    This is a review for their plumbing services. We were first connected with them through our home warranty after water started streaming down our walls in our downstairs bathroom. They were able to get someone to our house the next day to help troubleshoot the problem. Side note: We had a water restoration service out before David arrived and they were convinced that our problem was a leaking toilet due to a faulty ring. They wanted to tear out multiple walls and toilets and 2 bathrooms. Luckily, David from NW Sundance came to evaluate before they did that because it turned out to be a leaking water line behind our kitchen walls. David was so thorough in trying to establish the problem and it turns out he was correct! He recommended a different restoration company (Pacific Rim) who came out and quickly found the leak without taking out half our house. We have had David back multiple times to fix that leak as well as help put together the plumbing that had to come out to fix the issue. He is so reliable and does excellent work! He really knows his stuff! If you have a plumbing issue I highly recommend NW Sundance, especially David!

    Top Notch ServiceThis is the 3rd time I have used NW Sundance services.What makes this company a good choice is they care. They do follow-up calls to remind you of your appointment, their Courteous Technicians also call with an ETA on the day of service. They arrive on time and wear booties into your home. They stand behind their work should anything not be to your expectations.     In all of the years I have had contractors come to my home, I have had the most wonderful experience today, with Ray from NW Sundance.His knowledge and craftsmanship were exceptional and his kindness and customer service were second to none. He took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered and made me feel secure with each step of the job. I would only request Ray for any plumbing work needed in the future. He is simply the best!

    Thanks to Mr. Chuck of NW Sundance (through American Home Shield) who efficiently and quickly fixed the plumbing leak in our house. He was very polite, honest, and helpful. He also found some other issues in our air ducts and suggested to get it fixed.

    NW Sundance was sent by my home warranty company to replace my hot water heater. I am very happy with the customer and tech service, from setting up the appointment in a timely manner to the install and getting everything up to code. They did a great job.

    We were very happy with our service fro, NW Sundance. The technician arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem, as well as give us information and advice about what might and might not be covered under our warrantee in the future. I took one star off because their answering service was not great. They called me to set up an appointment and I missed the call. I called back 4 times that day and no one ever answered the phone, it just rang and rang. So, the service itself was great, but the communication needs a little work.

    Went through AHS home warranty. Called them yesterday morning (you can’t wait for AHS to get you scheduled.) Sundance came out this morning, had my drain fixed in an hour, very professional. Everybody complaining about their home warranty should 100% read the terms of their policy regarding what is covered and take scheduling into their own hands. Would save a lot of time.

    I had a leaking faucet and requested service through American Home Shield (AHS), who assigned NW Sundance Services. After reading quite a few negative reviews, I canceled and called a different plumber directly. That plumber couldn’t fix the faucet, couldn’t remove it, and gave me a $1,000+ estimate for a complicated job involving removing the pedestal sink and cutting into the drywall.With nothing to lose, I called AHS again and got NW Sundance. They called me within an hour, came out two days later, and said the faucet just needed to be replaced—no mention of removing the sink or damaging the drywall. I was still nervous, but they ordered the replacement faucet.When Rafael came out, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and communicated clearly every step of the way. He replaced the faucet in about an hour, with no damage and no hassle.I’m so grateful I didn’t stick with that other plumbing company who quoted an unnecessary and expensive job. NW Sundance Services gave me a 5-star experience! And Rafael did such a great job that if I would give 10 stars just for him!

    After having two other local, heating and plumbing services, come to give us quotes and telling us what they thought was wrong with our furnace, we didn’t have much hope for this company as well. Colton from NW Sundance services came to work on our furnaces. He was absolutely amazing – – knowledgeable and honest about what we needed and didn’t need! We are completely totally happy with the work they provided for us, and we will use them with our future needs.

    This company is fantastic. Zach and his team were able to remove and replace our old worn-out water heater ahead of schedule. He was very polite and professional. My family and I are very happy with the work he did and how quickly it was all resolved. Highly recommend them.

    Seen lots of low ratings. Sometimes its the people that make the company. Eric came, analyzed, returned again and got er done BUT with a great positive attitude. Some of the job was challenging but he persevered, figured it out and was happy the whole time. Great workmanship & attitude.....thats what makes a company! Many kudos to Eric!

