days but I’ll never call another plumber again.

Tampa Bay Plumbing is great! I noticed the water bill had been climbing in the winter of 2023 and contacted a leak detection company, which localized our leak to a water main underneath our front lawn. After I called Tampa Bay Plumbing in January 2024, Ryan Labrador was able to squeeze us into his schedule the very next day, which was unexpected but highly appreciated. He arrived and started working right away, keeping me updated with what he was finding, what the plan for repair was, and estimated costs. Ryan was very professional, polite, timely, and communicative. It was raining that day but he continued working and digging despite the downpour. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected, so he returned the following day with a colleague, and the two of them worked tirelessly through the afternoon until after sunset, again in rainy weather. I am so appreciative of their dedication to getting the job done despite the uncomfortable working conditions. Thank you so much! Your work has already saved us hundreds of dollars on our water bill over the past couple of months. Most recent water bill attached to show the drastic improvement after they worked to fix our water main leak in mid-January.

Unfortunately I had a toilet backup on a Sunday morning. Thankfully, Bairam was on call with Tampa Bay Plumbing and responded quickly to my call, and made it out to my home shortly afterwards. He thoroughly investigated to find the source of the clog and took care of getting rid of it, explaining everything clearly along the way. He also included my neighbor, as we shared some plumbing, to make sure their plumbing was good as well. All in all, I was very pleased from beginning to end.

These guys were great! Weve been dealing with a plumbing problem for the past two years. Multiple plumbers were never able to figure out the issue. Tom (I think thats his name), went above and beyond when he flushed our hot water heater and installed our Halo H2Zero system. The water heater had a LOT of sediment and it probably took Tom two hours longer than he had expected in order to remove it all. He took the time to explain how to use the system. He cleaned up the mud he unavoidably tracked onto the back porch. He took off his shoes when entering the house. When our toilet starting making some sounds, Tom simply fixed it. We are extremely happy, and if we need plumbing services again, well call Tampa Bay Plumbing.

Tampa Bay plumbing was amazing. From the minute I met Charles and Billy I knew I wanted them to do the work. Charles was so knowledgeable and brought up areas of concern that I didn’t think of. He was calm and nothing was a problem. Believe me our house had a lot of issues to tackle. They were so professional. They were reasonable in their cost estimate. I don’t always recommend people. I’m actually surprised if the job is done right.I would without a doubt refer Tampa Bay plumbing to anyone. If your afraid of being disappointed you will not be. Tampa Bay Plumbing is excellent. I cant quite recall the gentlemans name that came out but he was very professional and did a great job. We had a unique circumstance where the water to the entire complex was turned off (not because of what was being done at our location) while he was making repairs. He kind of freaked out when he turned the water back and there wasnt any but once we determined it was not due to anything he did, he offered to come back later in the day to check his work once the water was back on. He came back in a timely manner, and again was very professional in his work. I would highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing!!!

I contacted Tampa Bay Plumbers due to a pipe outside breaking and thus forcing me to turn my water to the house off. It was late on a Sunday night so waited until morning to call anyone. Once at work, I got busy and didnt think to call until the afternoon. Even though I contacted them late, they still had Matthew come out on a Monday night, after dark and repair my pipe. He was so kind, courteous, professional, and efficient. There are not enough words to describe how knowledgeable and friendly he was. And he smiled the whole time, answering all my annoying questions, even though it was late, and hed been working since early in the morning. Once he completed the job, which was quick for something I thought would take a long time, I was worried because plumbers are expensive. Kyle came out yesterday to unclog our kitchen sink and bathroom sink drains.. He carefully assessed the situation and quoted me the price before getting his equipment from the van to do the job.He gave my husband a $50 veterans discount, and that was so appreciated. Kyle was professional, friendly and did a great job.He even gave me a great cleaning tip to keep the drains cleaned (much better than having to resort to using Liquid Plumber!)... Once a day, after washing dishes, pour 1/2 cup of vinegar down the double kitchen sink drains and let it sit for a few minutes.... Itll cut any grease buildup and help to keep the PVC pipe clean..... Who knew?! So, thanks so much for that helpful household tip, Kyle!Sadly, the first trip didnt work (my sinks backed up again last night) but today (the very next day) Kyle came back out with a camera and the necessary equipment and got the problem resolved.. The camera showed a big grease clot in the pipes that he didnt get yesterday... He ran the camera in the pipes again after cleaning the pipes, and showed me it was all clear....I really appreciated that he came out so quickly today.... The team carefully reviewed the situation (we had cut the water off to the house already) and coordinated with my husbands knowledge of our home, and soon decided we needed to find the dedicated pipe to the hose bibs to stop the flood in the house. Shovels came out and knees got dirty - but within an hour the underground villain had been discovered, capped off and life was restored to normal. Gentleman came in to a toilet that was leaking when it was clogged. He started with the most common causes and as each one was checked off he kept digging deeper until the problem was solved. Tampa Bay Plumbing saved the day! It was the middle of the week on my way to work when I saw the flood in the garage. I realized it was coming from the water heater. We had it installed through Tampa Bay Plumbing 1 1/2 ago. I called them as soon as I got into work. I spoke with one of the dispatchers and explained that I wouldn’t be able to get home till 3 o’clock. It was then after another call that the owner of Tampa Bay plumbing called me back. It seems like in today’s society it’s so difficult to find a company that will stand behind their business. I was so impressed and taken back with Tampa bay Plumbing ,when the owner Wayne Ritchie, called me back personally to discuss the different possible reasons for the water. He then personally offered to come and look at the situation. I was at a loss for words, a owner putting the customers first. I was able to take the time off work and meet Wayne at the house. He did this at no cost to me. After carefully checking all the pipes and lines, he put mind my mind at ease and explained it was the water heater needed an expansion valve. Over the next few days a serviceman named was sent to the house to complete installation, He was so polite and helpful and spent his time helping with the installation, both carefully and quickly. Both men from Tampa bay Plumbing treated me with respect and kindness . It’s amazing that companies and that are willing to treat customers like family and make sure they meet their customers needs. Two of their guys came over the same day i called them. Very knowlegable and very professional.. Gave me a reasonable expert. I made arrangements to get repair done in five days.2/28 They came back today and replaced some cast iron pipes and some PVC pipes that were leaking into the crawlspace under my house. They had to crawl under the house. They did an excellent job. They got it done in a short period of time and even added a few extra things. Cleaned everything up ad did it for a reasonable price. Id use them again anytime.

I would like to thank Ken and Julian for the superb work they did the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. One of our showers sprang a leak and we had guests on the way. They replaced faucets for a shower, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and bath with shower. I was amazed at how Ken maintained his composure while dealing with 55 years of patchwork plumbing under the kitchen sink. I had sent them pictures the day before and they made sure they had the correct fixtures to fit existing plumbing. Ken and Julians craftsmanship was excellent and they cleaned up everything before they left. Holiday saved thanks to them!

I called and spoke with Zack about a leaking hot water heater in my condo. He immediately dispatched Billy who diagnosed the problem (rusted out) and explained my options. Within just a couple hours of my initial call I had a new, expertly installed water heater. The mess from the leak was cleaned up and the old one removed. He also noticed the water lines to my washer were incorrectly hooked up and fixed those, heading off an imminent disaster.
