IBI Construction did a super job of replacing our rear patio door with an Andersen 400 Series Frenchwood Gliding Patio Door. (IBI is a certified Andersen installer.). From contracting to job oversight to installation, all went superbly. Crew led by Martin was on time and performed installation smoothly, listening to customer feedback as they went along. Coordination with a separate wood stain applicator was an important part of the job - with excellent effect. We now have an energy efficient glass patio door with elegant wood interior. We could not be more pleased with IBI Construction!

I’ve used IBI Construction quite a few times in both my personal and professional life. They have been responsive to my needs and have partnered with me to build a strong working relationship. They recently installed a privacy fence at my home and came back a few months later to repair damages caused when a tree fell on my house. Professionally, they have provided me with bids for projects and have been chosen when they submitted the best proposal. They do quality work, are reasonably price, take pride in not asking for change orders and take the time to educate myself and my team members as the situation warrants. I would highly recommend you give them a call for any commercial or residential projects you might have.

Rory did an outstanding job communicating with us regarding any changes and/or new charges during the remodel. Had IBI instal 1000 sq feet of flooring and new cabinets and counter. From start to finish they kept me informed and advised on all aspects of the remodel. They worked with our schedule and took every precaution during the covid pandemic. The work is top notch! These guys dont take shortcuts. Outstanding work for a excellent price. They are and will continue to be my go to for all my construction needs.