    I had 3 toilets that were running too much. Called Sundance and they sent out a plumber named Cal. Great guy, funny, with great communication skills. He fixed all my running toilets perfectly. Great work Cal!Highly recommend.

    We had a great experience with NW Sundance Services in replacing our inducer motor on our home furnace. Our tech, John, was communicative, quick and friendly. They worked with our home warranty insurance to make the process easy and seamless. Problem solved within a 24 hour period.

    We had 2 separate leaks from an upstairs bathroom, one from a shower drain and one for a tub. We called that morning, they were there that same afternoon. Both workers were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to fix both issues the same day, left very small holes in the drywall and cleaned up well. We would absolutely use them again and recommend to friends.

    NW Sundance sent Erik out to our home to resolve a plumbing issue. He was an exceptional technician, very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional, transparent about his findings and prompt in fixing the problem. He is a credit to the company and any customer who receives service from him is very fortunate! As a follow up, Sam called today to be sure our problem was satisfactorily resolved. I am very impressed by this company. This is not the first time theyve been to the house for problems. A few years ago we had excellent service for an electrical issue that had been overlooked by the home inspector when we bought the house. Because NW Sundance techs provide a report with pictures to the customer (no other company does this when the service call is initiated by home warranty coverage), I was able to send the picture to the inspector, who was ethical enough to come back, acknowledge his oversight and pay out of pocket for repairs. Had NW Sundance not found the problem while investigating under the house to trace a wire, we could have lost our home to a fire due to the unsafe situation that was identified. Thank you NW Sundance and especially Erik, who was a pleasure to have in our home!

    Even though it took them 3 weeks to get out here the job was done quickly and very professionally by Mike. thank you all for everything all the hard work and call backs and dealing with the insurance company and everything that you do even though we had a rough spot for a second, I still very much appreciate the work completed with kindness! I was very taken back by some of the reviews that have been given to you and I dont believe that they are very fair especially the lady that said that her kids lives were on the line, when she could have easily had the insurance company get her a different company thats ridiculous but blame it on you guys thats what people do... you definitely deserve more than a 2.7 ratingThank you Mike and company, Northwest Sundance services!

    From the beginning of my work order with NW Sundance Services they were incredibly communicative and clear how booked out they were so I knew what to expect from the get-go. While many companies add you to wait lists and you never hear from them- NW Sundance were quick to try to reach out with openings they have for visits sooner than you are scheduled for. I really appreciated the regular communication.I was not at home either time the technician came out- however everything my brother told me was positive. The first visit ( I dont remember if a different tech came out) the tech told my brother that he was able to make the repairs that were approved by our warranty company. We appreciated his candor and he even let us know what he anticipated happening next with the pump so we could be on the look out. Sure enough, what he expected to happen did and I was prepared watching our heat pump. We were able to quickly get in another work order with our warranty company to get it fixed without being charged a second time for the same service. The second visit we had Colton come out- again, I was not there but the interaction my brother had with him was positive. He was prompt, communicated his arrival time, and efficiently got our heat pump working again. While I do still have my eye on the heat pump because its a bit older, I definitely appreciate the work that the techs at NW Sundance put into our problems. Definitely would recommend.

    I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing services done at their home. This is the second time using this company. Both times we did go through our home warranty.I had Tyler come out to help troubleshoot issues with a water heater. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He walked through several troubleshooting steps (educating me along the way). He did have to come out a second time to install a new water heater (quick turnaround for what was needed).We initially had some minor communication issues with the staff in the office (partly my Wife and Is fault), but we were able to work through everything.

    I was having problems with my air conditioner, it was not keeping us very cool. I put off the issue until October but told myself I needed to deal with it so I contacted NW Sundance Services. They sent John Nash out to look at my system. In no time at all he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also told me ways to keep my air conditioning system running smoothly. The whole service call was maybe 30 minutes and he did an amazing job. I wholeheartedly recommend NW Sundance Services for any heating and cooling issues you have. I will definitely use them again. Ask for John. Hes great!

