We had a problem with our water heater and called Plumbers Ect based off of another recommendation. Adam got us on the calendar the very next morning for a water heater replacement. Communication was prompt and consistent. The next morning, Adam had the water heater replaced within 2 hours. The work area was left clean and everything now works great! Adam even helped us adjust our shower valves for hotter water via text that night. I would highly recommend Plumbers Ect for your plumbing needs!

We called Res-Q Plumbing for a 2nd opinion about a drainage issue. They recommended a creative solution that saved us several thousand dollars. Since then we have used them several times and they have always responded quickly and efficiently. Their plumbers are professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly the work is always completed on time and right the 1st time. Thanks, AdamRes-Q helped us out again. Our water heater wasnt working properly yesterday and I called at 8AM. Josh and a helper were here at 10 and had it repaired before noon. Excellent service!Used them to install our new gas grill and repair a toilet. As always Josh was on time, knowledgeable and professional. As a local business owner we really appreciate the personal service from another local company.

Adam and his Team always do great work! As a Facilities Manger I have used Res-Q Plumbing for many projects at several facilities around Indianapolis. I have also trusted Adam and his Team in my home. They have completed a bathroom remodel, gas line install, jetting drains lines, vent clean outs, and helped me with several other projects. Often, I am asked for referrals of companies I work with. The ONLY plumber I will ever refer is Res-Q Plumbing. Adam from Res Q Plumbing did a fantastic job! My front yard water meter was leaking and quickly creating a swamp of my yard. I called Adam from work and he gladly squeezed me into his schedule to get an estimate. By the time I got home from work, Adam had been to my house and fixed the leak free of charge! Although I doubt this is standard practice, he said it was too easy of a job to continue to let me lose water. All he asked is that I keep him in mind for future projects.Dont hesitate to give him a call. He is prompt, polite, and generous. Thanks again, Adam!

Simply put, Adam and Josh provided better service and better value than I could ever have imagined. It is never great to spend money on a repair but it certainly is more palatable when you pay for services to good people doing good work for a good price. We will be using them for future work for sure...cannot give them a higher rating!

Would like to give this company a well deserved 5 star rating. An independent, family owned, religious based local plumbing company. I would recommend them far and above any other plumbing company. I have used them multiple times and theyve always been outstanding. They are very honest, very fairly priced, very professional, very punctual, tells you when theyll be there and they are, if not, they will contact you and let you know, explains the problem and the solution, very friendly people and very easy to work with, they go beyond what most companies will do for you. Red q plumbing was awesome. With my birthday being on April 1 it seems like every year someone has to try and mess with me. So when my son announce someone was turning off my water I assumed once again another prank. When I went out side I was informed my water meter was leaking. I have no clue what I am going to do without water or any idea where to even start. So I called Res Q Plumbing. Adam showed up and took care of the problem asap.
