Have had Bloom’s a few times over the last month. Had them change out a toilet that was broken. Quick and efficient. They even took the old toilet with them!Also had them replace my flue ventilation after the cap came off. They tuned up the furnace at the same time. They cleaned everything up and made sure it was all working properly before they left.Both of these jobs were very affordable and done by knowledgeable guys. Bobby came to our house today to fix an issue with our hot water heater. We also discovered a leak from the pipe leading out of the refrigerator. It was leaking all night and through the floor into the downstairs bathroom ceiling. He quickly diagnosed the leak and fixed the issue. He also fixed The hot water. Turns out it was an issue at the breaker box. Top notch workmanship and I would highly recommend him if you ever have any issues with your plumbing needs.

Cam came out to my place 2x to replace my hot water tank and a 2nd time to finish up with a new intake valve. That same day, he replaced my broken shower faucet and helped with toilet and other genera drainage/plumbing issues. He was friendly, fast, and listened well to fix the problems. I will be calling BLOOM for all my Heating and A/C, Plumbing, and related needs from this point on. Their answering service is prompt and service was too. Dan was great I had two issues - 1. My workshop heat was not working 2. Problems with my house heating system . I called Bloom at 7:15 AM and Dan was here by 8:15. He fixed the workshop heat and determined my coolant was low in my house geothermal system. Instead of just adding coolant, he said he would be back in a few days with help to find the leak True to his word-he was back and they corrected the problem. Communication was great with Dan. I was not home during their visit and called Dan with questions. He answered them clearly and called me to explain what they had done and that they had completed the work . We called Bloom Electric late Sunday night after experiencing a terrible sewage back up in our basement. My neighbor had recommended them, so I called at 5:30 pm - by 7:00pm ( keep in mind this SUNDAY night) -they had returned my call and set up a time to come to my home the next morning.Next morning they called me at 7:15 and were at my house by 8:30 and the problem was taken care of , fixed and cleaned up by 10:00am.The two young guys that came could not have been nicer and knowledgeable of the situation. A few week s ago my family and I had a electrical problem in our kitchen we called blooms and they were quick to come out and help us .They sent Jordan which was very professional very knowledgeable and just overall a very nice guy he ended up explaining what we needed to do we had him do it,everything was done perfectly to my liking he ended up rewireing a good portion of our kitchen for a great value and everythings worked awesome since. If we have any further problems in the future we definitely know who were calling . Jordan thanks again for everything you did for us.We very greatly appreciate it we also had him replace a garage fixture for us outside everything went very great Jordan is a very professional and awesome electrician the only place we will ever call if we need anything done in the future thank you very much for always being there and doing such a great job

Our furnace quit working on Christmas Eve and they came out at 8:00 Christmas morning to diagnose and try to repair. Unfortunately the part the furnace needed they did not have and for the cost of the part it wasnt worth repairing the old furnace. They came out the next morning and installed the new furnace at a reasonable cost. We were very glad they have an emergency 24 hour service and all the employees that we dealth with were very professional. We would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I called Blooms about a leak in my basement plumbing,from an antique cast iron tee joint that had lost its self sticking packing. The plumber came out promptly on the day he was supposed to be there, replaced the faulty tee, and in the meantime realize that there was a leak due to a little water dripping down the pipe. He came upstairs, and found the leak and repaired it as well. And all at a very good price. I would recommend Blooms to anybody.

On Friday, June 10, 2022, we encountered a problem with old wiring while attempting to replace a light fixture in the kitchen. I called Bloom Electric and did not expect to get a positive response after 1:00 PM on a Friday afternoon. The lady that answered the phone took the information and in just a few minutes Ken called back and advised that they were working nearby and would be able to help us that afternoon once they completed the job they were finishing up. In a short time, Jordan arrived and was able to resolve the problem for us. Jordan is knowledgeable about what needed to be done and completed the job for us in a short time. Jordan took the time to explain and show us that the wiring we were concerned about was part of the old fixture and not the house wiring. Jordan also was very helpful and friendly in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Bloom and we will call them for any future jobs that should come up.