    I was assigned to NW Sundance services through my home warranty, AHS. They are new to the Tri Cities area through the warranty company. I put in my claim Thursday evening and they called me Friday morning, fastest response Ive ever received. They were kind, professional, and timely. The plumber assigned to service my toilets, Jason, was very respectful and listened to our needs. He was unable to repair my 2 old toilets so submitted replacements through the warranty. He came back within a few days and installed the toilets. He gave a courtesy call each time on his way over, so that we could be prepared for his prompt arrival. If I have any more plumbing issues, I hope that I get assigned to Jason with NW Sundance Services again.

    NW has been to my house twice, and both times Eric was at my place. Hes super polite, happy to share with me whats wrong and what the fix needs to be, and has been so generous with his time to educate me on what I can do to get my systems running more efficiently. I really appreciate the good care, and I particularly appreciated that almost the first thing he said when he showed up here the second time after a long hiatus was, hows that toilet doing? Thats old-time customer service and i really value it. Sometimes I think that people who leave unpleasant reviews were unpleasant to their plumbing technicians to begin with: if youre willing to be polite, kind, offer coffee and the use of your facilities, just BASIC good manners, people are so grateful. Lets appreciate how hard these guys work, and the fact that we never know if the previous customer was just plain mean to them. Lets not be. They perform a really important service for us.

    I am giving NW Sundance a five-star rating for fixing my furnace blower problem due to two major factors:1. The time between my furnace going down and NW Sundance sending a tech to address the problem was only 2 days (which might not sound great, but based on previous dealings with NW Sundance, is practically phenomenal)!2. The HVAC tech guy, Sean, was absolutely FANTASTIC!! He figured out the problem right away (a faulty circuit board), located a replacement part at a local dealer, and actually returned within an hour to install it in mere minutes - despite that it was very late in the day/evening. Again, I have had several dealings (HVAC, water heater, hot water shot) with NW Sundance over the past few years, and have NEVER had this kind of service out of their techs. BTW, in fairness to their other NW Sundance techs that I have dealt with, most were quite good - just not to the level of what I experienced today with Sean.

    Ken from NW Sundance Services deserves 10 stars out of 5! He was on time and went above and beyond for the installation of our kitchen faucet. He disassembled the old faucet and made sure the new one was good for us and triple checked everything fit correctly and was lined up properly. Everything only took just over an hour. Appreciate the work and will definitely use again and if possible will request Ken.

    After having our central air fail in December, Sundance was assigned to our warranty work. Their communication was prompt, scheduling was within 2 business days, and when an earlier appointment was available they called to confirm if we wanted to move up the time (pretty nice when you have no heat in the winter).Thanks to an aging unit with several issues, Sean and Jeremy ultimately made 3 trips out to replace various system components. Each time they were clear on what they were replacing and why, eventually resolving the issue and getting our heat back on.

    I’m mainly leaving a review for my most recent service. It restored my belief in this company 3 years ago. I had a crossover in my shower, which I think means instead of just hot water, my hot water heater would send BOTH hot water and cold water to my shower and even on the hottest setting, I’d only get warm water. Never heard of this, but after the hot water people recognized the problem when they installed my new hot water heater, they noticed the problem, I called Sundance ( through the best home warranty company EVER! First American Home Warranty) and Ray was the nicest, most knowledgeable person I’ve dealt with. I felt comfortable with him in my home, but most important, he saw a tiny drip in the shower which would have caused mold within months. Thank you, Ray!!!!!

    Great service! Jeff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Now, we have hot water again. I could not get a new water heater and the water was running cold in the shower and doing washes.     Extremely happy with the plumbing service provided by NW Sundance Services! Our sink food disposal started leaking badly. We were scheduled about a 10 days out originally but got a call later they could worked us in for a sooner appointment; if we were available on Saturday. This morning we had ERIK working on our sink. He was very professional, courteous, quick and efficient. He had everything he needed to complete the job on the spot! He came and went straight to work and completed the entire job AND cleaned up! My husband said Erik was an extra nice man and very knowledgeable! My husband was able to have a nice conversation with Erik while he worked and was very comfortable to have in our home. Thank you again for the excellent speedy work and for keeping guys like Erik in work. We could not have asked for a nicer repair man, lol! 😃

