Had an older water softener that was leaking. After checking into replacing it, we called Beeco for an estimate on services and what they offered. They are a local company to our location. Spoke with Brian who explained what they had, pricing and availability to install. We were pleased with the information and since they are local that was good. Installation went great, system was up and running within two hours, site was clean, equipment was neat and operation was explained in detail. Overall I would say we were very pleased with everything. I would recommend Beeco to anyone!!!

Great from start to finish. My hard water problem has been solved. Brian responded to my request for service very quickly. Bill was very courteous while in our home both during the initial visit and installation. Bill took care to protect our flooring, and interacted with the whole family.He made it a point to show and explain in detail how to use the system. He was full of great stories. After our city announced they would shut down their new water conditioning system for warranty repairs for the next two months, we decided it was time to go ahead and replace our existing system (which was starting to fail). Besides, the citys new system doesnt really provide soft water, it only reduced the hardness from about 24 grains to 8-9 grains, making our decision a no brainer. After checking prices in the Dayton area and online, we decided to go with a local small business. Very happy with choosing Beeco Softwater. Great customer service and a high quality system at a great price. Their brand of salt is superior to everyone elses too. Pure salt, no binders or glues needed to create pellets. If you want soft water, choose Beeco. They are truly customer focused.Fast forward a couple years: I purchased a water softener from Beeco 2 years ago, replaced a Water Boss system (see review above). What a difference. While picking up some salt a few weeks ago, I noticed a different tank in the office. Brian told me it was a water softener with a whole house carbon water filter. I told him I was very interested in a whole house filter (getting tired of tasting chlorine in the water when brushing my teeth, unfortunately, I bought one two years ago from Beeco. Brian said he would let me trade in my 2 yr old system for a new one with the carbon filtration. He gave me a great offer and now I have water filtration throughout the house. It will need the carbon replaced in about 4 years (family of two) at a cost that is less than half the cost of refrigerator water filters every 6 months! Plus I now have filtered water everywhere instead of just at the refrigerator. Plus, the Beeco system automatically adjusts regeneration based on usage over a period of time. I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with a Beeco water softener system with carbon filtration!

My parents had a Beeco Water Softner when we moved into their house. It lasted well over 25 years. After my husband and I moved into their house we called them to service it, we knew we were going to need a new one soon. They came and serviced the old one and let us know it would really need to be replaced soon, however there was no pressure and they took care of our need right away. Fast Forward a couple years and our softner finally went out. We called them and ordered a new softner but were needing it replaced soon because we would be leaving town. They came right out the next day with a new softner system and did a great job. I highly recommend Beeco. I have also gotten salt pellets from their office.

We had a hard time finding anyone that could assist us with our well water issues. After someone commented on a local Facebook page about Beeco, I called and although there was no voicemail, Brian called me back not long after to see if he could assist. I explained our issues and he had Bill out to our property within a few hours! He tested the water, explained our options, and we had a very reasonable costing system installed 2 days later. We greatly appreciate their focus on our urgency given we had been w/o suitable water for the 6 weeks we had already lived here, thank you!!

We struggled with iron bacteria in our pipes and tannins in our water for years. After spending a small fortune with no results, we had about given up hope of ever resolving the problem. Beeco came out to our home, tested the water, and recommended a system they felt would solve the problem. With the new unit installed, we saw results immediately! In addition to delivering on the promise to fix our problems, Beeco was extremely professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

This was a wonderful experience. Beginning with the estimate and explanation from Brian of what needed to be done and where it would all go. We bought the higher end system with lifetime warranty on the tanks and 5 years on the control. We also added a reverse osmosis drinking water system at the same time. Everything was delivered and installed in less than 3 hours beginning with them laying tarps on our carpet to insure that no dirt would be tracked through the house. The installation was neat as a pin, and all excess materials/trash/debris were picked up and removed by the installation team. A job exceedingly well done! OH - and the total price for our system was less than half of the equivalent system as quoted by Culligan. Beeco is a local company (for me) that has been in business for over 40 years. I believe that they can be trusted to honor their warranty and will be around to service the system.

He was to the point, did not try to sell me a system I did not need. He was the 3rd person I received an estimate from and I immediately knew he was the person I would select . Reasons I selected Mr. Beeler 1) He provided the estimate and was also the installer (not a Salesperson) 2) He is a Master Plumber 3) He is very personable and professional. This was a great addition to our house and it didn’t break the bank. We bought an older home (1976) and you could see the calcium and mineral build up on the appliances and showers. We had to replace all of them and I know the new ones will last longer now. I no longer have to put on layers of lotion, no matter the time of year. I use less soap and my dishes never have water spots. I do turn it off when I wash my hair, which is super easy to turn on and off. Great customer service, family owned business, and the installation was quick. It’s been about 4 months since I got it installed, no issues and still very happy with the purchase.
