I have been relying on US Plumbing for about 5 years and they have been consistently GREAT that whole time. Max and Jakob are the best plumbers in the business. Before I found US Plumbing, I had more than a few questionable experiences with local plumbers who didn’t seem completely competent. You don’t have to worry about that with Max and Jakob. They are experts and when they fix a problem, it is fixed. I highly recommend them! Best plumbers in the county, maybe in the state… possibly the world. Okay, now I’m being silly, but they really are that good. Quality work, fair pricing, they really are the best.

I called US Plumbing to replace my well pressure tank and switch. Within an hour, Max and Erlin were under my house fixing the low pressure issue. The tank and switch were replaced within 2 hours, and my problem is solved. Their responsiveness was super fast, the price was reasonable, and the results were spot on. Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY, without hesitation. They are great guys. Give them a shot. You will be glad you did.

My husband noticed our water heater was leaking and in pretty bad shape. We called US Plumbing because of the (40) FIVE STAR reviews, very hard to do.And we were NOT disappointed! My husband was pleased with his conversation with Max, he was helpful, offered guidance and very knowledgeable. Even though it was a Saturday, they made plans to come give us an estimate the next day, Sunday. They let us know that after looking at our heater, they might be able to install a new water heater same day, if replacement was necessary(it was).That same day, we got a call that they had a cancellation and they could come out, which they did. Jacob rang our door and from the get go was very knowledgeable & courteous, observed COVID by wearing a mask and kept proper social distance.We had a new water heater installed that day. Jacob was such a nice young man, who knew what he was doing. The entire experience was pleasant, the price was right and we would not hesitate to recommend US Plumbing!

Reviews appeared great but we had a yard water line break. When I called and asked for emergency services at 7 am Monday morning the answer was they were booked all day. So no backups I assume or not enough technicians. Cant comment on their level of actual service obviously.

Needed to replace an aging and leaking commode. Called US Plumbing and spoke with Max. Went to Lowe’s to look for fixtures as advised by Max. Picked up if you wanted. Gave the model number to the office. Within one hour they got back to me and gave me a quote for installing it. They even picked up the new commode at Lowe’s. The installer Jacob did an outstanding job, Was very courteous and completed the job in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend these folks

We recently moved to a new house and after moving in noticed that 2 of our toilets were not always flushing properly and we had to have a plunger at the ready at all times, not fun. We purchased 2 new toilets and called a handful of local plumbers to get estimates for installation. Max was the first guy to get back to us and ended up having the best price. He was super friendly and did a very professional and clean installation. He even took the old toilets for disposal so we didnt have to deal with it! Overall great experience with US Plumbing, I would definitely call Max again.

Had a great experience with fixing a leaking pipe and also what I thought was clogged (turned out to be broken) garbage disposal I had put off for a while that I had to replace. US plumbing was easy to schedule with, on time, very nice and professional the whole way. Did an excellent job explaining to me what was going on with my garbage disposal and how to better take care of it in the future once I got it replaced. I would highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again in the future for my plumbing needs!

This is a terrific company for a variety of reasons. First, the owner, Max, is so personable and explains everything hes doing in detail. He quoted a fair and reasonable price for his work, as well. Second, he keeps his word: he said he would be back later that morning and was, said that he would finish the job that day and did. Third, the price he quoted was the price we paid - no surprises. Typically don’t leave reviews unless the service is excellent ( I know that’s a bad comment because people use these to make big decisions, as I did). My well pump quit working on a Thursday evening , called US plumbing at 8 PM , Max arrived at 9 AM the next morning. Diagnose the problem and fixed it within about 30 minutes. Explained why the problem happened, what to look out for in the future and headed out to hopefully satisfy another customer. Locally owned and operated and they have all my business moving forward

We called U.S. Plumbing today, concerned that we may have a partially blocked line. Max was on site within about an hour of our call! He took his time to evaluate and discuss the issue. We were thrilled to find there was no blockage and he didnt even charge us for his trip. It doesnt get any better than that...we have found our new plumber for sure! Well definitely be calling U.S. Plumbing in the future!

Had a mysterious gurgling noise emanating from our crawlspace whenever water was running or a toilet was flushed. For the past 10 months more than three other plumbers could not diagnose the problem or resolve the issue. We called Max from US Plumbing and in less than 5 minutes on the phone describing the problem to him, he was able to focus on the issue . We had Max come to our home the following morning. He immediately confirmed the issue we described and made the required repair.In more than 25 years we have never encountered such a highly skilled, professional, extremely knowledgeable , honest tradesman as Max from US Plumbing. His work is immaculate in every respect from start to finish.We dont usually do reviews, but this one is for real.Max is not only a highly skilled plumber with extensive experience, but also a man of integrity, outstanding character and just a true pleasure to interact with on a human level.( mille grazie Max )

I cant thank Max and his assistant Austin enough. We were ready to break through walls and ceilings to get to pipes we thought were leaking. The guys came in and knew immediately what was wrong and solved our problem quickly and efficiently and probably saved us thousands. They also replaced the flappers in the toilets and in the process they may well save us a whole lot of $$ in water bills. They really know their stuff and are my go to guys for everything plumbing!!!! Theyv been to the house 3 times now. The first time they did work for considerably less than our first given estimate.

I have a small hot water heater in the ceiling of my business. I had asked other companies for quotes and they either would not show up, or would not get back to me with a quote, or would not come back to do the actual replacement. I called US Plumbing and Max asked a few questions, quoted me on the phone. The quote was very reasonable based on what I had received before. Tech showed up ON TIME two days later and replaced the unit that day. They also had to replace a part that was not anticipated, but did it at no charge and honored the original quote.