    I recently purchased a home with many issues including the AC and other HVAC related problems. John Nash has been over a few times to inspect, diagnose AND fix the problems. He has always been efficient, friendly and educational in explaining the issues as well offering his insights on how to prevent future issues.     Chris and Josh came out today to replace the faucet in my kitchen. Right from the start they were very professional and explained the reason for the leak, and how they planned to fix it.     My home warranty company assigned NW Sundance Services to fix our A/C unit that was not cooling. The first available appt was a week out but I was added to a cancellation list and received a call just two days later of a cancellation for the next day. The service technician was professional and prompt. He called to let me know he was 10min out and then graciously greeted my elderly dog before setting out to find what was wrong. He discovered what was wrong, explained to me what happened and then had the replacement part in his vehicle. I can not remember if his name was Mike or Mark but he got out A/C up and running so much quicker then I expected.

    Jason arrived on time identified the issue and remedied it quickly. He had to crawl under the house a couple of times and pop back into the garage a few more times. The washer drain pipe had been improperly installed, he aligned it, glued it and accomplished this in an hour. He was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable.     Techs Justin and Eric called and arrived when they said they would. Very friendly and courteous which is something we see less and less in our current world. Looked at my leaking pipe, got what they needed from their van and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. The ruined floor with a hole that I had cut out to find the problem was a stressful situation for me and working with someone who was positive and upbeat really helped with my day. And it was so nice to be able to turn my water back on. Great job! Thank you!

The next time I need plumbing service I will use NW Sundance & request Carlos.Update;I had a more recent repair request thru my First American Home Warranty. This time I needed toilet, faucet and tub repair. Again another 5 star experience from all parties involved. I received a prompt response from NW Sundance after contacting my home warranty. My service required more than one appointment and Ali who serviced the first appointment was very professional, respectful and did quality work.     We’ve utilized this plumbing service several times to fix a water line for our dishwasher and then to fix and replace broken bathroom faucets. The plumbers and techs were friendly, professional and most importantly successfully fixed what we needed done.Office staff was helpful getting our repairs arranged.We plan to use this service again in the future.

    NW Sundance Services was assigned to my American HomeShield request for service. Taylor called me the next day to get details and schedule an appointment for the very next day. Ralph, the tech, called to let me know he was on his way (a little early but I was very grateful for that). Ralph installed the new garbage disposal and repaired the leak at the base of my toilet. He worked on the stoppage issue, but unfortunately it was something he couldnt fix. But he did make recommendations to me to help me find a solution to the stoppage. Very happy with the service from NW Sundance.

    I have an AHS home warranty and requested service for a leaky bathtub faucet. AHS sent out NW Sundance Services to take a look. Sundance sent out a very nice plumbing tech, Jason, to see what the issue is. Jason was prompt, on time, and highly professional. He checked out the faucet and pipes and diagnosed too-high water pressure, so while the faucet is still leaking for now, the information he provided enables me to plan for a further fix. He also changed out the cartridge in the faucet handle, plus he took pictures of what he did at every step of the way and sent those later. Id also like to note that, unlike too many service techs of all kinds Ive encountered, Jason didnt ignore me as the (female) homeowner in favor of speaking with my (male) housemate - he spoke with both of us and deferred to me where needed, since Im the homeowner. That was extra refreshing and a sign of Jasons professionalism - if youre a woman and youve run into the issue of male service techs speaking just to men in the house, you know how frustrating it can be, and how nice it is not to have to deal with that on top of whatever problem youre having in your house. So overall I got solid service with a tech who was clearly good at what he does and was respectful and professional. Ten thumbs up.

