Our shower had been leaking for quite sometime and got worse. It was the hot-side and we started running out of hot water type of bad. As a first time homeowner, replacing my water heater was a task that made me really nervous, but Omar was an absolute professional and had our old one out and new one in within 2 hours of him arriving. He was able to get us scheduled for a replacement water heater in less than 24 hours! Curteous, professional and timely - we would highly recommend him to any of our friends and his number is on our fridge now. Next time we need a plumber, he will be the first one we call.

Omar was Super-Awesome! We have been having problems with our faucets in the bathroom and sinks and he fixed them fast. Now everything is great. No more wimpy water pressure. We went through Elevate Home Warranty. Right Now Rooter responded quickly, and they were able to get someone out the very next day.Omar did an awesome job. He was knowledgeable, identified the issues immediately, and had them fixed in no time. He was kind, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond with the quality of his work.Weve had 3 plumbers come out who tried to get out of the job, Right Now Rooter is who we are calling from here on out. Excellent service, quality work, highly recommended.

If I could give 4.5 I would, but not because of Omars work. Omar was great and knowledgeable, he told me the honest truth about my water and got me a brand new one within 12 hours and installed in under an hour. There was some lack of communication on the phone side of things, I left a voicemail and several texts and it was hard to get a response back. I understand somethings may have come up but there was almost 3 days with no response and finally after a series of calls I got a response. But again, Omar was amazing and I will definitely use these guys in the future for anything that comes up.

Omar was a lifesaver for us! It’s never fun when you have a drain back up when you are a stay at home mom of 3 girls! He was very courteous, quick, and even let the girls watch him do his job- they were so interested in how he was going to get rid of the clog!
