Thiago was amazing. He spent the extra time to adjust my shower layout so I could turn on the water without leaning over the toilet every time. I hadn’t even thought about it. He FaceTimed me to explain it and then they knocked it out.It was such a good solution to move the valve to the other wall of the shower. It was way more work but he coordinated with our GC and I, and we all agreed it was the right move.I would call him over anyone else for any plumbing needs.

By 3:00 that afternoon, the unit was replaced, old unit loaded for disposal and the work area cleaned.They also came in lower in price than four other highly-rated companies, including a Big Box store and we even got an upgraded unit in the process.Great work to Ross and 1-800 Plumber + Air!