They are our contracted plumbing service through our home warranty company, American Home Shield.     Alan and the NW Sundance team were super responsive, came out just a couple days after the initial request was made (other places often have to wait weeks+ if its not an emergency). Ill just say: 3 different companies looked at our kitchen sink plumbing, and only after the NW Sundance crew worked on it was it actually fixed for real. Very good communication, they figured out what the actual problems were and gave me different options for how to solve it, and then got it done quick. Awesome work!     I worked with Ali from start the finish. He initially came to assess my water heater problem. He contacted AHS right away with the results of his assessment and started the process of the claim with the home warranty company. He was so efficient, professional, communicative and friendly. He did a wonderful job replacing my water heater. I would recommend him and thank him for all his efforts.

    They came out and did the job. They couldnt finish it the first day and told us we would have to wait until Monday (it was Wednesday). I called them the next day because we were charged without the job being finished, and they had another guy come finish the job that day. Both employees were personal and pleasant. They did a good job overall. It is hit and miss on getting a pleasant person on the phone, though.

    Through our home warranty, we got NW Sundance Services assigned for two projects: an A/C tuneup, and to fix a leaking water heater. For both of these projects the technicians were on time, they called ahead to let me know when they were on their way, they showed up within their quoted window, they were friendly, and gave great suggestions on how to further upkeep our AC and water heater. I hope I get them assigned for any future warranty claims and would definitely recommend to anyone!!

    These folks are terrific!! Alex was the plumber who worked on our plumbing issues in two bathrooms. He was very nice, thorough, and professional. At the conclusion of his work, he showed us the work he had done and the equipment that was replaced. He even went a little further into the repair than what we originally thought was needed, at no extra cost!! Sundance is very dependable, especially Alex.     Ryan was professional, pleasant, well-groomed, worked very hard, moved a heavy old furnace, and left worksite clean. Overall satisfied. The low ratings for the company made me nervous, but they were assigned by homeowner’s insurance company. I found the front desk people not very transparent, never did speak to a tech as I requested. I would like to have someone explain the add’l costs so assuage my concerns. Overall, Ryan did a good job and now we have heat, after 2 weeks without in January. Glad it worked out as it did. If Ryan comes to install your furnace, no worries.

    During the past 2 weeks of very hot weather, my air-conditioner did not work. I experienced temperatures between 83 and 87 degrees almost every night. Unbearable! I was referred to Sundance Services through my home warranty company, First American. Blake and Francisco were the service technicians sent out. I cant praise them enough. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and very respectful of my property. They are the epitome of excellent representatives of Sundance.The only challenge I had with this company was the 2 weeks it took for them to send a repair person to my home. I was originally scheduled for one week out. They phoned me to reschedule for an additional week before a serviceperson could come out. Very unacceptable.

    I also went through my home warranty service (AHS) and they assigned NW Sundance Services to my service request. I had noticed some baseboard water damage about a weak ago. A couple of days ago i took a shower in the common upstairs shower. I then noticed a collection of water between the drywall and paint.30 minutes prior to his arrival NW sundance services gave me a call. I headed home from work. Jason from Spokane was exceptionally knowledgable and quick to diagnose. He was very professional and communicated what the issue was. He also set up another visit from an hvac specialist since it appears to be the furnaces condensation line. Appreciate your help Jason. Keep demonstrating excellent customer service. Take care.

    Technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. My AC refrigerant line was frosting up upon turning on the AC for the first time this season. The tech had to replace a valve and add refrigerant to the system and troubleshooted full system to ensure it was working properly. He was friendly, let me know what he was doing each step of the way and overall was very helpful.     I will admit that after reading the reviews I was nervous when my home warranty service selected this company. I missed the first phone call from one of the call takers trying to schedule my appointment. When I called back, I received someone who scheduled me two weeks out, however, Haley called shortly there after and rescheduled me for the next day. Not only was she upbeat, but she was very kind as well. I was told someone would be there between 1 and 5 PM and was extremely happy when Mike not only showed up not long after 1 but called me 20 minutes before he arrived. Not only did he fix my problem, but he answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very helpful. Thank you NW Sundance.

    I was assigned this company through my home warranty and working through them was terrible. Javier - the technician that came out for the service - was great though and boosted this review from 1 star to 4 stars. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs if you don’t have to go through a warranty company. When going through a warranty company, Sundance did not provide any assistance and made for a pretty awful experience.

