When I made my appt for the garbage disposal repair/replacement, I gave the office my address and she said he would be here between 8-10 AM. He arrived at 11:15 AM after I called twice asking and she said you live a long way away. Well, then make my appt for 11-12 then. The serviceman, Theo, was very nice, had a great smile, but also said, I live a long way away and that is why it took him so long. Anyway, he installed a garbage disposal with a blanket flat charge which I kinda find questionalble but I was in a pinch with out of state guests here. I see on-line the actual cost of the type of disposal that was installed was not very high so I assume the mark up from B&B is high and/or the labor is very high. The disposal and labor were not broken out on the billing invoice. Not a happy camper with my first job from B& B.

Rocco came out today and quoted us a much more reasonable price for the AC work. He was friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Thank you, Rocco, for servicing us! Would highly recommend if you need any repairs with your AC!

B&B sent out a tech as soon as we could arrange a time. I had been fighting a clogged bathroom for a couple of days but not getting anywhere. The main clog was not in reach of my little spring rooter. The first guy to come out assessed the situation and went back to the office to get better equipment. Still the clog evaded us. Another guy, Brad, figured out a strange use of a plumbing T was used when the house was built. About a half hour later the pipes were working again. Thanks Brad.

We had constant problems with our backyard sewer connection to the city main for our 1970s St Petersburg house. After years of doing temp fixes, we accepted a recommendation for B&B Professional Plumbing & Air from Radle Rooter for a replacement sewer line, as ours had collapsed with tree roots. We received a very competitive price and they started the next day. Ed showed up on time he and the crew did a wonderful job! We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!

My water heater started leaking around 6:00p.m. so I started researching plumbing companies that replace water heaters. I found B&B listed and read the reviews which were a 4.9 out of 5; of course there were a couple of negative reviews but I liked that B&B replied to those reviews with detailed explanations and apologizing to the clients that they received a less than positive experience. I saw that B&B accepted calls 24/7 so I ended up calling them at around 8:30p.m. and spoke to a nice fellow that took all my information and said someone would call me first thing in the morning. I received a text around 9:00p.m. that night from a gentleman named Rocco saying that he would call me first thing in the morning which he did; around 8:30a.m. We spoke and he said he had a technician that he could send out in about 20 minutes. The gentleman named Sean arrived, assessed the situation, went an picked up the appropriately sized water heater and installed it without issue. Both Rocco and Sean were a pleasure to deal with and they reached out to me when they said they would and did a great job!! I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services and I will use them again if anything should come up in the future!!

I had a plumbing emergency and they showed up right away. They technician Brad was extraordinarily thoughtful when doing his work. He was able to figure out that The leak was inside the wall, just by putting his head down there and listening, and he basically knew where to cut the sheet rock in the closet to the pipe that was leaking. I think he must have sonar in his head. Also, while he was sweating on the new pipes, he paid very close attention to how the solder was welding and decided to redo it because he didn’t like the way it felt or looked and then did it again to be sure he got it rightThis guy gets five stars and a big thumbs up. My advice is to do whatever it takes to keep that technician very happy!

Plumber Mike V. Was Very professional, arrived on time and the work was done perfect, he replaced my toilet water shut-off valve that was rusty (original from 1970) and also replaced my toilet fill up valve with a new one. Would recommend for sureUpdate (Dec’2023) of course called them again this time with the main pipeline clogged-up and they showed up in a matter of hours and after some test, it seems to have drained and suggested I waited until it happened again, to save me $ if things were already working normal .. did not charge me for the visit .. (something amazing from B&B professional Plumbing and no longer common now a days when service companies want to charge you just for listening). This company is amazing, they remain in my speed dial when it comes to plumbing services and I would recommend them 100% as capable, honest and efficient services

We have some commercial property in Palm Harbor and B&B helped us with a huge underground leak in 2019 and this year with 2 smaller inside/outside leaks. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the Company and the fine workmanship of their workers. I smelled a gas oder in my garage Saturday, I call the gas company,they came out did a test on my gas meter, well to my shock they said I had a leak somewhere. They told me to get in touch with a gas plumber.after many calls I found B& B Professional, a gentleman named Rocco contacted me ask guestions, I told him in Sept this year I had a new AC put in. From gas to heat pump, he told me to contact them to come check it, I did they just ask me to look at it and that it was fine,I called again and they never came out. So Rocco had someone come to my house this morning named Wayne,very nice man, he looked at it and new right away what the problem was, the gas cap. Changed it out to the right one and leak all gone. Called gas Co back out, no more leak. I cant thank these people enough. On time very helpful,pleasent. I will be using them again. To me they saved me from what could of been a very bad thing. I was More than happy with the service I received from B and B Professional Plumbing, they were friendly and very professional besides being trustworthy and always on time. My problem started with everything in my house backing up into my tub, a simple repair of snaking was performed, that didn’t work, they came back and tried again and they came back and managed to temporarily fix the problem and I could use the water. They came back again with a video camera and I watched as the camera went through a very bad pipes, corroded, roots, broken. I could see that it all needed to be replaced. They immediately started the work and dug up the pipes and replaced them, the next day when when I got home from work everything was fixed and working well. There attention to my needs was their main concern. I definitely would use them again, and would recommend them with confidence.

In need of a plumber just days before Thanksgiving, I had learned of B & B because they had just acquired my trusted AC company, Patterson International, and if their service would continue with service like I experienced with Patterson, I knew we would be all set with all our plumbing and AC needs. I was definitely not disappointed...the two gentlemen that handled my water heater installation were professional and respectful. I have a tiny area for the water heater, behind two doors (my bathroom door even had to come off to remove the broken heater)...but all was completed with a lot of attention and hard work. Excellent experience with B&B Plumbing! I had Ed and Jr. out to my house for an issue with my water heater. I ended up getting a new Rheem water heater installed. The most recent involved having fluctuations in our hot water temperature. Kevin was awesome! He showed up on time and quickly found the problem. He was very helpful in trying to solve the issue of how to quickly replace our on demand hot water system, as a circuit had burned out. We will definitely be using B & B for all of our plumbing needs!
