    Emma was awesome! She did a great job explaining what was going on, and was able to help us out. One of the situations was something we could do on our own. I certainly appreciate the honesty and integrity. So many companies try and take more money than necessary, and Emma explained this so well that we knew we could do one on our own.     Im very pleased with this companys service. They showed up within 2 hours after I called. The technician, Ozzy, was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, left to get parts and was back and had my furnace fixed by early afternoon. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again in the future if necessary

    Everyone I spoke to at A-Temp, from the office person to the tech who came out, was really great. They were all friendly, I was able to get a same day weekend appointment (which kind of blew my mind, especially considering they didnt charge me extra for it), and Billy came out 10 minutes before my 4-6 window. He was knowledgeable and helpful and when he left I had a clear plan of what to do. He didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need, and, on a personal note, I really appreciated that he had a picture of his wife as his screensaver on his phone. I would definitely recommend A-Temp and will use them again in the future.

    First off, the person that answered the phone when I called was amazing! So cheerful and really wanting to help. Second, A-Temp was able to have someone out 4 hours after my call. Mark was the technician - I felt completely confident in his assessment & recommendations. He explained everything in a way that was clear. He was not trying to up sell me on anything. Great experience with A-Temp.

    This was our second interaction with A-Temp (heater service this time / AC service the first time), and both experiences were next-level excellent. The technicians we worked with (Ozzy for the AC, Tim for the heater) are true experts and readily solved the problem, answered all of our questions, and, while pointing out areas of potential concern or aging parts that could be upgraded, they never pressured me to spend more. Felt like they gave me the pertinent info and then respected my ability to make my own decision. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. They were courteous without being sappy or salesman-like. Just good, honest, careful (they left our space cleaner than it was upon arrival), thorough, hard-working folks who went well beyond what we expected for this job. We will be A-Temp customers from here, onward, for sure. Thank you!

    A-1 Temp has always been great! And Mark, Billy and the install crew for our new heater was top notch!     The technician Philip was awesome. Very friendly and helpful he showed me pictures of all the test results and explained them throughly. Had an informative discussion about the correct filter for our setup. Overall a real pleasure to have met him. Would love for him to return if we needed any assistance in the future.

    Tim was a great service technician. He took time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. He adjusted our thermostat settings to make our system more efficient and save our electricity bill. Definitely recommend A-Temp.

    We had an issue where our digital thermometer just stopped working. I went through the troubleshooting questionnaire of the digital thermostat and landed on a page that said please call a professional to asses your issue. After asking a few friends for a heating & cooling recommendation I called A-Temp to see if they could help us out.First, they were super-nice on the phone helping schedule a tech to come look at out thermostat. They were able to get someone out the same day, which was greatly appreciated. I got a call and text from home base letting me know their tech named Mark was on his way. Mark arrived right when they said he would. I explained what we were experiencing and he got right to work.Within five minutes he had sorted out the problem, and it had little to do with our thermostat, and all to do with the condensation pump in our furnace. When the condensation pump quits working the furnace cuts power to keep the pump from overflowing. Once I approved the costs to replace the pump Mark was done within fifteen minutes. He was nice, knowledgable, took the time to explain things to me, and set us up for scheduled maintenance.We didnt have a heating & cooling company on file but we do now. A-Temp is our go-to!

    I bought my house in 2019 and my friend had used A-Temp on their house, so I decided to try them out on my house back in 2020 to service my heat pump. They let me know back then that my heat pump was nearing the end of its life. This helped me plan ahead so when the heat pump finally gave out it was not a big surprise. They just replaced the heat pump and did a great job. Everyone who came for the installation was polite and they kept the house very clean while they worked.

    Ricky goes above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable and knowledgeable to what work is being done. He not only took the time to explain the steps of the appointment but also checked multiple times to make sure our cat didnt get outside and kept the house super clean.     Anthony was here in the allotted time. Introduced himself was very good about putting on booties on before entering our home. Was shown thermostat and furnace location. Estimated up to 2 hours for service, and was done in just over one hour. Very polite. Informed me when entering and exiting my residence. Great service, exactly what I expected from Atemp.     Tim was right on time, knowledgeable, personable and explained the processes he was going through to tune-up my gas furnace. He found the furnace issue (and he adjusted it) that was causing it to turnoff before reaching the thermostat set temperature (the gas pressure going into the furnace was adjusted too high). Tim also looked at all the furnace components to make sure they were in good shape and he cleaned parts that needed cleaning. He also gave me useful advice on changing filters and where to direct furnace condensate more effectively when the temperatures are below freezing.

    Evan was great, arrived on time, greeted me with a handshake and a big smile. Happily excused the mess of our garage. Got right to work looking at our furnace and electrical panel. Took through pictures of each and the thermostat. Set up a time to come back and review because I had to run to a meeting. Really he was just a nice guy. Exactly what I expected!