    I would like to start out and say I was hesitant when my request was assigned to Sundance because they have relatively low rating on both Google and Yelp. However I was happily surprised by their quality and professionalism, I would not hesitate to give 5 stars and use their service again! And I hope all potential customers really read some of the bad reviews and see if it is really Sundance or the warranty company.My first request was routed to another plumbing company which turned out to be nightmare, they blame everything on water pressure, even things not remotely related to water pressure (for example shower head, toilet lever). And quoted me $1650 for some minor repairs (a few faucet leak and toilet malfunction), basically trying to rip me off by saying they could give me a discount. Well, I am not stupid.My request was then routed to Sundance, Wow, what a professional service! They quickly schedule the appointment, and when they learned I would like a sooner time slot, they even moved the appointment to a Saturday!Jeff came onsite on time and checked water pressure, it was within the code. He also further explained that ALL the plumbing issues had nothing to do with water pressure.About the toilet lid, he told my tenant it was not covered but there are tons of cheap place to get a lid for tens of dollars, he even gave them a web link to place order! (The other Plumbing company lied to my tenant quoting there is nowhere to replace the lid and they have to replace the whole toilet!)Jeff worked hard for a whole 2 hours overtime on Saturday to fix all these issues, he said most of them are really minor issues, the cost are pretty much labor, but no way it would cost $1650 to fix all these (couple of fill valves, shower head, lever, supply line, kitchen faucet, two hours of labor). He even sent out photo report of everything he diagonosed and fixed/replaced with pictures of before and after! That was the first time I received such detailed report about work done, Bravo!Feels unfair that they have relatively low rating, at least my service was superb! And also notice they have much more reviews than some of the relatively high rating companies.

    I had Carlos come out for my two different repairs that happened in a month. First I had cold water issue with all the faucets in the house and he was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it. He was so professional and friendly. Within a month, one of my toilet malfunctioned with a faulty part in the tank. This time Carlos and Zach came out and repaired my toilet in 10 minutes. I was so glad Carlos came out again lol. Carlos even joked when he was leaving by saying “Well good to see you, but let’s not see too often lol.” Good Service!

    Lamar came out to fix our toilet that other plumbers in the past were never able to fix although they said it was fixed and Lamar fixed it!!! He also fixed our bathroom sinks so that they would drain. He cleaned up afterward and even moved the waste basket back to its proper place. He was so nice and so helpful and so polite!!

    Our furnace broke. They were very responsive to set up an appointment; however the soonest they could come was 5 days later. They took a look and had to order a part, which took another 5 days. We were without heat in January for 2 weeks! They did a great job and were very professional. I only wish it couldve gone faster. But we survived!

    Zach was awesome!! His attitude and customer service, I could not have asked for a more friendlier person coming here to fix the leak I had under the house. His professionalism I’d have to say was the best one I’ve had in the past a couple of years when having someone come help fix or repair an issues I had.     I scheduled service through my home owners insurance as I had a blockage in my plumbing. The initial appointment was cancelled due to resource issues. I am very glad they rescheduled me because I got Ken Delgado who came to my residence and gave the absolute top rate excellent service I have ever seen. He made sure things were working and clear before leaving!     I had a great experience working with this company. My home warranty company assigned this company and I got a call on the same day to schedule unlike the previous company that had been assigned. Raven came out the following day even though I had a tight time frame and he worked with me to get the job done. I had a leak in my bathtub and he was very knowledgeable to find the issue and showed me exactly what was wrong with my plumbing issue. I was happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company.I am very surprised by the negative reviews that this company has gotten. I had a great experience from start to finish. Although the job was outside of a simple plumbing job and required a potential remodel, I was given a referral to another company to finish the work and they gave all my information to that company before leaving my drive way. And even they called me to schedule within the same hour. I was so impressed and pleased with the service I was given.

    Ken was super fun to work with and he was really professional and hard working. He brought all the parts required for the job and even replaced parts in my other toilets even though he was called to fix a leak in the master bedthroom toilet. Very happy with the service provided! The only thing Id say is that my original appointment was a week after I was assigned this company by my home warranty. And then they had to reschedule for another week later. But it wasnt an emergency so I was fine waiting.
