We have had Watkins do work for us several times. Today they came to replace out pressure control valve for the house. I called them first thing this morning and they were here within an hour. They did what appeared to be extensive work at my apartment. I opened the door that morning and couldnt believe what I saw. Fences were down, all my plants were gone and there was a huge mound of dirt. There wasnt anything I could do about it so I closed the door and let them do what they had to do. That evening I opened the door expecting the mound of dirt to be gone and the fences to be back up but I figured all my plants were history and there would still be more clean up to be done. However, I was in shock at what I saw! They left my patio better than before. The plants were all put back and the patio was 100% cleaned up. I was so impressed and thankful for the excellent job they did.🙂

I am very, very happy with my Watkins Plumbing experience. Jerrod (the technician that responded) was very professional and extremely courteous. Watkins Plumbing was the company sent out by my Home Warranty Company as a second opinion, which I requested. (The initial company sent out said they couldn’t find a solution to my plumbing issues) Jerrod called me immediately and actually fit us in the same day. He found the problem immediately and went to bat for us with the home warranty company to get the issue resolved with no further expense to us. Amazing and very much appreciated!!! I will request Watkins Plumbing every time I have a plumbing issue from now on.

We had contacted our home warranty due to a leaking pipe. They told us that a repair man would be out that day due to our water having to be shut off so it was escalated to an “emergency” service. The repair man canceled and after calling and trying to get a new repair person we got reassigned to Watkins Plumbing. They told us he would not be able to come out until the following day. Within 5 minutes of being reassigned Jerrod called me he told me he unfortunately had another job but that since he was close he would swing by and let me know if it was something that would be covered by home warranty so that if it wasn’t we could call our own plumber to come out same day. He was at our house 30 minutes later. The leak was not covered by home warranty and due to him having a job 45 minutes away he couldn’t stay and fix it fully. However he stayed and helped me get the stubborn pipe off so I could go get a new pipe and told me how to fix it, which we did! He did that out of the kindness of his own heart. Truly such a solid guy, I was super appreciative of him and his excellent customer service! If he would have had an opening we would have hired him on the spot!

We have used Watkins Plumbing for years. We live in an old house and the plumbing backs up on about an annual basis. Watkins has always been able to send someone out the same day that we call to resolve the problem. The price is very reasonable for unclogging the main sink drains away from the kitchen, washing machine and bathroom. Their technicians are always friendly and very respectful of the house. We would absolutely recommend this business!

Great experience with Watkins the second time around. The first time a different gentleman came out and didn’t do anything to help us with our pipes being clogged, nor did he offer any alternatives. Robert came out this time and immediately told us what needed to be done and sent a repair request to our home warranty company. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our issue fixed. My warranty company assigned us Watkins plumbing on Sunday night and first thing Monday morning they called and scheduled us an appointment for later that afternoon. Josh at Watkins Plumbing is amazing. He came out, figured out the problem, and went above and beyond dealing with our warranty company and ended up getting us an entirely new hot water heater for no cost to us.Only 2 days later he was back over here installing it and was in and out in no time at all. He was extremely professional and we felt comfortable having him in our home. I’m someone with absolutely no experience in home fixing and he never once made me feel like it. I could not recommend them enough I will choose to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future with or without our warranty company. 10/10 I wish there was more I could say besides Thank you Josh.

Robert had to drive an hour and a half to get to our home to replace a water heater. When he was done, the main shut-off valve was not working properly, so he stayed another hour to replace the valve so that we wouldnt be without water. He came in assess both toilets and set up his tools and started working on the master-bedroom toilet then the guess bathroom. A week ago last Friday evening, our water heater, located in the attic of all places, started to go south. In a panic, I called Richard at Watkins Plumbing and requested help. Richard had one of his ace plumbers, John, at our door first thing Monday morning. Not wanting any more water heaters in the attic I asked for advice. John suggested installing a tankless water heater in the garage and I agreed. John worked diligently for two solid days to get the new heater in operation before the old one gave up the ghost. He succeeded. We now have an efficient new water heater and the peace of mind of no longer having an old style unit up in the attic waiting to fail and cause great damage.
