I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanner to fix a leak in my swimming pool, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment he arrived, Tanner was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his approach. He quickly identified the source of the leak, explained the issue in detail, and did the repair that day.What stood out the most was Tanner’s dedication to ensuring the job was done right. He check all areas of the pool including doing a cold water dive to check all areas of the liner. The repair was efficient and he left the work site clean.I also appreciated how Tanner communicated with me throughout the process, answering all my questions. Matt came out today and did a fantastic job. The appointment window was 12:00-1:00, Matt called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was on to come early to which I said yes! He was in and out in about 30-45 mins, detected the leak, and wrapped up. He also sent a follow up text explaining that there may be some air in the line and that it would work itself out once the water runs for a few mins. Matt was extremely professional and knows his trade inside and out. I highly recommend Leak Locators and Matt.

Very happy with the entire experience doing business with Blake, Josh, Tyler, and Colby. They were the ER doctors for my pool with four leaks found. Tanner was awesome found the leak or problem in about 15 minutes. Something I was unable to do in 2 weeks should have called sooner. Do your self A favor give them A call if you have an issue with the pool. Although he had located the leak quickly he continued to inspect the rest of the pool just to make sure there were no other issues. Above and beyond gave some helpful tips very courteous thank you young man job well done.

I decided to buy a very old community pool that had been sitting a couple of years not running. I had no idea the work that needed to be done. It never would have opened had it not been for Leak Locators. Not only did they fix all the pipe and leak issues, Blake himself has made extra trips out to help me get my pump running efficiently and installed a part form me. And let me tell you about the hardest working 21 year old young man I have ever seen! Tyler, Leak Locators main service repair man, was on time, works extremely efficiently, starts early and works late, and CLEANS up after the job!! I can not say enough great things about this company!! Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else!

Contacted Leak Locators concerning a leak in my inground pool. All plumbing is under concrete so locating was a big issue. With proper equipment the leak was found and then fixed by cutting a section of concrete, digging down 3.5 foot and repair. Concrete was repaired and everything was cleaned up and left looking almost untouched. Zach , Tanner & Tyler were on time , polite and professional hard working young men . I hope I dont have anymore leaks in the future , but if I do I will certainly call this company again.

Highly recommend!!! I have always been skeptical of what I call an open ended quote or paying by the hour and not by the job. I totally understand why it had to be this way because it was a leak(s) locate and repair of my pool return lines. Tyler, Colby and Tanner were amazing. They did not play around. Developed growing water leak in the main water service line under the driveway. Water was emanating from cracks in the concrete over a 40 foot length. No one wanted to cut up that much, possibly good, driveway to find a quarter gallon an hour water leak. Called Leak Locators who came out and marked the source of the water (2 ft square) in 20 minutes using acoustic measuring devices. Amazing to watch the process and the precision. Derrick saved the plumbing company time and me $$.

Pressure tested all the lines, checked pool walls for cracks, found a crack beside the steps and repaired it with epoxy. Replaced everything the way he found it. This was our 2nd time using Leak Locators. From Shane who found the leak to Tyler and Hunter who fixed the leak in the skimmer (16 year old pool). All were professional, courteous and on time! Tyler and Matt from Leak Locators did a great job on-site fixing a skimmer box suction line leak. They were punctual, arrived at the stated time and were very professional and got down to business immediately. It was a tough job as they had to cut through two layers of 4+ inch concrete to excavate the old skimmer box, find the specific leak sites (there ended up being two of them a couple feet below the concrete) close to the junction and at a 90 degree bend of the plumbing line, and patch up the leak. Tyler did a great job with the concrete work after the leak was found and fixed and made it look clean. They pressure tested and cleaned up their work site incredibly well. All of this was done in a day’s work. I would not hesitate to use them and the Leak Locator’s company again in the future for any major pool leak repairs.

They cut out the pipe that was cracked and replaced it. They patch the concrete back and it looks great. Tyler and Tanner were great to work with.

Our 40 year old pool had developed some leaks under the deck. We asked Blake and crew to locate the leaks, with the thought of having a separate pool contractor do the repairs and also replace the pump and filter, and install a salt sanitation system.We found that Blake was way more responsive than any of the contractors we spoke to, so we hired him to do all the work.We are completely satisfied with the result. The water looks better than it has in years, with way less work to keep it that way.

Matt from Leak Locaters was great! I was experiencing a water leak that was causing high utility bills. Prior to calling Leak Locators I had two other plumbing companies come out to assess the situation. They both determined by process of elimination that the leak was most likely in my underground water main, but couldnt say for sure. Since they had no way of knowing exactly where the leak was the only option they both gave me was a quote for thousands of dollars to dig up my front yard from the street to my house and replace the entire water main. Matt, on the other hand, was able to locate the exact spot of the underground leak within about 15 minutes, dug a small hole down to the pipe, and repaired it on the spot! My problem was fixed in about an hour, without digging up my yard, for 1/10th of what I was quoted by the other plumbing companies! I highly recommend Leak Locaters and will definitely call them again if I have a leak in the future.