    Jose arrived at promptly at the time we were told to expect him. His appearance was professional, his attitude very pleasant. He asked for the location of furnace, ac unit and thermostat, explaining his need to be able to access all three. He set about his tasks promptly and, as I was working on some small projects in the garage, I was able to ask the occasional question regarding my role in maintaining the systems. He was consistently pleasent, eager to teach and in general, despite his having a job to perform, we had a pleasant conversation.while we worked at our separate tasks. In all another pleasant, professional visit from an a-temp technician. All your personnel I have met, from the installers, to Cory, Phillip, and Jose have been a treat to have here. They perform their tasks skillfully, explain what they are doing and teach us how to care for our HVAC systems.

    ATemp has been my HVAC company for over 20 years and they continue to provide fabulous service. I have always been pleased with the office staff and the technicians that complete the work. This time I had a new furnace and heat pump installed in my home. It was a big job and everything about the process went smoothly. Clark was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the two day install. I am so very impressed by his abilities. His communication skills are excellent. He answered all my questions and explained each stage of the process. I had no concerns at any time. It was obvious to me that he had tremendous experience and knowledge for doing these two installs. More than anything his professional AND friendly manner impressed me. He is truly good at his job. Once again, ATemp has delivered an excellent product and provided excellent technicians.     We are so happy with our switch to A-temp heating and cooling! We were previously with Sunset for 8 years and their quality and service kept going down over the last couple years. We like to support family owned businesses such as these guys and they are a little cheaper as well! Such caring, personal service! I wouldnt hesitate if you are considering these guys. Anthony was our technician today. Very friendly, respectful and patient with our concerns and questions. They made everything extremely easy and I feel well cared for, from start to finish.     We were scheduled for between 2pm and 4pm; Mark turned up at exactly 2pm! He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Solved our issue (and put up with my jabbering!) within an hour and Iā€™m so glad we use A-Temp for our heating/cooling needs.Three months later, we were scheduled for maintenance on our furnace. Anthony turned up right on time at 2pm and made sure our heating system was given a clean bill of health. He was as friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as Mark. As we became Comfort members in July, this visit cost absolutely nothing (itā€™s included in the membership).One of the best things about A-Temp is they confirm your appointment a day or two beforehand and tell you who will be coming to your house. A little before they are due to show up, you receive a photo of them. I appreciate the efforts they go to!

    A temp team did a fantastic job installing our AC. They explained the process, answered all our questions, and were both friendly and professional. We have been having A TEMP service our gas furnace since 2010. They prolonged the life of our previous furnace during planned annual maintenance. This put off replacement for a number of years. When our gas furnace did need to be replaced last year, we enjoyed an A TEMP discount and a 10 year parts and labor warranty. This year we added an AC after triple digit weather and smoke filled nights when the windows could not be opened. We enjoyed another discount and 10 year warranty. We trust this family owned business and their trained technicians. Thank you A TEMP!

I have talked to Hannah and Gracie a couple of times over the years looking to add AC to my house and every time I have talked to them their customer service had been absolutely amazing. While they couldnt give me pricing over the phone they were always up front about the level of service they provide and that they were not the cheapest option in town because you get what you pay for. I finally decided to get a solid quote and had Curtis come over and give me the numbers. He was friendly and understanding of my needs and did not push me to buy right on the spot. Their pricing was a lot higher than the only other quote I got so far but fair for the piece of mind this company offers with their wold class service. With us not knowing how long we will stay here the quote was too high to move forward on the spot.

    This review is more about Emma than the job itself. This was our second attempt at getting our failing attic fan replaced (Emma was here the first time too for the assessment). > Ultimately the job is still unfinished, we have scheduled a 3rd visit, and Im probably out $300 for this iteration of attic fan, and $170 for the Next attic fan that is on its way. We were both frustrated, tired, and defeated. But Emma - throughout the ordeal she has conducted herself patiently and professionally, and kept her composure. I am confident she has done the best she could under the situation we have found ourselves in. So Im saying: Good on her.

    I am not as pleased with the operation of the thermostat, Honeywell, and the Bosch heat pump. We have had several service calls and the system still isnt operating perfectly. Ok, all this has changed. The last service follow up fixed everything and the system works great. We are looking forward to the comfort of the system in cold weather and hot.I am very pleased with the experience. I believe the installation is excellent. At this point I want time to use the heating and cooling systems to see that they meet my expectations. It has been exceptional working with TJ and ABI. John McComb

    I called A-Temp today after our AC stopped working yesterday. The lady who took the call was very helpful and was able to squeeze us in at the end of the day. Derek came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. He also did a safety check on our furnace and got us signed up for the maintenance plan, which saved us some money on our repairs. He really took the time to explain what he was doing and went above and beyond answering all of our questions. I couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience!

    Ricky was efficient, personable, and answered all my questions easily and in a way that a non-expert could understand. He went the extra mile, cleaning my outdoor AC unit by removing the metal case, then removing the big metal wraparound filter and thoroughly rinsing it as well as cleaning the fan blades and other interior components. He checked that it was level at my request, found that it wasnā€™t, and re-leveled for me. He also added silicone washers to the screen on top of the unit so it wouldnā€™t rattle. It works perfectly and runs much quieter now. He also showed me photos of the interior of the furnace and explained what he checked and how things were working. He was also training a new technician who, if he does his work like Ricky, will be terrific. I was impressed.
