    My water heater went out yesterday and after getting a referral I called Frosty! He was so helpful walking through and diagnosing the issues. After determining I needed a replacement he gave me a quote and explained everything. We set up an appointment for this morning. He showed up on time and ready. He was efficient, very professional, and helpful! I am so impressed! I will recommend him to everyone!

    My two twenty year old water heaters went out the day before Christmas. A relative, who is a contractor, recommended him. He came over early on Christmas Eve and pulled the old ones out. The contractors that built my house left some nasty and potential damaging mistakes behind. He repaired the damage and installed a shiny new water heater, and in record time. He even adjusted my water pressure. I hope I dont need him again, but if I do, hes my guy. Two thumbs way up.

    My 15 year old water heater started to leak and was flooding my utility room. I needed a water heater fast! I reached out to Frosty, who gave me quote within 20 minutes of receiving pictures I sent him of my current water heater. I also called a few other plumbers I had used before. Frostys quote was by far the best! His quote also included a Rheem water heater (my furnace and AC are Rheem-the best) AND he had availability to install the following day. Frosty arrived promptly, took out the old heater, installed the new one and made it worked. He showed my son how to do a yearly clean out, as well. Frostys service and price are the best! I highly recommend that you call him if you need a new water heater. Support a local businessman who is honest, efficient, and really cares about doing a great job!

    Frosty gets the job done fast and for the best price. I texted him on a Thursday evening, and by noon on Friday he had installed a new Rheem hot water heater that works great. He sent me a quote within 20 minutes of my initial text, his price was better than the other 3 companies I had talked to, and his next-day availability was the clincher. He was prompt and communicative, and even when we had a problem that ended up being the gas companys issue, Frosty came back to make sure everything was resolved at no cost. I would happily recommend Frosty to anyone!

    Frosty was excellent to deal with from the start. He texted me back immediately after I called asking me to send photos so that he could evaluate the water heater situation. The price was fair and he also offered an extra anode to be installed that would add 4 years to the standard warranty, which I felt was well worth it. AND, maybe most importantly, he was able to come the next morning to install the water heater, because when your wifes shower is not hot, there’s no time that can be wasted!

    We would definitely use Frosty again. Having a water heater go out isn’t fun, but he made the situation less stressful. He was quick to respond and excellent with communication. He knows what he is doing and helped us with the setup. We have two water heaters and we only had one shut off valve. When one water heater went out we weren’t able to use the working one. He explained to me we could set them up on separate shut offs so if the one goes out we can still use the other one. I like that he communicated that to me instead of just coming in and replacing the one.

    Frosty did such excellent service for us when our water heater needed to be replaced. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust to enter your home, but Frosty put our family at ease immediately, as soon as he walked through the door. He was professional, personable, and so kind. It was clear he knew what he was doing. We have had NO problems with our water heater since having it repaired! Plus, Frosty’s rate really can’t be beat. We were stressing about how we’d remove the old water heater, transport it, etc, and Frosty took care of that for us. Great communication. 10/10 would recommend!

    My hot water heater went out after only 3 years. I called a local plumber and their bid was $2,100. (Even though it was still under warranty!!!) I was able to find my original plumber Frosty and he put a new one in for $550. He was able to install the new one right away. He is very kind and ethical which can be hard to find these days!     I 100% recommend Frostys Elite water heater service. Frosty did an amazing instal for me. He gave me a bid over text with just me sending pictures. He was out the next morning at 7 sharp. He left my space cleaner and more organized than it was before. His price is very fair and he was so fast. Walked me through everything he did. I even gave him a call a few months later after I had a new HVAC system installed because I had no hot water. He sent me a video of how to get my pilot light lit. I still couldnt get it lit. He told me to check my gas outside to make sure it was on. Come to find out the workers forgot to turn my gas back on. Saved me a service call by walking me through it all. FIVE STARS!!!!

    I had Frostys Elite replace my water heater. He was professional, informative, and very reasonably priced. He updated the system to make sure it met current code requirements, and gave us the option to replace a valve and was up front with the small added cost for the additional service.We had a small issue afterwards that he was able to trouble shoot over the phone and got it fixed without having to come back.     Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Frosty today. Our “new” water heater broke 3 weeks after the 6-year warranty expired and needless to say cold showers and cold baths for the kiddos in Feb just won’t cut it. Frosty got us in the next day and installed a new water heater with a 10-year warranty. Super clean, fast, and professional. Greatly appreciate his urgency in taking care of our family! Not only was he efficient and quick to come out, but he was also extremely kind and friendly -- something which is greatly appreciated.     It was Friday 6pm when our water heater quit. Saturday I spoke with my neighbor who mentioned Frosty. So I call/text frosty. He asked for 3 photos of our broken water heater. I send back the pics and he sends me an estimate/invoice. Each time I texted him he responded very quick. We finalized our agreement with ease. Every time I communicated with this guy he responded quick. He had a Monday 10 am time available. And he was here 10 min. early. Beautiful. The part I liked best was he was approachable when it came to my questions. He even took the time to show me a specialty tool he uses. He was happy to share his experience and answer my technical questions . He was cordial, professional and he’s a nice guy. I’d recommend him lto anybody including close family.

    This guy is a true professional, he not only was the cheapest bid by far for the same equipment but he went above and beyond. He fixed a few issues with our water softener for free without even mentioning it, just saw it was wrong and fixed it. Need more people like him in the trades, no remorse or regret unlike virtually every time I hire a contractor. He also didn’t annoy me for a review or offer me money back to post one.

    I needed to replace my homes existing 17 year old water heater. And I had gotten quotes from several companies. And honestly, I was having a hard time because these quotes seemed over-priced, and one company actually tried to use scare tactics on me to replace the appliance that day. You can get a 2nd quote, but this water heater is so bad that the plumber may choose to have your house condemned!Well, I got a second quote. A friend referred me to Frostys, and Im so glad I went with him. He installed a new 50 gallon tank at an unbeatable price.     Frosty installed our water heater several years ago after it went out right after we closed on our home.Well, unfortunately (no fault of Frostys) that water heater went out this Sunday, but luckily it was still under warranty. I was so worried that it was going to be a nightmare to actually use the warranty BUT after making one call to Frosty and letting him know what happened, he came out the same day that I called to removed the label off the water heater and he completely took care of the warranty for us.... I didnt have to make any other calls.
