They came out same day and even returned after I failed to answer the door the first time around. Within seconds of explaining the issue they went to work and the issue was resolved quickly! We literally waited days to get a fix thinking we could do it on our own. SO glad we ended up using this service instead!

Dale from Brownes Rooter is awesome. We just moved into a house thats been unoccupied for three years, and quickly learned why pipes need to be used regularly! Water and sewage started rising from our basement floor drains and we realized our main sewer line was blocked. Dale came as soon as he finished the job he was on and saved us! Our house is old and it was NOT an easy job, but he was wonderful about it. He explained the problem and how we could avoid it in the future, and also taught us how to care for our unique plumbing. I highly recommend Brownes Rooter!! Will definitely call again if we ever have problems!

This is possibly the nicest man ever. I called him with a problem and he explained over the phone what might be wrong and how to fix it. If I wasnt able to fix it he would come out but he wanted me to try to do it myself first if I wanted to save the money. That was 10 minutes ago. I followed his instructions and now my drain is draining and he is out $95.00. What a nice guy. If I ever need a service he covers I will call him first EVERY SINGLE TIME. Awesome, awesome gentleman.

Absolutely happy with my experience. Same day service. Very sweet man called me to state he was running behind, which is rarely unheard of these days. Was able to get our leak fixed right away. Definitely recommend this company!!

Actually had two plumbing issues within weeks of each other that required a plumber to fix or else we wouldnt have had running water for a while.. this is the only plumber that has the most reasonable and affordable charges that ive found so far. and he doesnt charge a fee just to come look at your plumbing issues either. we will definitely be calling him again on all future plumbing issues

Those poor guys, by Main was clogged and My basement drain p trap, plus some sinks. It was way worse than it sounds because my main is extremely long and getting it snakes out was extremely difficult. I am sorry to whoever came after me because it took more than twice as long as anticipated because my plumbing is quite old and goofy. They just kept at it until the job was done and were great. They could have gotten away with charging more. I will certainly use them again.

I chose Brownes based on these reviews and couldnt be more satisfied. They (he brought help) were quick and effective. His experience was obvious! They fit me into their schedule in under 2 hrs from the time i called. My old house is flowing with a vengence like its new! Tackled multiple drains in no time. Be nice to him he rocks!To the 4 star reviewers, really? Just give him the 5 he deserves! :)

Amazing service, called him after hours due to our water coming out a Slight greenish tint. He came by and checked to see if it was our Coper pipes. And it’s not, has to do with the city. While he was here he fixed our basement bath tub drain. And didn’t charge us anything, we offered him $100 and he said wait til I actually fix something. Great guy, I highly recommend for all your plumbing.

Hands down the best guys for helping with drain issues. I called em with an issue in a rental where I was signing the lease with my tenants in 1 hour and they arrived in 15 min all the way in Farmington to help me out. Excellent service, quality work, reliable, friendly, and overall great. I will use them again if I ever need to without a doubt. They are now new contacts on my iPhone.

This guy is awesome. He was super nice and fast, and the price he quoted us over the phone was the price we paid. My sewer line was backed up, and after Whipple tried to screw us over ($69.50 for the guy just to come to my house and quote me $965 for the work), I was not having anyone come out if they couldnt quote me a price over the phone. He quoted me $120, and thats what he charged. I think Ill keep calling him until he sells his business and retires.

I need these guys about once a year. Friendly guy that works fast (under 20 min for my main drain). Each time he has come the same day (I am in South Ogden). He brings a helper and I usually pay $100 flat. Never any hidden fees or nonsense. This is as fair of price and service as I have ever found when it comes to unclogging crap (that is 80 feet out to the main city line). Will use him until he is in full retirement (hardest working retired guy I have met). When you call his voice mail you will understand the last comment.
