River City Remodeling did a wonderful job to build our four season sunroom and deck. Our deadline to complete the project was first week of Jun’24 for a grad party. Due to unavoidable circumstances, they couldn’t start the work until May which got us extremely worried although Dallas assured that it’s their priority. Zach and the team surprised us by finishing the whole project on time; they were fully focused on the work for 4 weeks. They were very professional and respectful during their time at our house. Everything mentioned in the contract and per drawing specs were built with high quality. We’ve received a lot of complements on the addition. Rick and his team are very knowledgeable and good to work with throughout the process.

We love our sunroom so much! Everything about our experience was great and I would highly recommend this company for any sort of home project. In fact, we plan to use them for our next project. Dallas worked so well with us, and answered any questions we ever had in a timely manner, he is such a great guy! Once our project started, their guys were always punctual and Zach informed us of the plan for each day, they moved along so quickly! Rick went above and beyond helping us with our electric. Everyone was so friendly, we truly enjoyed working with this great family-owned company.

River City Remodeling- QUALITY TRANSFORMATION is the name of their game!The scope of our project was relatively sizeable, requiring a significant fiscal investment. As such, we sought a commensurate level of service and commitment from our chosen contractor…a charter that can be quite challenging these days.We then set about interviewing prospects. While perspectives would get slightly polished, flushing out the occasional, innovative twist or turn in pursuit of our vision, we just never felt completely comfortable in discussions with most. Except for the discussions with that Dallas guy from River City Remodeling…Dallas Harris, Sales Manager, had a way of listening with attention to detail…detail, not without challenges, but intrinsic to our vision. He is thoughtful, attentive to detail (as aforementioned), communicative and personable. A consummate professional.We never looked back from that point forward and we could not be more pleased! Their skilled craftsmen are polite, courteous, respectful, dedicated and punctual. Zach and his onsite crew kept us abreast of progress on a regular basis. Rick, the owner, personally visited the site on numerous occasions, while Taylor Harris handled the inspector and post-sale CRM functions.River City Remodeling magnificently transformed the entire back of our house…and did so with remarkable craftsmanship and attention to finish detail! We hired River City to finish our basement, and it was a great experience overall. I think my favorite part of working with them was how smoothly the communication went throughout the whole process - from pre-planning before we officially hired them, up through project completion. Whenever I had a question or concern it was addressed very quickly. The owner of the company visited the site frequently and even did some of the work himself; the other employees were equally professional and friendly. The quality of the work is superb: the drywall, the flooring, the new exterior doors, the tile work in the bathroom all looks great! I’d 100% recommend River City for any remodeling or building project you have.

I first got this wild idea to update our front porch to bring our 1962 home up to date. I looked all over the internet for ideas and thought I knew what I wanted. We had used River City for some roof repairs in the last 2 years and I felt extremely comfortable with them then so we gave them a call. Dallas came out to see what we were thinking. He and Rick (owner) came up with a fantastic plan! The detail in the work, the friendly and professional crew, the cleanup each day... all were topnotch!! I already have several new projects in mind and I will be contacting River City first!! Thank you for making our house a home and giving us a porch that we love and enjoy so much!

RiverCity Remodeling completed a composite deck (16’ x 20’) about 9 months ago. We couldn’t be happier with our deck. Once our contract was signed, they were on time with the schedule and went very quick. We also recently had a couple boards come loose. They didn’t hesitate to provide us with the necessary screws to repair it! I would recommend using them! And will consider them for any future projects that we may have!
