Scott was great. I called later in the day and he came out the next day. He worked hard to get the entire job done in one day. Problem was with an outdoor faucet that leaked into the house. Im much more comfortable knowing the problem has been taken care of.

Work was done efficiently and cleanly, he took the time up front to protect the floors around the work area, cleaned up afterward, new device runs great. Took extra time explaining tips for longer life. Overall wonderful experience, will use them for all my plumbing needs in Carolina Beach and Cary!

William was very responsive, he came out the same day to give me a quote, arrived earlier than expected (he called first to say he was on the way) and had boot covers, mask, gloves and disinfecting spray for COVID precautions. He was very personable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and appears to be excellent quality work. I will definitely call William for future plumbing work!

I liked this company from the first time I called them. Some places in the Wilmington area (and anywhere these days) can be difficult to get in touch with or cant make it out for weeks. They always answer the phone and seem to have good availability. I also love that William has been in this business for so long and had a ton of experience. I had them unclog a drain on a 4th floor condo. It was a little costly but understand it took a special tool with longer reach due to being so high from the ground. Overall I am happy with the service they provided.

We had a full plumbing inspection that was quick without compromising quality! We were even surprised that we were given a 2 hour window and got the call at the beginning of the window that he was on his way, rather than the end with most service providers! Professional, knowledgeable and very personable service! Highly recommend!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! I called William on a whim, not knowing what was wrong with our water heater or who to call. William responded quickly with a GREAT quote, and said he could be to our home within the hour. He was on time and so, so kind. He helped me understand the issue and how he could fix it, I was beyond relieved that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared about us and our home! He kept me updated on the process as he worked which I really appreciated, and he sanitized the area he worked in when he was finished (and even rolled up our garden hose beside the area he was working in! SO nice). He went above and beyond, I learned things about the water heater that Im really thankful he took time to mention. As a new homeowner and new to the area, its a little difficult finding service providers that you can trust. We got so lucky calling William Parrish Plumbing, I couldnt recommend him and his team enough!
